Long-distance move from Fredericksburg, VA to Canyon, TX

Run as fast as you can from this company! Worst ever!!

Move from Virginia to Texas. Driver arrived at 3:00 a.m. after stating he would be there at 8:00 p.m. Priceline Logistics had me scheduled for pick up 6/30-7/1. They didn’t arrive until 3:00 a.m. on 7/2. My move and dates which were supposed to be 6/29-6/30, were scheduled back in March with Brian at Priceline Logistics with a quote of $6626.46. I told him that I hadn’t even started packing and had no idea how many boxes I would have. He said to “just guess.” I guessed but told him that I knew I needed a full 26 ft truck worth of space and Brian said “that was 1440 cubic ft.” I said “I don’t know how many cubic ft that is but I need the space of a 26 ft truck.” Brian again said “ that is 1440 cubic ft.” Mitch from Priceline called me 6/28, charged me another almost $2000 stating that I “needed a full 26 ft truck.” I told him that’s what I requested with Brian multiple times. He made me pay another $1000 deposit and would owe another almost $1000 at pick up. I had already paid $2013.90 deposit 3/15/21. He then told me the movers would be there on 7/1. I told him that was not acceptable and that the new owners were moving in on 7/1 and I had to be out by 6/30. He said “well, your contract says 6/30-7/1 and it’s scheduled for 7/1. I spoke to the manager, Richard, who was very rude and condescending stating that “the contract said 6/30-7/1 and I signed it and they could pick up any time on those days and the company would be there on 7/1.” I told him that the new owners had to move in on 7/1 and that wasn’t acceptable and I scheduled my move on 3/15/21." He didn’t care! Maria Brady then called me at 5:35 p.m. on 6/28 stating the movers would be there on 6/30 between 8:00-10:00 a.m. I said “ok, thank you.” The movers did not show and around 12:00 p.m., I called Priceline and was told they weren’t coming and would be there 7/1 between 12:00-1:00 p.m. At 2:30 on 7/1, they still had not shown, so I called Priceline again and was told “they technically have until midnight but if you read in fine print, they can arrive anytime after depending on traffic, weather, etc....”. The driver, K-Lon, with Moving Forward Express, LLC called at 3:30 p.m. on 7/1. He said “I will be there around 8:00 p.m. I am coming from South Carolina . I will be coming after hours. I’m not supposed to do that and since I’m doing you a favor, it will cost you extra.” I replied “to hell it will! I’m not paying another penny!” K-Lon then said “I don’t like how you are speaking to me. I’m cancelling your move”. He then hung up. I called him back and sent a text and no answer! I finally called from my mother’s phone and he answered. I told him that he couldn’t cancel my move and he was already 2 days late. He replied “I can and I already did. You are no longer on my roster.” I then called Priceline and after an hour of calling every number in the service department and the emergency line multiple times, finally spoke to Richard regarding the situation. After speaking to them, Richard said “the driver said that you did not want him coming that late.” I replied “ that’s a lie! He canceled on me because I told him that I wasn’t paying another penny for him coming late because they are already 2 days late and that the driver told me that it would cost me extra to come after hours!” The driver then called back and said he would come but wasn’t happy.” He then said “you will do me and my boys right won’t you?” He didn't arrive until 3:00 a.m. on 7/2 and stated "this move is going to cost you $19,000." I ended up paying $12,293 for the move plus had to get a Uhaul and car hauler for another $3500. The mover, Moving Forward Express, LLC was the worst ever. You can see their page for info on them. Do not use Priceline Logistics. They are the most Fraudulent ever and do not return calls or emails and have the worst customer service ever, especially Richard, the manager!!!

Long-distance move from Worcester, MA to Arlington, TX

Zero Star

Didn't show up on the delivery date and when I call asking why they blamed the the person who was asigned to my case for not being at work to update them on the moving date and my inventory list which I emailed to them a week prior. I called them on the moving date and they told me that the price was more than twice what we agreed in the beginning and when the moving company showed up the price was also different from what was agreed to in the contract. The thing that I was un happy with the most was that the date of the delivery was unspecified and when I called them to ask I still couldn't get a specific delivery date just that the soonest that they will deliver my stuff is 3 week.

Long-distance move from Englewood, CO to Lantana, FL

Absolute worst

The absolute worst. Do yourself a favor and use someone, anyone else. They will promise you your belongings will be where they are supposed to be going any day you want. However, when you race across the country to meet the movers, they don't show. And don't bother calling because all you get is full voicemail boxes, emails never get returned.

If you're lucky enough to speak to a live human you'll be told " DOT regulations require we have your stuff there in 28 days and what we promised doesn't matter one bit. Sucks to be you. I even went to their "corporate office" at the address on the website and it's a PO box!

It's a shady, non caring, very unprofessional outfit.

Save yourself a boat load of frustration and anger and use someone else.

Long-distance move from Cleveland, OH to Ulysses, KS

Sleezy company- do not do business with them!

Where to even start with this dishonest company. When we called to make our reservation, they took inventory of our items to give us an estimate for our truck size. We were quoted around $4500. We were told that included all our items, as well as gas prices. 2 days before our move date, they called us to go over the inventory list again. Come to find out, 1/2 the items we told them about were not included on the estimate. They also told us the estimate did not include fuel prices. They then told us our price was going to be closer to $7000. Almost double what they quoted us. We almost canceled our service then, but they offered us a “friends and family” discount and lowered the price to $5000 so we ended up staying with them. I’m certain they gave us a low quote during our first call to hook us into doing business with them. The deposits you give them are non refundable. Please make sure you READ anything you are signing. The fine print of the documents are much different than what they tell you on the phone! They are experts at manipulation and telling you what you want to hear. They told us the 3rd party moving company would contact us at least 48 hours before coming to coordinate the move. We never heard from them. The date of our move came and went and we finally had to make other arrangements. We tried to call Priceline but they are impossible to get ahold of. They never answer their phone. We did end up canceling but weren’t refunded for our deposit. Please do yourself a favor and save yourself a headache. Don’t do dealings with this company. They are dishonest and unethical. It’s a huge scam.

Long-distance move from New York to Virginia

They take no responsibility

The set up they make sound simple and easy then the movers come…just note expect to pay double what they quote you…it’s how it works. After the movers picked up, I had a 9hr drive ahead of me getting me to my destination by 1 Am…I got a call during my drive saying they were dropping off my stuff the next day between 9-11 am. That left me 3hrs of sleep as it would be a 3hr drive to the location everything was being delivered to…I agreed and got up and drove 3hrs to be at the location by 9 am. The driver was a no-show and after many phone call I got a person who actually picked up. She told me they never left NJ and would not be coming…so I got up and drove 3hrs on very little sleep for nothing. Later that day the Rep called me back saying they would be delivering the next day this time 9-12 window and I asked her is she positive and she said yes…so once again I got up early on the road by 5:30am to sit in the empathy apartment till noon to have mo one show up again. I called every number I was given to find out what was the issue now and not one line answered but went to voice mail. Finally I got a person who said the driver had been on the road for a few hours (it’s past 12pm…few hours?) and is still going to be delivering. I was told the window was never a guarantee and if I was there for delivery then I would be charged for storage while they determined the next delivery time. Mind you no phone calls saying they were not coming, not making delivery times…nothing…yet I would be charged for storage for not staying because the driver may or may not show up? I asked to speak to a supervisor, who by all account should not be in customer service…he basically told me the contract said nothing is guaranteed, they are just a broker and not responsible for the drivers and communications with them. So this is how they run their business? Really? He told me he wasn’t going to get in “a pissing match” with me and there was nothing he could do…in the end he told me he would take $150 for my gas etc…said I wanted that in writing because clearly their word means nothing. He said he would email me it in writing but it’s been over an hour and there is no email. This company clearly takes no responsibility for itself in how poorly it conducts business…and what’s worse is they are okay with it.

Thumbs Up

From that point, they asked us which items needed special packing for any type of special treatment. They offered to pack her televisions free of charge and also gave us some complimentary boxes. Long-distance move from Bloomington, IN to Austin, TX

Biggest Scam, Beware! Still waiting after two months!!!

We had a move from Indiana to Texas, and were quoted a very good price, too good to be true in retrospect. The price kept changing, getting more expensive as the pick up date neared, but we had already paid a hefty deposit so we were stuck. That was only the beginning of a very bad transaction. The furniture was picked up by a no-name moving company who wanted cash at pick up, and more than was agreed upon. But what can you do at that point? So we went ahead, big mistake, it would have been better to lose the deposit we later learned. Our furniture was picked up on May 12, it’s now July 12, 8 weeks later and our goods are still in a warehouse in Chicago, and nobody can tell us when they will be delivered. Priceline has washed their hands of it, says their only responsibility was to match us up with a mover. They offered a $118refund as a gesture of goodwill. When I refused to accept that pittance, the customer service agent at Priceline became verbally abusive and told me if I got a lawyer, they will get their legal team to fight us. Now we are going to rent a trailer and move the goods ourself. But nobody will tell us the address where we can pick them up and how we can get into the warehouse. In other words, we have paid over $2500 for the privilege of storing our goods for two whole months in an unknown location with an unknown moving company who has no idea if they can ever deliver the goods. Please save yourself a lot of time and a nervous breakdown and DO NOT USE THIS DISREPUTABLE COMPANY. They are completely dishonest, you will be ripped off and lucky if you ever see your goods again.

PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

If I could give Priceline Logistics a ZERO I WOULD! The representatives lie to you. They inflate your charges unexpectedly. They tell you that they need a certain amount of money “to secure your move date”. They cancel your expected and anticipated and out of state move date. Two days before the move a representative contacted me telling me that “We didn’t receive your payment for your move.” I knew better than that and I had to go through unnecessary leaps and bounds to prove that I did pay. They decided to penalize me when I asked to speak to a manager and inflated my quote price an additional 2,000. The “movers” are no show no call and when I demanded to know who the moving company was Priceline Logistics provided me with a moving company name and when I contacted them they had no record of my name, address, moving date, or booking from Priceline Logistics, who also provided me with the name of the “driver”. The representative lied to me telling me that the movers were “running an hour behind on your pickup”. Two hours after the anticipated second pick up time a representative from Priceline Logistics called me stating “The driver had an unexpected emergency and wasn’t able to do your move today.” What she didn’t know is that I verified what the company gave me so I knew she was lying. When I called the driver’s number, I got a message that the driver was unable to answer calls. I texted the “driver” several times and to no avail I inquired about the phone number that I was given using my ATT call protect to discover the number belonged to a foreigner. I never got a response from the “driver”. Priceline Logistics claims thirty days of climate controlled storage which I opted for but after the . abundance of lies, deception and misleading information I was afraid to use the storage having fear that they would deliberately withhold my furniture and personal belongings ransom for more money after 30 days and demand more money for storage. I cancelled the so called rescheduled date and the representative became nasty with me telling me that I would not get my $2,174 back that I paid to secure the move. I am a 62 year old disabled woman with a very limited monthly income who has been severely taken advantage of. They are not BBB accredited. Someone needs to step in and do something about this fraudulent and scamming company.

Long-distance move from Hemet, CA to Concord, NC

Still waiting for my stuff 5 months later

I hired this company to move some of my deceased mothers things from California to north Carolina ( less than 286 cubic sq feet). I still have not received my things, i am unable to get a straight answer out of anyone, cannot reach them on phone, mail box full, no answers to email for updates or possible delivery date. I paid them to move the things not store it somewhere with a clearly shady carrier that they hired( which you cannot get ahold of either or nor can they). this has caused more emotional stress. I cannot recommend this company as they are holding my stuff hostage somewhere! this has been on going since march 23rd, 2021. Find a company that will actually do what they are hired to do, and not lie to you constantly when you do get them on the phone. This company will take your money and never deliver. heartbroken in NC

Long-distance move from Seattle, WA to Bentonville, AR

AWFUL - AVOID

Where do I begin? UNPROFESSIONAL, CON ARTISTS

The movers were asking to give them extra cash and working in so many extra fees at every turn that I had to constantly fight. They will take your stuff and promise the world, but I promise you they will not hold up their end of the bargain. (Detailed below)

I paid for 1 month of storage, but was called and told my stuff was on its way 2 weeks into that month. When I complained they said I would need to pay extra for it to turn around.

I then scramble to find a storage unit for my delivery on Sunday. I then get a call Sunday afternoon telling me it will be delivered on Tuesday. I’m not happy, but I say it’s okay as long as it’s an afternoon delivery because I work a 9-5. He said that works, 7pm!

Come Tuesday afternoon, the guy calls me and tells me it will be tomorrow morning at 9am. I say that will not work, because of my job. We then agree on 6am so I can still make it to the office.

I’m sitting there at the storage facility waiting at 6am. No shows until about 7am.

They then unload the entire truck to get to my stuff in the back (several items chipped or missing pieces). They told me they will reassemble the furniture that they breakdown, but upon arrival the guy told me he didn’t know how.

Once my stuff is in the unit & locked up, I head out. I get a call from the storage unit manager an hour later telling me that they have trashed the facility and left so much garbage out in the parking lot.

I would not recommend to my worst enemy!

Long-distance move from Kingman, AZ to Seguin, TX

TOTAL SCAM!!!!!! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!

I HIRED THIS PRICELINE LOGISTICS ABOUT IN JUNE 2021. I got a call from Jay White asking if they could give me a quote for our move from Kingman, AZ to Seguin, TX. I was surprised at the low quote. I told by Jay that this was a special quote and would expire within a few hours. I ask if I could discuss with husband first before I could commit to making a deposit. Jay called me make within 2 hours asking to lock in the estimate before I loose the opportunity for the low cost. I went ahead and make the deposit $1605.32 and was told I could get my full deposit back within 72hours if I change my mind. Well, I call within the 72hours time line and could not reach Jay or customer service. Their phone lines have a perpetual recorded message stating the message mailbox was full and to call back. No live person answers their phones, Proposedly I'm sure! They want to make sure you don't call within the 72 hours to cancel. I finally sent Jay a text message asking him to call because I wanted to cancel. He immediately returned my call and tired to talk me out of cancelling. I told him I had spoke with a friend who had used this company to move out of state and it was a horrible and expensive move. The truck drive wanted more money saying their belongings weighed more than the estimated weight they paid for. I then went online and started researching this company. Nothing but bad reviews and complaints. This same family tried calling Priceline Logistics and could not get anyone on the phone. They tried calling the trucking company Priceline hired to move their belongings. Again, always a message stating the message mailbox is full and to call back later!! All of their belongings and household furnishings were being hold hostage by the trucking company until they paid for the additional charges. She told me to read the reviews because this company is a scam. Jay argued with me on the phone when I kept insisting I wanted to cancel and get my deposit back. He tells me that I could only get 50% back because I was requesting a refund after the 72hours deadline. When I told him I has been trying to call for 4 days without success of reaching a live voice and only getting a recorded message stating the message mailbox was full and to call back at a later time, he basically told me that was too bad. I ask to talk to his manager whos name is Richard. After continuing to pressure me into not canceling, he finally put me on hold to talk to his manager. Jay came back on the phone and said the manager would have to call be back because he was busy with another customer, Jays manager called me about an hour after my call with Jay. He told me that he could only give me a 50% refund because it I was past the 72hour deadline for full refund. I got really up set and told him if they would answer their phones or if I could have left a message my request for a refund would have been within the 72hours!!. He argued me basically telling me that's my problem, not his!! To this date, (August 12, 2021) I have not received a refund in any amount from Priceline Logistics!! Not one dime!. I like said....Priceline Logistics is a scam So many bad reviews and scary stories from others that have been scammed by this company. It stressful and expensive enough to be moving your family across the country without dealing with a company that's going to scam you out of your moving budget. Here is some advise. The safest way and cheapest is to rent a U-Haul truck, hire U-Haul movers to come and load your U-Haul and do the same at your new home location. Heck with what they can save you on your move you could hire someone -friend or family member to help you drive the U-Haul and pay their expenses. You will still come out much cheaper in the long run and then hiring this bogus Priceline Logistics company. They have many complaints. Check them out. If I could honestly rate this company, I would give it a -20 stars! By the way, This LLC is owned by Michael Clark aka Dennis Clark.

I have contacted the BBB, FMCSA.dot.gov. Priceline Logistics US Dot# 3317445 and MC#1054939. Just in case you need this information to make your own complaint!!

WARNING! GRIFTERS!

WARNING! BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON!

If I could rate them zero stars I would. Their business practices are unconscionable. They are borderline illegal. They quoted us at 10k for a big move in which we went room by room with a tape measure twice over and they assured us the quote was accurate within a reasonable margin.

Fast forward they fail to communicate when the movers will arrive and when they do the movers inform us that the move will cost twice what we were quoted. TWICE. They leveraged our desperation and limited choices to force us to use their service.

Priceline was contacted about this and the woman on the line stated they would make things right by refunding our deposit and paying for extended storage of our things as circumstances had rendered us functionally homeless for a short period of time. When we called to get this compensation they denied us this and stated they could only refund us 10% of our deposit. This is insulting, stressful, and angering to have to deal with as a new family with a disabled veteran. This company should be ashamed.

Do NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!! SCAM!

My husband and I hired Priceline Logistics on 6/19/2021 to move our 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment stuff from California to Arizona. Each time we called them, the salesment Russell and Mitch would not only quickly pick up the call, but knew who we were when we called (thx caller I.D.) They were so charming too.

We paid them 2 ACH deposits totaling 3296.01 and that left a balance of $4187.99.

After the movers never showed up we called and complained and were told there was a misunderstanding. The mover (not a priceline employee) called/ told my husband that he didn't know about the move but woul300d "squeeze us in" the following morning and "take care of you, I'll give you a discount".

The next day they showed up and demanded more money to move us. A COMPLETE SHAKE DOWN. Even their supervisor spoke to my husband over the phone trying to intimidate him. Thank god he did not back down.

We did not trust these scam artists to touch our belongings.

They "Cancelled our move" and left. We were left stranded, all our belonging and cars packed up with our 2 kids waiting on top of wrapped furniture.

Maria was the only person at Priceline logistics who actually cared about what we were going through and called to check on us. But she couldn't refund us our money. She said to reach out to customer service. Well after 3 weeks and multiple phone calls and emails no response.

Our friends found us a mover thankgod, wepaidan additional $5600 to move our things.Priceline logistics, Mitch, Russel and Rich

Long-distance move from Marietta, GA to Houston, TX

Total Scam - I should have review them first.

My 79 year old mother hired Priceline Logistics for a move from Marietta to Houston. She told Priceline she had a 1 bedroom apartment. They called her and she walked them through what she he had. The original quote was for 284 cu ft. Then they called because they could not send out someone to measure the load. After talking to her and her explaining how many boxes she had, they jacked the price up $1,000 and the cu ft to 386. Total $4K. The moving company showed up and said the job was over $5K more than the quote. The new total was $8600. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PRICELINE. They do not answer their phones. It's a typical bait and switch. They price low, get the job and screw over 79 yr old people. Good thing we are from a family of attorneys and know the law. They loaded the truck, then did the bait and switch. AGAINT DOT LAWS. The moving company they brokered the job to knew the law. Once the truck is loaded, they cannot change the price. The movers and my mom could not reach Blake or anyone at Priceline. TRUST THIS REVIEW. BUYER BEWARE. TOTAL SCAM.

Terrible booking company...did not get the job completed as per contract

Horrible experience with this booking company. Communication was extremely poor for updates. Not once did i receive a call from them to receive updates on the move...Everytime i called i was told somebody would contact me back with that information. Then, the morning the movers showed up, i get a call stating they were a few hours away.

In addition, i contracted this company to have my piano moved. I confirmed with the booking agent that there is a flight of stairs on the delivery side, none on the pickup, and they would bring it up and put back together. The movers arrived and said they were not contracted to move it up the stairs and simply left it at my front door, refusing to move it in as i originally contracted to do unless i pay them $1200. Now i must find another moving company to bring in my piano.

Furthermore, the contracted movers asked me to borrow a measuring tape and was never returned. Lesson learned...don't let movers borrow tools.

Bottom line up front: Priceline Logistics LLC is a bait and switch company. Having said that, its my fault – I should have read ALL the reviews and found someone reputable. My story is like so many on here; they quoted me a decent price, upped the price a bit just before the move, then upped it again on the day of the move. I felt sorry for the movers, as they seemed to genuinely feel sorry for how things were going.

I booked the move for the third week of July around six weeks prior. I took pictures of everything (98% of my stuff was in storage, the other 2% at the AirBnb I was staying at), and was quoted $6,574, minus tariff discount of $2,524, plus fuel surcharge of $405 and a “binding estimate fee” of $1,521.37, bringing the total to $5,476 (yeah, the math doesn’t work, I’m just reading off the estimate they sent me), of which I paid a down payment of $1,689.37. This was 23 June. On 19 July, Jim Miller, the “Senior Relocation Specialist” called and informed me that the estimate will have to bumped upwards – nothing on paper, just a phone call to inform me I’ll need to pay another $500. I had a hundred things going on at that exact moment, so I okayed it – stupid of me, but I guess I’m the trusting kind of guy. Keeping track? That’s $2,189.37 I’ve paid these people.

Now comes moving day. The crew was to meet me at the storage unit, as that was where the majority of my stuff was located. They arrived, and the head mover guy called in to “dispatch”, who informed him to take pictures. Mind you, I already took pictures – Jim Miller told me it was required to move forward with the moving request. The head mover guy did so, then was told to go to the house (my AirBnb) and take pictures there as well. I was a bit ticked off at this point – we’re here now, lets load up the truck! So we went to the house, the head mover guy again took pictures of my few items there (a queen mattress, a bed frame, four small tables, a coffee table, a TV, a futon, four boxes). Then he was told to tell me the price went up another $1800 and is now (this is from memory, as it was not on paper) $7,400ish. All of my stuff in storage, plus what was in the AirBnb went into a ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT prior to putting it in storage and moving into an AirBnb for a few months. I asked for an explanation, mover guy attempted to get them to call. I called them, no answer. I gave them a half an hour, no call.

After that, I told the movers to leave, then rented a Penske truck and hired a couple of people to load the truck. A day later, I contacted Priceline and asked them I expect a full refund of the $2,189 they owed me. So far (two weeks) nothing. I don’t feel I am not liable for anything, what do you think?

Don’t be fooled by these unscrupulous people. Don’t deal with them, and pass the word to any family and friends that are ready to do a move. If you are military, don’t mess with this company. Let’s all get together and run them out of business – they don’t need to be screwing people out of their hard-earned money.

Long-distance move from Alexandria, VA to Albuquerque, NM

Horrible untrustworthy

We contracted with Priceline, but once they got their money, they washed their hands. They sub-contracted to a crooked company Moving Forward Express, out of New Jersey.

They didn’t know what was going on. The day of pick up, they told me they didn’t have us even on the schedule to be picked up. After many phone calls they admitted it was the company they contracted with.

They would not get to the bottom of the issue of an additional $750 increase. They wouldn’t back their quote. They said that contractors will sometimes raise their prices if Priceline didn’t charge enough. At this point everything was loaded on the truck. MFE, loaders told my son that he padded the goods loaded because he had to make some money. He padded his quote by 100 cubic feet. They charged for stairs, which were included in our quote. The day before MFE arrived the raised the price by $350, because they said they had to transfer our hoods from a semi truck to a box truck. It was a lie, it was never on a semi. It had only been on box trucks. When they arrived they threatened to take our stuff to Phoenix and leave it there if we didn’t pay in cash in full. They would not unload anything. Priceline Logistics, said that we were on our own. They didn’t have any more to do with our move. MFE was so rude and unprofessional. The two drivers were cussing and threatening. One of them was yielding a 15 inch knife. The other was storming around screaming and yelling. They were wired.

This move was a nightmare from start to finish. Both companies are horrible.

Never use Priceline Logistics or Moving Forward Express. Warn others.

Long-distance move from Depoe Bay, OR to Thousand Oaks, CA

HORRIBLE THIEVES!!!!!

DO NOT BOOK THEM!!!! I signed a contract to move from Oregon to CA, gave them an $827 deposit, flew to Oregon to get the furniture my Aunt left me because she had just passed away.. Her house had been sold and was closing escrow and I had to be out the day after the scheduled move. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP!!! I am a senior citizen, all alone, and I am shocked that they feel they can get away with this! I called them and they said there was a "Nationwide shortage of trucks" and that if I gave them another $1000, they would find me a truck. I was in a terrible position, and all I could give them was another $500. Again, THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. I called them crying and asked for some kind of help and they were just horrible. I had to rent a u-haul truck and move everything myself. I have been asking for my $1327 deposit back for over 2 months now and they refuse to answer my emails, calls and texts. They are simply SCAM ARTISTS and THIEVES. I didn't think people like this existed. Adam Stone was nice at first, but obviously it was just to get me to sign the contract. Then Billy Joseph, the "quality assurance" guy came next and as soon as the truck "disappeared" he became very nasty. Maria in dispatch told me my "check" was in the mail weeks ago and now she is blocking my texts. These are all HORRIBLE people who prey on unsuspecting customers and steal from them.

Long-distance move from Salt Lake City, UT to Rowlett, TX

Another example of their lies, incompetence and corruption!

My wife and I were looking for movers online, as we are moving from Utah to Texas.

We found Priceline Logistics LLC. Seemed like the best deal out there! Well, our due diligence to investigate these guys should have been done! These guys are absolutely disgusting! They stink of corruption! After what they’ve done to us (and many others – look at BBB and online reviews for nightmare scenarios), I am obviously disputing this transaction.

She placed an order with Priceline on 9/14. Upon placing the order, the representative went through the list of articles (items) that we had to move. After going through the list, she proceeded to inform them that our entire storage unit was 10×20 ft. in size. She emphasized that the unit was completely filled, and that this was the amount of stuff we needed to be moved.

The representative then transferred her to another agent to receive the price for the items we needed to move. He said that her total price would be $5,952.10. Deposit would be $2,575.21. (We have the invoice they emailed.) She also informed him of the size of the storage unit (filled with stuff) that we needed moved, after he went through the article list. Most importantly, she specifically asked him if the price would be raised at all, and he went on to assure her that it would not. Also, she asked him that if for some reason we needed to cancel, if she would lose her money. This guy assured her that she would not lose anything, if she cancelled *before 48 hours of pick-up*.

Pick-up was going to be either Saturday (9/25) or Sunday (9/26).

So, in good faith, she signed. Two (2) days after she signed, she tried to get a hold of someone regarding a few questions. We needed a specific time and date of when the truck would arrive to pick-up all of our stuff. A message was left for someone to call back. No one called back, of course.

On Wednesday (9/22), three (3) days before estimated pick-up, she received an email to verify our items. She called and someone answered this time! The agent went through the list of articles that he was showing. My wife went on to explain to him that we needed to move those articles, but that she had explained from the beginning that our storage unit size was 10×20, and the unit is full of stuff. He seemed surprised and asked if it was ok that we got rid of the original list and started a new one to include the size of our storage unit (?). It was really confusing because this should have been done from the beginning, but she agreed, so there would be no delay.

Get this, the guy then goes on to tell her that the total was actually going to be $15,000! Keep in mind, we were three days away from pick-up! She told him we couldn't do that. He put her on hold and came back to tell her that he could lower the price to $13,000. She still did not agree to that. Again, he put her on hold, and came back to say that the absolute lowest he could go was $10,000. Of course, she told him that it was still too much and that we needed to just cancel.

They would not agree to fully refund our deposit, as she was outside of 72 hours of the order? Look back on the original conversation and that was NOT what they said. All they could do was half; however, she had to sign a doc. She asked if they could listen to the original phone call. They said yes, but it had to go through a whole legal process. All of this was super shady!
