Really Good Company.

Superior Moving Systems came in so clutch. I hired them last minute, I had got a quote from them a few months ago and wind up picking a cheaper "crappy" company at first who was a broker and did not show up on the day of the move. In a panic I called Superior back the day of the move and they had me picked up the next day and delivered 3 days later. Now I see what Micheal was originally saying about watching out for cheap quotes of companies who sell out jobs.

These guys are NOT brokers and all professional movers showed up in their OWN truck and did a great job.

Good Company.

Superior moving systems help me with my upcoming move I recently relocated for work from North Carolina to Florida . My company was supposed to help me choose the company but because it was last minute the corporate company was all booked out the first company I saw when I went online and search movers in my area was superior they had a bunch of good feedback from previous customers I was really scared of getting stuck in a broker situation these guys definitely are not brokers and were real movers when they showed up in the road truck . We had over 150 boxes to pack and they helped us the whole way my wife isn't it collecting knickknacks and they helped bubble wrap all the glass pieces for her and pack up everything for us at a really reasonable rate . Thanks a lot for a smooth move superior .

Superior moving and storage didn't move for me and my family they relocated me to Florida from Arizona they did a really good job all the movers showed up and uniforms and we're professionals they came on their own truck and they are not brokers I would recommend this company to anyone in my family we had to pack up all of my mirrors and glass items and they did a really good job creating all the glass thank you again superior.

Best moving carrier out there.

I was nervous about the move but I had a great experience that I wanted to share. This company definitely worked hard to really show me the hard working experience at this carrier. They proved from start to finish on the job. The company was very affordable on the price and being able to know I was able to trust the moving carrier for the first time moving was a big step because I didn't know where this could go. Knowing that I made that big step it was great that I made it with Superior moving company. Overall I rate this company an A+ 5 stars, I had no complaints and the sales specialist gave me a great quote. He also answered all of my questions and cleared all of my doubts. He made me safe and assured everything would go as planned. Overall great experience and highly recommend this to readers and family and friends. I'll be a returning customer . If you are moving I definitely recommend this company as you can tell everything went great with my move!

Unprofessional company. Avoid any business with them.

The whole moving process with Superior was very stressful. They should call themselves "Inferior Moving Systems" instead.

They are absolutely zero on customer service. When you call to get an update on your move, you are transferred to some number where no one picks up the phone.

The sales guy kept promising me the moon but I was left to struggle on my own once I signed up for the move. It was a poor decision on my part to trust the sales person.

My household items were picked up on 29th Aug from Chicago and it was promised to be delivered by the 2nd of Sept in OH. There were no updates about my items for days. I called up the sales guy and other customer reps and they keep transferring my call. My emails to info@superiormovingsystemsinc.com and cs@superiormovingsystemsinc.com are unanswered too. Once by chance they picked the phone, and they didn't have the etiquette to speak (one of the so called managers slammed the phone on me).

I have an infant and it was a hard time waiting for my goods to arrive. I had to buy 100's of dollars worth of redundant items while waiting for them to deliver my items. At final delivery I had to pay almost double to amount than what was initially estimated.

One of the dispatchers promised a review of this whole situation but as expected there is no communication from him after they got their money. I am now emailing them with no luck. You can read my play by play review on Yelp.

Some of the (in)famous lines I heard from them.
"We cannot make good on the promises our sales guys make. They can promise whatever they want"
"We don't know where our trucks are"
"We don't know where our driver is"
"We don't know where your belongings are"
And the biggest lie
"We will get back to you and you will definitely hear from us on this"

Please DO NOT do any business with Superior Moving Systems Inc, They are unprofessional and highly unreliable.

My experience with this moving company was fantastic. Initially I spent some time reviewing and checking various moving companies and decided to use this one. They arrived on time and loaded my furniture into the truck with care and made sure everything was packed and secured properly. Upon arrival at my new apartment, they unloaded everything and was on schedule. Movers were very pleasant to work with. Very satisfied!

Moved from Iowa to Georgia. My hands are off and the stuff was delivered as promised on time. A few guys came and packed up. I signed the paper work and that's it. In a few hours, everything was packed and loaded.

Seems like a scan.

My move price went from 2200-3795, but only after my stuff was on the truck. They price based on cubic feet, and I know exactly how much stuff I put on the truck. It was less than 300, they claimed 650. I proved it with math they were wrong. They also were horrendously late. No one will get on a phone, and if you manage to get one, they say they can never answer your question. They also lost my chair. DO NOT USE THEM. To only tell you the price after it is on the truck, and for it to jump then is ridiculous. If you take it off, you lose you 700 deposit. I am trying now to contest the charge, but no one will get on the phone.

If you have unfortunately already paid a deposit.. just cancel and eat your small deposit. You'll save yourself a headache in the long run. Please READ OTHER REVIEWS here. Message us on Yelp, we'll tell you our stories. I've talked to several.

Scheduled a state to state move from PA to TN on September 4th. They rescheduled to Tues Sept 5th 3-5PM. 5PM rolled around.. no truck. Finally got a hold of someone at their office and they said "the truck broke down" and that it'll be there by 7. 7 came and went. Then 9. Then finally the driver called me "we can't do it today or tomorrow" with absolutely no one to call. It sounds like they CONTRACT OUT the drivers. Wednesday came.. almost impossible to get ANYONE from this company.

Was able to finally get a hold of Jake Miller around 9am on Wednesday. He said he'd "call dispatch and get back to me..". A hour later, still no word from theme. Finally talked to a Walter (ext 404) who told me to "calm down and rub one out".. he'll "talk with dispatch". Eventually, some guy Jeremy called me (paraphrased) "we can't move you today or tomorrow. we're canceling, you'll get a refund in 3-5 business days, someone from customer service will call you." I asked to get that in writing via email. No email. Emailed them. No response. So, a week later Jake Miller is now telling me "YOU CANCELED, NO REFUND".

I really have _NEVER_ seen such unprofessional, disrespectful humans in my life. Seriously rude.

When you actually get someone on the phone they answer with "Hello?". Not "Hi this is Jake with Superior Moving how many I help you?" like.. you.. you'd expect from a company.

Oh -- they ONLY accept ACH Debit payments. I wonder why?

This company does not deserve to be in business. Ever. Not any state. Not any country.

I've filed complaints with both the NJ Office of Consumer Affairs and the BBB. If you've been a victim of this company, you should file as well.
