Long-distance move from Jackpot, NV to Houston, TX

Nice Job!

I found these guys and called them. They came over and did their work. They are really hardworking and really careful when carrying stuff. They are also friendly as well. As for their service, it was really impressive. I had no problems with them and noted them if ever I need more moving in the future. Definitely refer these guys to those who are moving and want an easy move!

Move from NV to AZ

This company is absolutely terrible. If I could give negative stars for their performance, I most certainly would. They started by giving me the wrong pick-up date. I had to call them when they didn't show up on the date and during the time they told me they would arrive. Deon told me that he made a mistake and that the moving company would arrive the next day between 0900-1300. The next day, when the moving company had not shown up by 1300 (and after 5 phone calls to find out where they were), I finally got a call from the movers. They didn't actually arrive until 1600. Our delivery took 2 weeks and involved me calling Priceline Logistics eleven (11) additional times and being given three (3) different ETA's, none of which were kept. On my twelfth (12th) call to them, I was told by someone named Joe Jerry, who claimed to be a manager, that he had "moved some things around" and that my delivery would arrive in a couple of hours. Knowing that my goods were coming from Las Vegas, I knew that this could not possibly be true, as the drive time from Las Vegas to Phoenix in a truck is at least 6 hours. This appeared to be yet another case of them providing inaccurate information, or flat out lying to me about my delivery. When the movers finally did arrive, they delivered all of my goods to the ground, even though my quote was for 12 stairs to the 2nd floor. My apartment complex has 17 stairs (who knows how many stairs their new place has before they move in?) and the movers told me that their boss (Jon from JD Movers in Las Vegas) wanted to charge me an additional $50 per step to bring everything up to the 2nd floor. After calling Priceline's after hours number (it was now 1900 local time) I got in touch with Kiki, who told me that she was trying to negotiate with the owner of the moving company to reduce the charge for the additional steps. She never called me back, and neither did Jon, the owner. After unloading all of my household goods to the ground, the movers left without telling me, and left everything outside. My wife and I were left with no recourse and all of our possessions on the ground to bring up to the second floor ourselves. If you want to be charged lots of $$, have to re-schedule your lives around incorrect pick-up and delivery dates/times, pay for a second floor delivery and have to bring your possessions upstairs yourself, and have to make almost 20 phone calls without anyone from Priceline calling you to update you on what's going on, then this is the company for you. If you are a sane, reasonable person who expects to be treated with respect, and who expects that a company will perform the services for which you have paid, I suggest you run as fast as you can in the opposite direction of this company and do not look back. Wesley, Deon, Kiki, Mary, and Joe (all of whom I spoke with during my many, many calls to this company) do not return calls, do not reach out to let you know what's happening, and when you do get in touch with them, virtually none of the information they provide is accurate.

Long-distance move from Yuma, AZ to Vancouver, WA

Feel like I was duped.

Initially I talked to Travis from priceline. They were the first company to contact me when I began researching movers to move from AZ to WA and I really liked talking with him. He was helpful and made me feel pretty at ease with the move, we took an inventory of all of the items to be moved and he gave me a quote of around 5k to move everything. That sounded pretty reasonable to me considering we spoke at length about disassembly and reassembly of the furniture and that there were two large tvs that would need to be moved. He said that was all included in the quote.

I went up to Washington to work and set up a new place for us to live. My wife had to set up a second inventory that was even more thorough itemizing every single thing to be moved, and counting all the boxes and sizes of boxes and furniture. This was a comprehensive list and ended up being more expensive. I had already paid 1300 dollars down to secure the move and after that second inventory they required an additional 1700 and increased the final bill by another couple thousand dollars.

When the movers arrived on the agreed upon day my wife called me in a panic because apparently the inventory and quote we were given didn't quite cover it. The tvs would cost extra to move and somehow, despite getting rid of several large items, like an exercise bike, several boxes and a pile of other things, the overall space used was underestimated by something like 300 cubic feet. Which tacked on another couple thousand dollars.

Oh and now that all the stuff was loaded they wanted 4000 bucks and they wouldn't take a card. My wife had to venmo the money and was told there would still be 1500 more to be payed on delivery. She was upset and called me at work, I immediately tried to get ahold of priceline and couldn't. I sent an email to them and was called later by the after hours person and assured they would go over everything with the management and call me the following Monday.

Monday came and went and I was not contacted by anyone.

Our stuff arrived pretty quickly to our new place which I was impressed with but when it showed up to be delivered it was mid afternoon and it was only one guy. We had a 3 bedroom apartment to be moved and once again had to find a way to venmo the money to start unloading which my wife did after being assured there weren't going to be any more surprise charges. This one guy then ended up moving everything by himself because apparently nobody else showed up. After several hours he finally had it all in and started reassembling one piece of furniture, a loft bed. This was getting on towards 8pm at this point and was getting nowhere. I get up for work at 430 am so I wasn't too keen on staying up all night with this one guy trying to reassemble all the furniture so I guess that we will handle it all ourselves, despite paying around 9000 dollars and having that included in the service.

I honestly feel ripped off. I was given a quote based on walk through and inventory where I measured everything with a tape measure and gave them the dimensions. Then my wife gave them a second inventory that went even further with almost exactly every item to be moved and somehow their quote was off by thousands. I wish I would have dug a little deeper into researching this company. I would have seen that my experience is not unique. The next time I move I will not be using priceline logistics.

I take my experience as a payment for a very expensive education on who not to use and hope this will keep others from trusting this company.

Constant Price Change

While they were more polite than anyone else I spoke with, they take advantage of COVID, with no in-person walkthrough of what you are moving, and the fact that most people do not move on a regular basis. I got on initial quote. When we had a call to confirm everything the price went up - "Oh, when you said Queen bed, we just estimated based on a mattress; you have a box spring and bedframe too?" Then, when the movers arrived in AZ, the price went up again because, somehow, it was still more than they were anticipating (we did not move a lot of stuff). At that point, though, they have you over a barrel and they know it - you don't want to pay the higher price, fine, we won't move you. And, even though we were told to have a certified check for Priceline, since it had been subcontracted out to 500Move, they couldn't accept the check, and we had to give them a credit card (which we had been told we could not do). The only reason I am not giving then 1 star is because the movers who delivered our furniture were fantastic. However, all-in-all, it was a terrible experience.

Move - OH to TN

If you are trying to move efficiently and on any sort of timeline whatsoever, I highly recommend you do not use PriceLine Logistics. My initial experience was great, the sales person was available to answer any questions, and I truly thought I was picking a great company. Fast forward to the week of the move, I had requested a Thursday pickup and Friday delivery, I was told that would not be a problem and they would pick up on Thursday to deliver Friday. This also goes along with what I was told by the sales rep, that we will find a truck going the same direction, but if one is not available they would send a truck and movers for just your things.

Come the Tuesday before I was now being told it was going to be Friday or Saturday before things were picked up. Had they told me in the beginning that a Thursday pick up was not available, I could have planned for this and not had to be out of my apartment on Friday. After going back and forth with CS they advised they would be there and have all my things out by 5pm on Friday. Come Friday at 1:40 (they were suppose to arrive between 2-5pm) I was being told that it would now be Saturday morning before they could pick up. But, to make up for it they offered to “throw in some free boxes”. Coincidentally this gracious offer was made 20 minutes before I was expecting them to pick up my things and at that point I had quite obviously packed everything.

After speaking with their customer service they told me there was nothing that could be done, but they would deliver either that Sunday or Monday. Shockingly enough, it is now Tuesday and I am just now being told that it will not deliver for another week. I am unsure of where exactly my things are or when they may arrive. Luckily, I packed a lot of my clothes in my car so I at least had clothes to wear to my new job after waking up on the floor.

This entire process has been nothing short of a pain, if this is going to be how customers are serviced it’d be nice to have known up front. They are using predatory selling techniques and blatantly lying to customers.

Long-distance move from Charleston, SC to Kalamazoo, MI

Worst experience ever

The worst experience in my life by far.

The movers come a day early “hurray”

Movers came on a Sunday, promised me my stuff would be there on a Thursday.

We get to Michigan from South Carolina and call the movers, there’s been a delay and your stuff is being loaded today and it’ll be there in 1-3 days

So me and my wife and two kids are in a house with nothing, no big deal we’ll tough it out. Monday comes around I call again

The trucks are delayed again it’ll be there Wednesday or Thursday. Now I get mad because my kids and myself are without anything. No big deal what are you gonna do

Call Wednesday, they don’t know when your date for delivery is gonna be they’ll hopefully have it by Friday for you.

So these people who we paid thousands of dollars for have just been jerking us around. No apologie, no let me see what I can do. Unprofessional, uncaring.

I’d hire two guys in trench coats before I’d hire this company ever again. If there was a rating less than 0 they’d have it. Do yourself a favor and do not pick them. Unless you have weeks to be without your stuff and money to blow on new things

Long-distance move from Gary, IN to Phoenix, AZ

Out-of-state Move

On my pick-up date, the moving company dispatched reviews my items & advises that I would need more space than what was listed on my estimate generated by Priceline - about 150 cubic feet difference. Yes, it is an estimate, however, I was baffled because my estimate was for MORE than the number of items I intended on taking. Per the rep whom completed the final “checklist” prior to my pick-up date, he insisted that I list double the number of boxes I had to ensure enough space would be reserved. After multiple phone calls between myself & Priceline and Priceline & the moving company, I ended up being responsible for close to an additional $1000.00. No one could understand that my dispute was how could I be over-quoted and the proper space/dimension not be documented to reserve per my items checklist, then I still owe more money when majority of the bigger items listed on the estimate were not moved. The rep whom I spoke with on moving day first uses the excuse that the estimate is not based on the number of items but on the space used; then tries to convince me with the analogy that if you reserve a ballroom & not all guests show up, you’re still responsible for those plates, which, in my opinion, does not apply! Bottom line would be to not use a broker & deal directly with the moving/transportation company, since the brokers are unable to calculate the reserved space properly - my first and last time.

Update 4/15/21: The transport company Priceline dispatched to (or has a business relationship with) was unknown until they showed up on the pickup date. It has now been a week & my belongings are still not in transit along with no future ETA. I understand this may not directly be Priceline’s issue, however, they should be more aware of the transport companies used.

Cross Country Move

The sales person did not take the correct information regarding the size of the boxes. We paid one deposit and was told it would be much more expensive but since we booked early (January for a March move). They do not have a slot in their system for xlarge boxes only large(as per Deon in cs) so when the movers arrive we had to pay more.

We have been waiting for our stuff and we cannot get any information on our items as they have use on hold for 30m minutes then we get disconnected. My husband called 5 time this morning (4/12/2021) and no answer. We spoke to Catalina last Thursday who stated that she will get a copy of the bill of lading and call us back and nothing. Deon promised the same thing last Monday and nothing. My husband called Jim Miller and no answer or call back.

Our $2600n move is now $3600 and we are still waiting for our belongings. I am contacting my attorney because this is unacceptable.

Actively being scammed, over a month no delivery date

After assuring me multiple times that my belongings would be delivered April 8th, Priceline subcontracted me out to a company with a 1 star rating. These people have had my belongings since March 25th; it is now May 4th and I still do not have a delivery date.

These scammers rejected my check, insisted I pay via app to a company with a different name, and also insisted I pay cash on delivery.

Priceline has continued to aid these scammers, refused to let me speak to a manager (until I called and got one by pure luck yesterday) and has yet to even address any kind of a refund or bill adjustment.

The character limit means I cannot share the whole story here, but you can view it here:

Where is our things?

Before our stuff was even picked up, we explicitly told them our availability for the delivery. They also told us that it would be 7 to 10 business days from the day of the pick up. It’s been 10 business days and they said our stuff is not even in the truck to get here yet. I’m pregnant and sleeping on an air mattress, we can’t afford to purchase everything we already have. All we want is our stuff to be delivered. I’m tired of having to call every time and get the same information over and over.

A scam company

Moving from Ohio to Texas.

Was quoted a price of just under $3500. Paid a $ 1500 deposit. PriceLine Logistics representative calls several days before the actual movers are to show up, ( Priceline is just a broker, they contract out to another company the actual move). Priceline rep. wanted to go over items i was moving again. I did add some additional items from prior estimate as who can remember everything they own all at once. Anyway, was told i would have to pay them another $1000 towards deposit. ( Now $2500 total) ok, no problem. When the actual mover arrived he inventoried everything and said his cost was going to be $6400. That's just the movers charge! Now im in hock for nearly $9000! 3 Bedroom home and garage items. AND i had already sold over half of my furniture and appliances, packed and labled all boxes for them!! After some haggling i managed to convince the mover and PRICELINE to refund me $900 . So my total cost went from $3400 to over $ 8000 dollars AND it took 24 days to actually deliver my items! DON'T USE PRICELINE LOGISTICS NO MATTER HOW GOOD IT SOUNDS!!! It's a total scam! Oh, and by the way, once you pay the deposit it's NON-REFUNDABLE! THIS COMPANY IS A BROKER SCAM! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Fl to Cali, Missing and broken furnitures

Used this company to move from Fl to Cali. They contracted 3rd party movers. When they picked up they have a smaller truck and with a different contract, more expensive, and when they delivered they demanded payment before they unloaded the truck. We got missing and broken Italian furnitures, some were put on the side of the driveway and some broken vases in the trash can. They did not even tell us. Our furnitures were crated when they picked up but were not when they arrived, they changed truck in Texas and probably removed the crates to fit in the new truck. I hope filing claims will not be a problem.

I am writing this review to let people know ,what a BS company this place is,my daughter n daughter in law just recently acquired their services, they were ecstatic when they were quoted the price because it was a long distance move, their enthusiasm soon faded however, they had nothing but trouble, which stemmed from the movers not arriving on time to load ,then the total miscommunication n blatant disregard for their feelings, trying to charge them more n more money way past the amount originally agreed upon.Very unprofessional in that they were crass n down right offensive with their comments to my daughter, treating her with disrespect ,I shudder at the thought of how they must treat their families,if they treat upstanding paying citizens like this! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE

On the day of pickup they continuously missed the timeframe for pickup so I had to call and ask for an update. This went until they said they wouldn't be able to make it. I had to leave to my new home in South Carolina so I made plans for a neighbor to be there for pick up. They then called me to let me know they were 30 minutes out. I did like those movers, very nice and respectful, we had some very pleasant conversation, they broke everything down and moved it out for me. Then my stuff was moved away and I did not see it for 24 days. Communication was abysmal. They could never tell me where my stuff was or when I could expect it, only that my 1 bedroom apartment was going to cost me $7,200 for 68 items, none of which were particularly heavy. We were able to come to a conclusion that was crazy and settled for $4,700. As I was waiting I would periodically call for an update. They would tell me my stuff was on it's way and to expect it in 3-5 days then 2 days later tell me they're shipping it soon and to expect it in 5-7 days. All this time I still did not have a contract with them. Today when my stuff arrived the team unloaded it, setting everything into my apartment. I was taking inventory as they brought everything in, I hear their truck start and them pulling away, I ran outside to try to stop them but they did not stop. I tried calling them repeatedly, they never answered my call and then blocked my number. I called from a different number and they picked up, spoke into the phone, I said my name, they went silent for a little and hung up. I still did not have 14/68 items I moved with them, I did not sign any paperwork saying I received anything from them, they did not put together any of the furniture the company originally took apart. I called the office stating this problem, they said, it's okay, we don't need your signature for delivery, everything else you can file a claim. THAT'S NOT GOOD ENOUGH! They have my money so now they're done with me? I was charged an exorbitant amount and a fifth of my goods were not delivered and what I do have, glass is broken, chairs are broken. They did not even take most of the moving blankets off my stuff. Save your money and your sanity, please learn from my mistake and DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR MOVE!

WORST EVER - LIARS

I contacted Priceline Logistics back on January 13, 2021, for a move that would take place in May (didn't know exact date yet). On Wednesday, May 26, Priceline called to go over final inventory. I was told that the movers would come May 29, between 3-5. The people moving into our house were told the news and planned on moving in on May 30.Never came, never got a call. I called Priceline emergency number and was told that the movers were delayed at previous job and they would come the next day at 10. Next day at 10 no one showed. I called and was told 2-4. When I asked about the changes I was told “our policy couldn’t be more black and white” that the window of time is just a suggestion and any time or day is allowed. At 2pm the driver called me and said 3:30. At 4:30 pm still nothing. I finally got the driver again and he said 7:30pm, but if he left now he could be there in an hour with one truck and leave the other truck behind with his movers (at the previous job). The people that bought our house were moved in/moving in and unpacking. We couldn’t wait for the truck to come. My wife and I proceeded to move every single piece of furniture that we own out of the house and placed it in the front yard. THE ENTIRE CONTENTS OF MY HOUSE WAS SITTING IN THE FRONT YARD and we had to do it (so much for a full service move). Around 6pm the truck showed up. It was a 26 foot Uhaul. The driver got out and realized he had no supplies - no blankets or pads or anything. I started complaining to the driver about the mess so far. He told me that he is from Flat Price Movers out of New Jersey and he just found out about my move yesterday (May 29). He explained how Priceline Logistics is just a broker and they sub-contract their moves. This new guy wanted to charge extra for wrapping my mirrors and other stuff. I told him that I already listed these items on my inventory with Priceline - they knew about this stuff and gave me my quote. He said he does not work for Priceline and they have their own policies. He said his truck holds 2100 cubic feet and my stuff filled the entire truck. A 26 foot Uhaul truck holds exactly 1682 cubic feet, but I was billed for 2100. He wanted 75% now and 25% at delivery. I told him it was 50% now and 50% at delivery. Again, not his policy. I went to pay with a credit card and he said there is a charge for doing that. AGAIN, not what I was told, but that’s his policy. I didn’t carry $4000 cash with me and the banks were closed and my checks were packed (all because I was told by Priceline that I could use my credit card). I had to borrow $4000 cash from my neighbor just so I can pay to have my stuff loaded on the truck. My delivery window is well over 20 days, which I was told 7-10 days when I booked. Every single thing that was pitched to me during the original phone call to Priceline was different. When the other truck showed up with the movers, their trash went into my neighbors yard. It was never picked up. Movers finally left at 11:27pm. I picked Priceline based on reviews, but they sub-contract out to any mover they want - even ones that can be horrible. There is no customer service and no one returns phone calls.

Update June 1: Finally got someone to answer my calls from Priceline customer support. I explained my situation. Never got any sympathy. I did get something along the lines of “we have lawyers that make sure our forms are drafted right.”

Update June 5: I was at my old location celebrating my youngest daughters 13th birthday. During the party I got a call from the delivery driver saying they will be dropping my stuff off tomorrow morning (June 6). We weren’t supposed to get our stuff til June 18th. When they picked up the guy asked what day would I want and I told them June 13th would be great. I asked the delivery guy to hold my stuff and put it in storage (since I was promised 30 days free storage from Priceline - yet another LIE). They told me they don’t do that and if I don’t let them deliver tomorrow I wouldn’t get my stuff. I immediately jumped in my car and started driving across the country - 5 days earlier than was planned, leaving my family behind. I was told I needed to sign for the delivery as well. There was no way I was going to make a 30 hour drive in less than 20 to sign. I ended up calling a neighbor, who I never met, and had him sign for me. He also had to pay because you had to pay with cash. I asked the movers to move the master bedroom furniture and my oldest daughters furniture upstairs. Nothing else needed to be assembled or placed anywhere. He agreed. When I finally got to my house the only things upstairs were mattresses. My full service move entailed me and my wife moving our stuff out of our old house ourselves and me hiring neighbor kids to help me move my bedroom furniture upstairs.

Cautionary Tale

These are good salespeople, and in my opinion, unethical ones. Take whatever they tell you with a grain of salt. First, they wooed me in with a “great deal.” Not too good to be true, but good enough that a reasonable person unfamiliar with the industry would believe it’s legit. Then, after paying my initial deposit of $591 four months before my move, only several days before I was scheduled to move, they increased the cost of my move by $600. They claimed there was an inaccurate description of my furniture at the beginning. This was not true. This also included a few extra items I added to my moving estimate that barely increased any space on the truck. After they took my $891 in their broker fee, i.e., deposit, they sent a shady looking moving company to my house who arrived a day late. When the movers did a quick inventory of my furniture, they demanded $5,700. This was around $3,300 above what I had agreed to with Priceline Logistics, and didn’t include the $891 deposit/broker fee. Of course, I didn’t agree to the $5,700. When I contacted Priceline Logistics about the issue with the mover, the rep who I had been working with was disrespectful, condescending, and outright rude. He showed absolutely no empathy or sympathy. They already got my money! After the rep disrespected me and spoke to me like I was his pestering juvenile delinquent child and basically threatened to hang up on me, he said he’ll send another mover the following week for an additional $200+, claiming once again there was an inaccurate description of my furniture. I initially agreed because I felt like my back was up against the wall. I needed to be on the East Coast in a few days and I needed my furniture to follow me. However, after that last conversation with Priceline Logistics, I was basically ghosted by them. No response to any of my follow-up communication. Three days before I was supposed to move, I had to cancel my flight, wait for the following week and cross my fingers and hope movers will actually show up on time and not demand an outrageous amount of money again. And now the reps who I had been working with at Priceline Logistics won’t respond to my communications. I could not trust this company anymore. I decided to walk away and risk losing my $891 deposit. I had to make other arrangements for my move at the last minute literally. None of the reps I worked with at Priceline Logistics will even communicate with me. Ghosted. I believe Priceline Logistics misled me from the very beginning. I believe they had every intention of getting as much money out of me as possible. I believe they knew from the very outset they had significantly undervalued my move. They were just going to milk me out of as much deposit as possible and hope I’d ultimately agree to any last-minute price increase because my back was up against the wall, or I’d just walk away without my deposit. Deal with Priceline Logistics, or any broker in the moving industry, at your own peril.

DO NOT USE

TERRIBLE, they are the worst Moving brokers. Travis Joseph is a lying SNAKE. They contracted with Alpine Van lines which is also terrible. Moved on 5/18, it is 6/6 and still not even and estimated delivery date. Have left messages with "relocation specialists" and have never called me back. Customer service is not much better. Takes numerous call to get anyone on the phone. They are not helpful--all they do is offer to call the van lines and call you back, but despite 5 "promises" to call me back the next day, they never do. I have had to do all the communication. DO NOT USE they are a FRAUD.

SCAM COMPANY!

SCAM COMPANY: When you call Price Line for a quote, they are friendly and nice. They'll quote you something very reasonable. However, what Priceline does next is outsource your move to a moving company (mine was Falcon Moving). Priceline is a broker. After having to hound them about a pick up time, Falcon Moving finally calls to schedule pick up. YOU have to give THEM a window to come pick up your stuff! ...customer service right there...it's not about what is convenient for you, but what makes it convenient for them. Now fast forward and it's the last hour of your two-day window. You've called dispatch 3-5 times and you finally receive a call from the actual driver of your belongings. The shady crew of movers are now in your home. Everything must be packed in boxes prior to their arrival, so you're ready to roll, just waiting on the people you hired to move out the furniture and boxes. Upon arrival, your told there are exorbitant fees for having to use an elevator, 75ft truck to front door fee and several others. Keep in mind, none of this was discussed with PRICELINE LOGISTICS, in fact, they lied and said there would be no hidden fees. So back to shady Falcon Moving crew-- you're all packed up, you've planned your week around this move and they hit you with the fees. You've already paid 33% of the total expected price to book your move. You express your disdain, the movers say "it is what it is", and tell you that you can call the company FALCON MOVERS and figure it out with them. So they take your stuff, and off they go. They can't tell you when it'll be delivered because they have to "wait to get back to the warehouse and figure it out with dispatch".

They ask for 3 payments; when you book, when they pick up and when they drop off.

So you've paid the original 33% of what you thought it was going to be plus the hidden fees. I was told my move total would be $1,500 for a studio apartment. After pick up, including the $500 I had paid to book, the $500 I expected to pay at pick up and the $800 in fees, I was already at $1,800. They told me I would owe another $1800 when they dropped it off (whenever that may be. Again, it's whats convenient for them, not you.)

Needless to say, I raised hell and and still ended up paying a total of $2,500. $1,000 more than expected and promised. After two weeks of them holding my items hostage, and no one at either company willing to help, I was ready to get it in my possession and deal with it on the back end, whether that be legally or by the grace of god someone with half a brain and/or half a conscience from FALCON or PRICELINE decides to help me.

Moral of this long story is that this company is 100% dishonest. They bend you over a barrel, hold your items hostage and demand more than what you are quoted. I am reporting them to the better business bureau.

Showed up 25 hours late

They gave us a pick up time of Saturday 3-5pm. At 5pm we call, they say their behind schedule won’t make it till 1030pm so will be there Sunday morning. Sunday morning called can’t make it till 2pm. Call us at 12pm make that now 3:30pm. That time comes and goes. No now 430pm. Two movers come in their own cars and were told to move everything outside onto the lawn. What!!?? So movers and us move everything out of house that now is occupied by new owners because our movers were 25 hours late. Still no truck till 6pm then guy says our stuff isn’t fitting on truck. He quotes us double what we were told. Plus have to pay cash or check(which we don’t have and banks are closed). We weren’t told we couldn’t pay with credit card. We left at 9pm and our stuff was still sitting on the lawn till past 10pm waiting for other truck with forgotten blankets to wrap stuff. We sure hope our things make it to our new house. We are not happy!!! DO NOT use this company ever!! We will never use a moving company again.

Horrible Service

Without a doubt the worst experience my wife and I have ever had in moving and we have moved a lot due to me being career military. The actual moving company they use Star USA Moving is even worse than Priceline. I tried calling Priceline at least 8 times to complain about the constant price increase from what they quoted at the first, went from approx, $3500.00 to over $6,000.00 I was unable to speak with Travis Joseph, Tony Lombardo, Billy Joseph. They totally ignored my phone call and phone messages. All I am saying do not use this moving company or the company that actually does the moving which is Star USA Moving, they are even worse than Priceline

Long-distance move from Missouri to New York

DO NOT BOOK WITH PRICELINE.

On March 27th I booked my move from St. Louis to Brooklyn on May 1st with Priceline Logistics. I was told by multiple Priceline employees that there was a 3-5 day window for delivery and it would be confirmed by the driver. When the driver arrived at my house on April 29th (as scheduled), I asked him when my things would be delivered and he said “I don't even know where I am going from here”. I immediately called priceline and got the “manager” on the line who talked to the “owner” of the pickup company and I was promised that my things would arrive on Tuesday, May 4th.

Today is June 1st, 33 days later and I do not have my things and they do not have a delivery date set. Last I found out, they took my things WEST to Kansas City. They told me my things were in a storage facility, but there are times when I have asked customer service where my things are and they cannot confirm that my things are still there.

Because I was promised a May 4th delivery, I packed my car with my plants, my cat, a blow up mattress and an overnight bag. I have been squatting in my new apartment in a new city since May 3rd. My whole studio and tools are in their possession so I cannot work.

For the whole week of May 4th Priceline couldn't even tell me where my stuff was, then the following week I found out it went west to Kansas City. Priceline pushed me off to the moving company, American Home Relocation. Priceline subcontracts out all of its contracts and shouldn’t actually promise anything. I called American Home Relocation to see if they had a delivery date and if I could expedite the delivery and she said that because I was in "dispatch" I couldn't expedite it, but said it was coming "soon", maybe the end of next week. Then the next week the excuse was a gas shortage and they told me to call back the following Monday. That Monday, they said I was "next" and then when Friday came around and there was no delivery set, one of the “owners” told me the reason why it hadn't moved is because drivers don't want to drive to New York because they have to pay the tolls out of pocket.

I have been lied to, passed around and put on hold for over 30 minutes (until I had to hang up) by someone who called himself a “manager” And I am expected to pay these people over $5,500?

Today is Wednesday of WEEK 5 and I still have no answers, I don’t have my things and there is no delivery date.

This has been the most infuriating experience and no one has been able to give me any answers to my questions. They are crooks.

DO NOT BOOK WITH PRICELINE.
