Moving Excess Baggage by Air and Sea

I used Seven Seas to move my excess baggage from Australia to the UK - one by Air and one by Sea. More than helpful and even though I had some difficulty with the website, they had actual real people to speak to to help with things and check you were okay, and when there was an unforeseen difficulty that needed some extra support. I had reassurance, patience and understanding, and peace of mind every step of the way. While I didn't foresee this in the awful automated world that's been forced on us all, I was originally drawn to Seven Seas because they were honest and upfront about costs, the breakdown of payments etc. I had been fooled by some other companies before choosing Seven Seas where the promotional dialogue did not match the reality. And that upfront honesty is what I appreciate most about this company on top of everything else. I highly recommend them, and will, in the future use them again.

Excellent service

Really happy with the service. Great communication with timely updates, reliable, goods arrived within the time frame and in good condition. System for entering box contents on the website was a bit of a pain (would have been nice to be able to copy paste our list rather than having to enter everything line by line) But otherwise everything we could have asked for.

Very easy move!

During a very stressful time, Seven Seas made the move straight forward, from when the empty boxes were going to be left, the full ones being picked up, all the way through to delivery at the other end. My full boxes arrived looking the same as when I sent them on their merry way a d delivery drivers at both ends were very helpful and polite!

Moving from Sydney to London

Seven seas worldwide provided an excellent service during what was a stressful time; moving across the world. It is very easy to contact them, staff are experts and very helpful, boxes were picked up and delivered on time, even right before Christmas. Staff were also extremely patient and helpful with my queries relating to paper work that needed to be completed for customs in the UK.

International move - Sydney to London

An excellent service from start to finish. Good communication and tracking, patient and helpful staff, efficient processes and great value. My only wish was that there was a paid add-on, allowing boxes to be collected from above the ground floor, and when dropping off, allowing the driver to bring them up a single step into the house. This one thing aside, I wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Outstanding communication and service

I had my items shipped from Australia to the United Kingdom and Seven Seas Worldwide was an outstanding company to use. They were constantly updating me on the progress of my shipment and I was also able to keep track of my of items online. It took roughly around 3 months to be shipped. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone as I was so happy with their customer service!

Fuss free shipping

Seven Seas Worldwide made shipping our belongings from Australia simple and stress-free. We didn’t have lots of furniture, just a few boxes of clothes and belongings. The quote we recieved was better value than other companies and the quality of the service was excellent. The company provided secure boxes and tape ahead of time, delivered to our address and even including a pen to mark the boxes with our details. We were given an accurate window for the boxes to be collected from our property, no need to take them to a depot. We recieved clear guidance on customs and were able to waive extra shipping fees through completing a simple form. We were able to easily change the delivery address even after shipping, which was invaluable once we confirmed our new address in UK. It was simple to track our shipment’s progress. Overall we were very satisfied with the quality and value for money of Seven Seas and have recommended them to others already.

Efficuent and Fast

We used Seven Seas in 2024 to move back to the UK from New Zealand. From first enquiry to getting our goods in the UK was a very smooth and easy process.

We went for a meduim sized move cube. Staff were verg helpful with our many questions. Tracking was provided and was accurate.

Our goods arrived a few days early and Seven Seas staff were helpful in arranging local storage till we moved into our home.

Moved from Canada to Scotland. Flawless.

My wife and I contacted Seven Seas to arrange for our household goods to be brought over to our new home in Scotland in 2022.

The company was very easy to work with. We found that we were treated kindly, which helped us to relax about the move.

The MoveCube arrived at the right time, we loaded it, and sent it off. Then we waited.

A few months later we received notice that our belongings were to be delivered. We received the MoveCube, which was in perfect condition.

There are no hidden charges or any surprises. You can track where your goods are.

We have recommended Seven Seas to our friends who needed a shipping company.

We would use them again if needed!
