Great Experience.

I recently moved from Florida to New York and had a great experience using UPack. They were half the cost of a moving company I have used in the past. They delivered on time and the drivers on both ends were incredibly helpful. I would highly recommend this company and will use them in the future if I move again.

I was leary at first, but I couldn't be happier with how easy and affordable renting a cube has been. The cube arrived at my destination ahead of schedule and everything was in great shape. Cube was picked up and delivered as needed due to short time allowed for it to be at my apartment complexes. Kudos!!

Wonderful company and service for our cross country move.

Our trailer arrived on time. We loaded the trailer up and they picked it up on time. Our trailer was delivered at our new home across the country on the scheduled date. Our items all arrived safely. We are definitely planning on using Upack again! Thank you!

Upack.

Truck was to be delivered on Thursday. On Tuesday they call to change to Monday. Need to be out of house by Sunday. Do not use them as they can change dates with 48 hours notice. Obviously do not care at all about contracts or customers.

Every Item Damaged.

UPack moving is very convenient! HOWEVER, everything was broken, wet, stained, or otherwise damaged. The movers I hired said that "every trailer they opened from UPack looks like this". It quite literally looks like they put it trough a crusher, soaked it all in water, and then shoveled dirt on it.

If I could give zero stars I would. The worst experience ever and will never use this company again. It took 7 days to get my belongings when they told me 2-4 days. The are unapologetic and lack any form of empathy. If you have to choose between Pods and them I would definitely go with Pods. Worst moving company ever!

The whole process was simple and well organized. Special mention and appreciation about Robert from Kansas City who dropped and picked up the cubes. He was very patient, kind and helpful. We'll definitely use U-Pack again.

Move of furniture from Richmond, VA to Clearwater, FL

We had furniture moved from Richmond, Va. to Clearwater, Fl. We arranged with U-Pack in Clearwater and met with them in VA. They are an excellent company. They met every part of the contract, were on time, and when they arrived in Clearwater, went over and above to meet our schedule. We would recommend them as an excellent company to work with.

Easy and perfect timings. our experience was wonderful .

They did everything they promised and on time, and we even got our container picked up same day we scheduled delivery.

Did very well! Was on time and very nice! Customer service was fast and understanding. Had one issue and they helped the same day.

Good price, but later than estimated.

Pods are a good value. However, when flying into new location, beware that their estimated arrival may be off. Ours was 3 days late and required changing air flights at a cost over $200. Minimal proactive communication about where the pod was and when it would arrive.

Great customer service

My girlfriend and I are moving out of state and needed to get a quote for the long distance move. Theresa Awtry was super helpful, friendly, and professional. More importantly, her personable personality was outstanding and made us feel like human beings.

We haven't made the move yet but customer service has been great so far!

Worst moving experience with Upack

Used upack for my luggage move from MN to TX. Worst experience. Half of my items are damaged during transit. When I called Upack, they mentioned they can only claim the damage if the truck catches fire or accident. Be aware of these scammers.

Move from NY to FL

UPack was great. The trailer was dropped off on time, belongings arrived at destination on time. We tied everything to avoid items from shifting and causing damage. The drivers were helpful and courteous.

Only compliant is the heavy bulkhead doors and trying to mount them. I would use them again if needed.

Paid extra money to ensure the truck to be delivered on a certain date and that didn’t happen. Their customer service is not helpful and very rude.

Wonderful company

We highly recommend Upack! We paid what they quoted, no hidden fees. The customer support people are super helpful and always friendly. We had heard so many horror stories about pods etc, we were nervou. But Upack was top notch. We packed the trailer ourselves, but the do offer help, for a fee. Thank you UPack!! You are the best.

I would recommend this company to everyone everything from start to finish went so smooth customer service was great very friendly and helpful staff and both my drop off guys were awesome I couldn't ask for a better experience thank you all very much.

From scheduling to forklift driver I had absolutely not one issue. Everyone professional and helpful. Not one item broken! The drop off and pickup was perfectly on schedule and highly recommend this company.

Don't waste your time.

Called to get the quote which went great, but then was totally disappointed of what was promised over the phone vs. what the e-mailed documents included. Called UPack back and received a much different story that the e-mailed quote did not include the total storage charge because they couldn’t include it beyond one month of storage. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time dealing with a very intentionally dishonest company!
