I’ve had trouble with moving companies in the past, items being damaged, trucks not arriving when they were supposed to etc. But this experience was the most stress-free experience I’ve ever had moving. I had to move a long distance and not only did this company give me the best rates, they stayed on schedule, treated all of my belongings with the upmost care and the movers themselves were friendly and helpful through the entire process. I would absolutely recommend US interstate to everyone and anyone who needs to hire a moving company, no questions asked.

When I called US interstate Van Lines, the first impression I had of the company was of an unknown company that claims to provide excellent moving service and no damage to the transported items. Well, everyone promises that but we decided to trust these guys because of their friendly attitude and gentle behavior. We hired them as they had these qualities. During the move, they proved themselves by their job. They were seriously extraordinary and different from others. I couldn’t find anything to complain about with these movers.

Ill tell you all about this scam operation(Us Interstate Van Lines) run by 2 scam artist kids named Fernando Sanchez who goes by his scamming alter ego Brian Fuentes on the phone and his friend Jonathan Romero who goes by multiple different names when speaking to customers. Lets start off with the facts that they put up 3 fake reviews daily on google to cover up for the legitimate reviews which are all 1 Star. Lets talk about the facts that they are a broker who send criminals to your home on pick up day, who are going to upcharge the original quote by 3x and then go through your belongings to steal the most expensive items. Lets talk about the scam companies these 2 kids worked at before starting their own scam company together to scam families. They worked at Gold Standard Moving and Storage, American Standard Moving and Storage, Cardinal Van Line and the list goes on and on. Fernando and Jonathan are proudly ruining families lives. If you want to pay 3x extra for your belongings to get broken and stolen then hire these scam artists. Oh and if you want to know where they live. Just look at the address they have everything registered under. These Scam artists deserve jail time. Go on the department of transportation web site to file a complaint on these scammers and post your bad experience on every web site and their BBB page. I would probably run out of words while praising US interstate movers. They were inexpensive, efficient, punctual and reliable. The movers were all very experienced and it showed in the way they worked. There were no glitches anywhere. When they delivered everything, I was amazed to see none of my valuables were damaged. I have heard and experienced relocations where movers were responsible for too much damage. I really loathed having to move in the past. But these amazing movers showed me how efficiency and skills can make relocations so easy.

Absolutely love this company! Moving from Charleston to Pensacola seemed so overwhelming with all the packing and sorting, just to have to move it too. I hired Universal to handle the move, and it was PERFECT. Affordable, friendly, and fast! I have no complaints. I wouldn’t believe half of the bad complaints against this company as they sound too far fetched. I personally spoke to several of the customer service agents when having questions, and all of them were polite and explained everything I needed to know, calmly. I would definitely use Universal again.

The foreman and his helpers were very polite and professional. They loaded my items very carefully and fast. On delivery day my shipment arrived on time and in a good condition. Moving was a nightmare for my family, because we always had to ask neighbors or family members to help and even though they were helping they were always grumpy about that, perhaps because we have been moving a lot. Then I realized that I really need a professional help so my husband hired US interstate movers. I have to say that the movers were really responsible, were not late the morning when we were supposed to leave. We have three kids and trust me; there is never enough help to pack the toys they have. And if you wonder if they charge a lot, I say they charge just fine. If you’re moving soon, hire these guys you won’t regret.
