Shady.

Do not use this company! They are a broker and don't actually come out to move you. They give you a quote over the phone and based on space in a truck which they determine. When the movers actually arrived and looked around they increased the price $2500 based on the fact that the furniture was "over sized." We only had 1 bedroom set and a dining room set. Thats all! Not a house full of oversized furniture 2 rooms. The managers excuse was that it was a phone quote. I told the manager they are the professionals and should have asked asked for measurement or pictures to verify their quote to avoid surprise increases. They are a dishonest company and realize once they get there you are over a barrel and will have no choice but to use them or lose your deposit! The manager was rude and unwilling to work with my 70 year old mom. Get a local mover or reputable big company . In the end you will save money! 2 rooms of furniture a a 2000sq ft home worth of boxes $9200 from Texas to Kentucky! Con Artist!!

Long-distance move from Raleigh, NC to Las Vegas, NV

Worst decision ever.

Everyone needs to understand this company is a BROKER. They hire different companies to handle your move.

That being said I moved from NC to NV. I moved into my apartment on the May 13th and did nkt get my stuff until May 28th.

I told them to store my stuff on the west coast. They hired a Maryland based company, Amaryland. So my stuff was stored as far away as possible.

They deliver to you on a full sized 18 wheeler. If they cannot navigate to you guess whose fault it is? Yours. YOU will have to rent a Uhaul and then unload everything by yourself or "re-hire" the movers. So on top of the $3k moving, I had to rent a full size U haul and pay 2 movers to help me.

Upon transferring things from their truck to the Uhaul it was clear that they do not care. My brand new kayak, Bigfish 108, was totalled. My queen sleighbed headboard and footboard are also totalled. And my Harbor Freight folding trailer was destroyed.

I have not unpacked everything but the 1 thing I wanted to be safe was kayak and trailer. The bedframe was only $350 and no matching set so that didn't kill me when it had a fist sized puncture through it. Totalling my $1800+ kayak with a hole and crack through the entire boat and destroying my trailer via standing wheels and signals on the other hand? I am heated.

I have left 2 voicemails to TRS and no call back to discuss the quality of Amaryland.

A broker does not have your best interest in hand. Once paid you will never hear from them again and they will continue to hire the cheapest movers.

Hire a company yourself or rent a Uhaul and move it yourself. You will be thankful in the longrun if you cherish the things you are moving.

Amazing Job!

This was the first time I used them. They are highly recommended. They took care of every piece. Wrapped and secured everything with blanket and then wrapped 5 or 6 times over. Took extra caution when moving up the stairs, we had some extra stuff and they said, no worries. Even asked questions to make sure they get everything. Didn’t leave until they knew we were satisfied. A plus. Thank you for the extra safety and delivery. Even reassembled items.

No doubt Trinity Relocation Group are the best moving company.

They were very helpful and always responded to my questions promptly either by email and/or telephone. From start to finish they kept the headaches to an absolute minimum, which was their main promise on our initial call. I can't thank them enough. It was a joy from the first contact until the last day they left at the end of their job! Thank you very much for having such a breeze, Trinity Relocation Group and his squad!

Long-distance move from California to Texas

Worst experience Ever!

Buyer Beware!! At first they were very professional and seemed like a company you could trust..but I was wrong. I spent over an hour on the phone with their salesperson going through all my items in my 2 bedroom/2 bath condo. I even measured all the furniture, desks, dressers so he could have accurate information for quoting me the price. He came up with 822 Cubic Feet to be moved and quoted me approximately $4500 to relocate my things to Dallas Texas. I was given a free month of storage but told additional months would run $.50 per cubic foot for storage..I needed an additional 21 days of storage until my new apartment was ready.

Everything went fine until the movers showed up and determined my cubic feet was much greater than Trinity gave me an estimate for and now the price would be close to double the price. As if that wasn't bad enough they also said my cost to store things would be $1.00 per cubic foot..everything was now double the price quoted. Total scam artists..when I called and spoke to Trinity they informed me it was just an estimate and subject to change. An estimate should be within +/- 10% not 100% more. Trinity also originally assured me that the "professional" movers would wrap all my furniture so no damage would happen..however the movers told me I only signed up for the "basic" wrap and they couldn't guarantee no damage unless I paid more to "professionally" wrap everything. Trinity never mentioned different levels of wrapping. Total scam..when I called Trinity they said I signed the contract and no refund would be given if I cancelled..So they are now refusing to give me my $1800 deposit back for doing absolutely NOTHING.. except lying to me and trying to charge me double. Don't be sucked in by all their positive reviews. Very unprofessional and are scamming people. This is not an exaggeration and I ended up renting a U-Haul truck and did the move myself. Very disappointed and was given no reconciliation by Trinity. I highly recommend staying away from this moving broker who doesn't move anything themselves and just sub-contracts out to actual movers. Find an actual moving company and stay away from Trinity Relocation Group. If I could give negative stars I would as they don't even deserve one star rating.

Find a different company!

This service was horrible. It took over 3 weeks for my furniture to arrive. I was told Wednesday, then Friday, then Saturday and suddenly the truck coincidentally "broke down" and was in the shop until Monday. Told delivery date was Monday, driver never came. Called and was told Tuesday morning, only to have the driver hang up on me. Every day it gets pushed back more and more! Do not book with this company, you will be wasting your time and money.

Working with Trinity Relocation Group is great!

From the time I first called to schedule to the end of the move, the service was remarkable. I used them to move from a 3 bedroom apartment to a 5 bedroom house. They kept in regular communication with me via email and phone and the move went off without a hitch and under the estimate quote. I highly recommend them they took the stress out of moving.

I would recommend Trinity Relocation Group to my family and friends!

I used Trinity Relocation Group late last month and I have to say It turned out great! To start, this was a last-minute request like 3 days before the day I needed to move and they were able to accommodate my move. Not only were they there early, they finished the move in less than the estimated time. They were a pleasure to work with and most importantly, had great attitudes.

These guys are the best!

Trinity Relocation Group was amazing and made our move stress free! Tony, Ed and Lewis were very careful with all of our items but also moved us very quickly. They were diligent to make sure we did not go over our estimate, in fact we were under by almost an hour because they were so quick! I researched many quotes of different moving companies and they were definitely the best I could find. Would highly recommend them and definitely plan to use them in the future!

Long-distance move from Bothell, WA to Alpharetta, GA

Terrible move experience.

Do NOT use this company for your moving needs. We were given a quote and a few days prior to our move, the price increased $1500, and when the movers arrived the price increased another $1500. Our moving costs went from $5400 to $8400. During our initial conversation with our salesperson (Bill Rosen) he said we were the most organized movers he had spoken with and offered us a discount if we had all of our boxes in the garage of our tri-level townhome. We personally moved ALL of our boxes into the garage and our movers only had to move large pieces of furniture out of the home. We were told our goods would arrive in 14 days. Our move date was 6/29 and after 16 days, we still have not gotten an ETA nor will anyone at Trinity Relocation Group return our calls and inquiries surrounding the ETA. When we initially called to complain about the increase in cost, we were told that the initial $1500 increase "is normal," but that the second increase did not "seem right." The manager asked us to submit all documentation and email correspondence with her staff so she could review all correspondence surrounding our quote. We explained that we provided detailed spreadsheets with documentation and measurements of ALL of our items. She asked if the staff person requested this level of detail and we explained that we submitted it on our own to ensure we were getting an accurate quote and to avoid the shock that we are currently experiencing. She basically said that their software program cannot accommodate this level of detail. In other words, you will NEVER get an accurate quote from them. We submitted all documentation she requested several days ago and have yet to hear back from her, nor has she gotten back to us on our delivery date. This company is completely unethical and I do not recommend them. Moving is incredibly stressful and they have done nothing but add to the intense stress already felt during a cross country move. We have NO IDEA where our items are and/or when they will be delivered. We got screwed financially and actually screwed all the way around (dishonest quote, poor response time, no idea on our delivery date, etc.). Our final box count was 10-15 boxes LESS than what we provided during our quote, yet our cost still went up $3000 from the initial quote. I repeat, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Long-distance move from Alexandria, VA to San Diego, CA

Don't hire them.

They used an extremely unprofessional subcontractor for my move, who lost seven big items, including two large framed prints. And they dropped off something that belongs to someone else - a massive large framed mirror - and won't do anything to remove it. Other things were broken because the boxes arrived badly damaged, despite being marked as fragile. And I had to throw out a mattress and bed frame when the subcontractor arrived for the move and claimed that I was over my estimated weight. I was barely over and had tried contacting Bill Rosen (the sales manager) beforehand to ask him about a couple extra bags.. no response. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!

Long-distance move from Columbus, OH to Fargo, ND

Moving.

This is the worst company I have asked to help me relocate to a new home. They called themselves a relocation company; however, what they actually do is to find another company to move your things. In other words, this company charges money from you and also get a commission from another firm. They only look for a moving company that pays them well and not for the quality of that moving company. Trinity Relocation Group takes no responsibility whether your stuff is lost along the way or your moving schedule is messed up. When you have any issues, they will ask you to contact a third-party mover directly. They told me that they had nothing to do with moving any more after I pay them. So, their sole responsibility was to connect me to another party, which pays a high commission to them. YES, they take your money and commission fees; that is their role!

Here, I will describe in detail about my experience with Trinity Relocation Group. I contacted Trinity around June 2020. They estimated my moving to be around $2,000. The estimate included 5 big boxes, 5 medium boxes, and 2 office chairs. They asked me to give a range of dates that I'd like to move to my new home in a different state. So, I gave them between July 25th and 28th. I had scheduled my flight to my new place on July 29th. They told me that they will contact me around a week in advance. They asked me to deposit around $800.

In the Midnight of July 23rd, I've got a call from Virgin Moving Company, which is a third-party moving company. Virgin Moving threaten me that they have to pick up my stuff tomorrow morning (July 24th). Otherwise, I needed to find another company. It was such a rush, so I have no way to pack everything. So, I decided to hire some of their movers to help packing.

The next day, their movers arrived 2 hours late. They looked at my stuff and said they need an extra $ 750. They told me that that they underestimated the moving cost. I asked them to just pack my items into the agreed numbers of boxes. I wanted to do that because I wanted to see what was remaining. I couldn't understand how they were able to come up with an extra $750. The movers told me that they could not do that. I have to either throw away other stuff before they started packing. They said that they need to receive full payment before they could start packing. I had no choice but to pay for them. Otherwise, they wouldn't move my items, and I'd lose my deposit (which was around $800). They kept threatening so!

Virgin Moving Company lost my baggage and table. In this luggage, I have a cashmere winter coat, 10 dress-shirts, 5 suits and pants, and 5 shoes. It was the only big baggage that contains my valuable clothes. It was so sketchy! One of the managers (named David)gave me his estimate of my lost luggage and the table was $60. I immediately rejected it. He said he didn't care!

I contacted Trinity Relocation Group for help. They said it is not their business anymore. There is nothing they will do.

I am still waiting for the official estimate for my lost items from the Virgin Moving Company. It's been more than 2 weeks. I didn't expect much from this company.

My advice to everyone: Please don't trust any good reviews about Trinity Relocation Group and Virgin Moving. They only want your money and high commission from poor-service providers.

Long-distance move from Hanscom AFB, MA to Cumming, GA

Don't get hoodwinked.

They give you a low estimate, then have the "quality insurance guy" call you 3 days prior to the move which leads to a higher estimate. They Then subcontract the move to any carrier that will "hopefully" arrive. The guys they sent to Hanscom AFB were foreign nationals and one wasn't able to get access to base. Not to mention that they were supposed to arrive yesterday, then 10am today. The driver arrived at 4pm. Trinity says it my problem as I pay for a hotel and rent, and I need to work it out with my subcontractor. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Worse moving experience after 24 yrs of active duty Navy service.

We requested Trinity Relocation Group for moving us to NY form FL. Their attention to detail, their mannerisms and their professionalism were of the highest caliber. I loved everything about them as they were working hard with dedication. They took great care in wrapping all the items well. Dishonest people. Stay away from them.

I recently use Trinity for my move from NC to MD. I worked with a representative called Bruce, he was very nice but not completely honest with me with the estimated cost . I gave him an inventory of all my items I was moving and even overestimated the 30 large boxes extra just so the movers will bring the right size truck. Bruce recommended this and I will only pay for the space I use. Estimated cost was $5434. When the movers arrived on 7/26/20, he took an inventory of my items again and said l only paid for half of the truck space and that it will cost us $3000 more to move our items. I was stocked and very upset. I called Trinity and off course their customer service center was closed on weekends. I decided to take out all the boxes from the inventory and move only the heavy items which were 2 queen size beds, 1 King size bed, washer/dryer, tv stand, 4 dressers, dinning table, 5 bar chairs. We still end up paying almost $2000 extra just for those items. $7000 in total. If we knew this estimated cost we would not have used Trinity. We end up using Uhaul to move all our o the boxed items. We had a very bad experience with Trinity. I will never recommend them to anyone.

These guys are the absolute best.

They literally make moving look fun. They are positive, helpful, intuitive, and careful! Not a thing was damaged, everything was in the right room, and they believe that if they take it apart they should put it back together. Ours was not a small job and we had them from 8am to 8pm. They never slowed down, never got grumpy, and at the end of the day, every bed was assembled and ready for us to collapse into.

Long distance move.

What an awful experience! I have never felt so taken advantage of. Trinity had given me an initial quote that was very reasonable. I followed up before my move with the exact number of boxes, bins, suitcases, and furniture and they were able to update my quote. Although I didn’t add much the quote went up a few hundred dollars, which was understandable. When the movers arrived they forced me to unpack a trunk I had packed my clothing in and put it in one of their boxes, which of course had an additional charge. Once they started taking items apart I was told that my price had gone up another $1000! I asked why and was told “they never get the quote right the first time.” In this case I had to go get a second money order as I didn’t have this much extra cash on hand and did not want to have the 6% charge for using credit. Fast forward to delivery and I was unable to get in contact with anyone who knew anything about my delivery. They couldn’t even tell me what state the driver was in. At this point they had had my things for 2 weeks. When my delivery finally arrived I realized they had transferred all of my items from the original truck to an 18-wheeler. At this point the driver stated he was unable to get close enough to my house and therefore charged me another $150 for a “long carry.”

I do understand additional charges may apply, but from my initial quote to my final payout I was charged well over $1000 more than I was expected to pay. I left messages with the company for clarification and help throughout the process and no one returned my call. I have never been so disappointed and have already advised friends/family who are also moving to steer clear of this company. What a horrible way to run a business. I have nothing good to say about the company in general, but I will say the movers who delivered my items were the only good thing that this company had to offer. Do not recommend!

Trinity Relocation Group.

Going with Trinity was clearly a mistake on many levels for my move from Florida to Texas. Their estimates changed several times, always increasing. The movers were not professional, packed in a very inappropriate manner and clearly not trained. Ultimately they lost many of my belongings and significantly damaged others. Their claims process was shoddy, incomplete and ultimately unsatisfying. Overall, how Trinity and We Care For You handled my move was terrible and completely unprofessional. I am left with significant damages and lost items that they will not rectify. I would never recommend Trinity and We Care to anybody who expects a level of professionalism and customer service needed in this industry.

Don't use!

I recently moved and used Trinity relocation group. They contract out to another mover. I interviewed 3 movers and chose poorly when I elected Trinity. They showed up to my house at 5 pm, they were supposed to arrive at 9 am. They immediately began yelling at me that I had more stuff then I indicated to Trinity. I went through the list and everything was there. All of the sudden the price is $400 more. Now he is yelling at me that he can't take it all. Meanwhile his truck is half full. He assures me he will be back the next day at 11 am so I can make my closing at 2 pm. He arrives at 1:30 pm and I miss closing. I stored belongings and the date continues to change and I can not get them back.

Cross-Country Move.

This was truly a terrible experience, I don't even know where to begin and I will try to keep this brief w/ just highlights:

1) despite me giving a 3 day window for pickup, they arrived on what would be day 4 w/ minimal warning/communication (I even paid to reserve street parking for them during this 3 day period, only to have it all be for naught)

2) I was told over the phone by a member of the sales team when reserving the service that my stuff would be delivered in 10-14days. Over a MONTH later, my stuff arrived at my new apartment. Allegedly it was kept in a storage unit for 2 weeks which I didn't even realize was a possibility. I was repeatedly made to feel like I was asking too much over the phone when I called for updates during this time period and "didn't understand the extent of my move" (it was a small one bdrm apt) and made to feel like I was the one in the wrong.

3) my stuff was absolutely trashed when delivered. Boxes were broken, dish-ware broken, it was a mess. And to top it all off, my kitchen table top was missing. Despite COUNTLESS emails, I still (now 3 months post-move) have not been reimbursed nor have I seen sight of said table.

It was the most stressful move of my life, and the customer service team at Trinity lacked any sense of empathy. Please make your sales team more honest and realize that people are moving to start new jobs etc and truly need their stuff delivered w/in the deadlines you yourself create. I should have researched this more and been a better consumer, shame on me. But shame on this company for its dubious and extremely misleading practices.

They are great people.

A few weeks ago we ended our transfer. The transfer squad we got was very good. Ultimately, they worked without waiting. With our items, they were extremely careful. They rolled it together and sealed everything back, and they also used traveling blankets for the transfer. Luckily all the large things were securely shipped from what I can see, no cuts or dents.

Great movers, they called for clarification, turned up on time and were ready to go. They've taken the time to make a quick walk through all the things to bring in the car. They have taken care of all the items. They were running in between loads to get the next items. speed and efficiency are what they are doing and they are doing it well!! Long-distance move from Miami, FL to Washington, DC

I feel taked advantage of.

You couldn’t pay me to use this company again. I do not understand how this company has any positive reviews.

The quote that they provided was completely inaccurate (even though I was clear that I wanted it to be the worst case scenario because my company was paying for it). I asked multiple times “is there anyway that it will be more expensive than this quote?” The sales man said “only if we show up and you have a grand piano that you are not telling me about.” I also exaggerated the amount of packing needed and asked the salesman to add the $500 discount back on so I had some wiggle room and money to tip the movers. Pretty much, I gave them a huge wiggle room and it still cost me a bunch of money!

Trinity is not the company that does the moving. They contract other companies to do the work. A company called “We Care for You” showed up 1.5 hours late. He walks in the door and says, “alright, let’s get you a quote.” He assumed that the Trinity quote was not correct and said “those things are never correct.” We then wasted another hour arguing about the bill. The man kept stating, “well if you don’t like it, you can find another company!” That is a ridiculous thing to say when I have to be out that day. He then noticed that my quote included packing and said “oh shit, I hope I have boxes in the truck!”

Also, the quote included 4 paintings that required professional packing. These are painting that my deceased mother created. They were thrown into a large box with my kitchenware! The move was supposed to take place from 10am to 1pm. It wasn’t complete until 4pm (which is a problem when you must reserve the elevator).

Back to Trinity… I was on the phone with Tracy on moving day. She reassured me that Trinity would get it straightened out and that they would reimburse me once they figured out why the quote was not accurate. Throughout the next 2 months, I spoke with Tracy and Lisa for HOURS trying to straighten it out. I was told “its only $1k difference…. That’s not that bad.” I explained about my mother’s paintings and was told “well… were they damaged?” After all the hassle, they reimbursed me $100. I feel like I got taken advantage of.
