Jake was a pleasure to work with and very responsive to emails and phone calls. Had a clock move, but they called to see if they could start a few hours early, so huge bonus since we were under such a tight schedule! Movers were all very hard working and efficient. I'd highly recommend this company to all!

Ron, and Landon moved me from my apartment to my rental truck. They were on time, courteous, swift, friendly, and went out of their way to wrap some pieces of furniture that I didn't think to prepare correctly. Everything from booking process to move was easy as can be. A big thanks to the 3 movers for all their help and for making my move as painless as a move can be.

We recently hired them and had a great experience

The crew was respectful and professional. They disassembled all the furniture carefully and wrapped every possible thing that could be broken. While moving, they made sure that no walls were damaged, every box was kept at the required place and reassembled all the furniture. They were done within the estimated time. Staff was polite and cooperative

I used these movers today to move me into my new apartment. They were on time, professional, wrapped every item with care and handled the move in less time than they quoted! Would Not Recommend

100% would not recommend this company to anyone. They have over promised and under delivered - I am completely unsatisfied with their level of customer service to address their delay.

I have been waiting for half of a month to have my one bedroom apartment’s worth of items delivered from 5 hours (about 250 miles) away. I have called the company and the company it subcontracted my move to upwards of 10 times trying to get an update on my delivery date, and each time have just been told they would call me when my stuff is on a truck.

When I originally booked this service, I was told that because of the short length and amount of items, I could expect delivery within 1-5 days. Here I am half a month later, with no delivery date in sight. I wish the company would have been honest with me in terms of timelines.

I wholeheartedly wish that I went with another company, and would not recommend this group to anyone else who is currently moving and needs their items in a timely manner. I will provide an updated review once I receive my items.

This was the most amazing moving experience I have had

Two kind guys showed up at my apartment, and in a matter of moments were efficiently loading up all my stuff. They were moving very quickly, which I appreciated as it is a by the hour service, but they were also super friendly as they were moving. It was great! They unloaded all the stuff at my place in seconds flat, and then took a whole heaping pile of things to xxx. I didn't even have to go with! I would recommend them in a flash!

A big thank you just doesn't seem like enough

The four guys from Trinity Relocation Group, Gary, Kyle, Kevin, and Hunt were all fantastic. They made our move effortless and stress free. Our move was not easy a ton of stairs and lots of heavy furniture and boxes. They were champs and best of all had a great sense of humor. Curtis and his crew were great throughout the process of moving our 1 BR apartment in Maryland. The kitchen and furniture items were carefully and quickly packed and they were done with moving out in about 6 hours. HORRIBLE experience all around

We moved from CA to OH. We used Trinity Relocation Group, and our actual carrier company was Cross Country Relocation (CC).

Main complaints: (see below for more detailed description)

1. The price went from an initial quote of $4,500 to $11,100 even though we did our best to follow the process exactly as I was advised from the beginning and I was accurate with my amount of belongings from the start.

2. We were treated very disrespectfully by the movers from CC and from a rep at Trinity Relocation Services.

3. The communication and expectations set by Trinity did NOT happen. We had to initiate every point of contact, and our stuff was delivered 18 days after our first available delivery date. We had to pay for a hotel for four nights and slept on the floor of our apartment for an additional week with an infant and a dog.

Detailed description:

When I called for the quote from Trinity initially we were quoted $4,500. I gave as detailed a description of our furniture and belongings as I could, but our boxes were not yet packed. The sales rep told me what number of boxes was “average” and based the price on that. I called back the week before the move to update our complete inventory as our boxes were now packed, and the price doubled to $9,300. I understood that this would happen because our box count doubled (I feel that the rep underestimated the count so that the quote would be lower initially).

When the movers from CC came to pick up our stuff they were NOT wearing masks. We asked them to wear masks and provided them with our disposable ones. It took them 6 hours to label and load our stuff. We were moving a 3-bedroom home.

The head mover then told us our price was increasing from $9,300 to $11,100 - pay it or leave stuff. It didn’t matter that a few days earlier I had provided a completely accurate count of every single item. He also told us that from our first available delivery date in Ohio the company has 21 business days to deliver our stuff. That is literally over 4 weeks that we could be in Ohio without our stuff. Additionally, he talked down to me and seemed to treat me differently than he treated my husband which made me angry.

Our stuff was picked up in the middle of October, and we would arrive in Ohio in the middle of November. So during those four weeks I called to try and figure out at what point our stuff would arrive in Ohio as it could be any point from mid-Nov to mid-December. One rep from Trinity explained that we would definitely not get it prior to five days AFTER our first available date, so we asked to move our first available date up by a week and a half. This would give CC 9 days to get our stuff to Ohio for when we arrived. However we found out our stuff was not even loaded onto a truck until after we arrived in Ohio. It then took another week and a half for our stuff to actually arrive.

During this time we called Trinity every few days to get updates because we were literally sleeping on the floor in a completely empty apartment with an infant and a dog. We had to buy blankets and towels to just get by. We were told by one customer service rep at Trinity to stop calling because we were calling too often and she refused to call CC for any additional information. I complained and was transferred to a different rep who actually did call CC and spoke with a dispatch manager for us who gave us concrete updates. We were finally given a delivery window of 5 days and said the driver would call.

When we finally did get a call from the truck driver on Sunday afternoon he told us that we had to pay him in cash. From the beginning Trinity told us that we could pay in cash or Postal Money Order (which takes the money out of your account when ordering it), so we had purchased postal money orders to avoid carrying thousands of dollars in cash around. However on Sunday afternoon the driver said he could not pay for helpers the next day if we did not pay him in cash on Monday. He said he could not get cash himself. So we had to withdraw an additional $1,000 in cash before Monday morning.

When the driver showed up on Monday morning with our stuff, only one person came to help him unload the truck and three people just didn’t show up. Now I have to cash the money orders at the post office, however they do not carry that much cash. So a few weeks later I am still trying to get my $1,000 back.

Antique side tables & TV cabinet were broken during the move. I’ve filed a claim but have no confidence they will help with fixing or replacing the damaged furniture. Our boxes and plastic crates were smashed and torn as well.

NOTE: The only positive experience throughout this whole terrible process was the truck driver who delivered our stuff. He treated us with respect and was kind — he apologized for the terrible experiences we had had even though he doesn’t work for Trinity or CC. He worked really hard unloading our stuff with only one helper, and we were grateful for him.

WARNING.....Stay away!

Complete Scam.......Stay away! God forbid your move has some last minute issues, you will lose a lot of money. These people could care less about their customers. Once they get your money, you'll never get it back. They will hold the contract over your head if you have to cancel for reasons beyond your control. They will keep ALL of your money, even if thy haven't lifted a finger and provided a service. No compassion or understanding, just money hungry. Horrible people all the way around.

I have been extremely negligent in writing to say how very satisfied my sister and I were in working with Trinity Relocation Group. The supervisor from Trinity Relocation Group was very polite, efficient, reliable and just has all of the qualities a customer would want in a company working for a moving and storage company. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! First this company is a broker and not a moving company. You pay almost $1,000 dollars for the company to find an actual moving company to move you. Trinity provides you with a quote based on the inventory of items you list on their online quote form and then does a "quality" before the move to adjust the list. The quality call is a joke and my representative did not even make the adjustments correctly. The quote, was off by close to $1000 dollars and when the movers arrive you are at the moving companies mercy and ultimately have to pay what they demand or cancel the move and lose money that was put down for Trinity to give quote they KNOW is not accurate. I reported the company to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and they responded to the BBB with inaccurate statements and offered $100 as compensation for the bad experience. When I contacted Trinity they agreed to pay the $100 only if I agreed not to write them a bad review or otherwise report on the bad experience I had with them! Trinity takes no liability for the move and does not stand by their quote. In addition, their customer service is the worst and their representatives are rude!

Really reasonable rates, as well

We recently moved into our first house from an apartment and a storage unit. Kyle, Jake, and Justin were fantastic. This is the 2nd time we've hired professional movers, and it is one of the best experiences so far. They arrived before I did, worked very efficiently, and got the whole job done much faster than I'd expected. They also took good care of the hardwood floors in the new place. Excellent Service!

By far the best movers I've worked with. We had a pretty challenging move with a far walk from where the truck could park. We had 3 movers who were polite and courteous and took great care with our things and best of all didn’t complain about the walk. They did a fantastic job. I had Larry and Gary as my movers. Larry made the initial contact to let me know the time frame and was professional, and also made me feel at ease with having to move my whole apartment. Great Moving service!

Went with Trinity Relocation Group after some good reviews. I am very pleased. Competitive rate, professional and careful movers, and great communication. Did a great job!

We moved a small flute shop down from Virginia to our California and from the beginning, and the whole team were helpful and a pleasure to work with. They coordinated with the me for everything to make it a seamless move and once the items were here on my shop, they got everything unloaded and placed quickly and professionally.
