Started this nightmare back in September when we were trying to move out of an apartment from hell and into our new home. We tried to do uhaul, crate movers like pack rat and the like but everyone was booked up past our move out date. So we started looking at movers and i did the usual tricks to make them sweeten the deal with talking about shopping around. We got them down to what we wanted and figured we would pull the trigger. Pickup turned into a nightmare as they scammed us on the numbers almost doubling the quote after we hand counted and measured every box and pieces of furniture that we had to give them an exact amount of volume. We has to abandon my couch, nightstands and bookshelves. They even had the audacity to claim that we didn't pack any items. After screaming at them about then trying to scam us they backed off and continued the move. We asked for the delivery date to be in early November in October as we had finalized the deal on a house. Week after week I was lied to and week after week my stuff was not being delivered. Everything was stolen after 2 months of constant calling. Smart Van Lines LLC filed a police report. So my world is completely upside down. Made a gofundme to try and offset some expenses as we are starting from scratch at this point https://gofund.me/ed84b478 . Don't know if it's okay to share it here but NEVER deal with these scammers ever. We have lost around $40,000 and priceless items.

Do Not Use This Company.

There are very deceitful and will tell you whatever you want to hear to get a job. They say they are a moving company and this, I know now, is not true. They charge 50% almost of the cost of the move just to be a broker. They basically get paid for one or 2 calls and maybe an email or too. NONE of the Money they call a DOWN PAYMENT goes to the actual company moving you.
The guy I worked with called me on his cell phone and told me a lot of BS like why are you packing, that’s what you are paying us for. Not true as the movers show up to load and not pack. I know now the actual lines are recorded and this is why they call on a cell to SELL THE DEAL.
Plan on the moving company showing up and seriously increasing the charge before they ever begin to work. THE INCREASED IT $2500 for me cause they know that you are stuck like Chuck and now in a position to succumb.
The moving company wont even return emails or calls to let us know when to expect our stuff to arrive.
Just pack up, drive literally across country and then sit idle waiting for your stuff.

ALWAYS WORK DIRECTLY WITH AN ACTUAL MOVING COMPANY AND NOT A BROKER THAT IS DONE WITH YOU ONCE THEY HAVE THE MONEY.

BE FOREWARNED THAT THIS COMPANY IS TOTAL SHAM. THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THE MOVING COMPANY WILL EVEN SHOW UP AS YOU HAVE NOT DIRECT DEAL WITH THEM.

Good Job.

I booked Priceline Logistics on short notice. They gave me time and they were right there. They were punctual as promise. Despite of short notice and rush they didn’t break anything. They didn’t let anything distract them in working. I cannot recommend them enough. Loved every single member of the team. They worked hard throughout the move. And made sure everything is safe and we had a wonderful experience.

Well Orchestrated Moving Service.

This was a well orchestrated moving service from start to finish! Some highlights of this move was the commitment of the movers, the teamwork they exhibited when transporting my items from point A to B and the transparency of the pricing. Also, nothing was lost, stolen or damaged, which does happen on many cross country moves, so I’m fortunate it didn’t occur during this one.

Total professionals!

Priceline Logistics helped us with a recent move. They arrived on-time. They worked quickly and handled everything with care. There was never an issue communicating with any of the guys. They all really seemed to enjoy what they were doing. Mark was also terrific in explaining the parameters of the moving process and the pricing structure. Highly recommend!

Long distance move.

I had to move from Massachusetts to Florida, and the fact that it was in COVID was a big stressor. It took longer than expected to get my belongings delivered, but I am grateful for the care and effort put forth by Mike and Jameika to make sure that my stuff did finally arrive. When it did arrive, the movers made sure to bring everything in and take all of the trash with them on their way. Truly an average experience, but I appreciate the communication from the top of the company.

Priceline logistics.

This is the worse company ever. I was quoted a price of $5376 and when the QA called it was raised to over $9000 I got a “discount” to 7994.00. And now that the movers are here with only 2 guys they say they won’t take it all because every item wasn’t on the “inventory” down to a step stool. And they say they can’t finish in one day and I have a closing the next day. A 3 bedroom home is costing me over $8000 and I now have to get a uhaul to pack the rest of the stuff they wouldn’t. And oh by the way I got “bitched” out on a text from the QA person who later apologized but I have the texts. So very very very unprofessional. Do not I repeat do not use them. The worst ever.

5 star service from start to finish!

I would like to let everyone know, if you are considering a moving company or broker that is top notch, look no further! The process was easy from start to finish. Billy did an excellent job on my original quote and then when I realized I had forgot some of my items from the quote and Billy was able to help me get the quote written correctly.

On the back end of the move, Zee Gavino, Operations Manager, reached out to me to ensure my move was completed. She was very kind and considerate of all my needs and is definitely a star employee for Priceline Logistics LLC. I would do business with Priceline again. 100%!

Worst Experience- Avoid Using them.

Please take the time to read this before you use this company. I know moving is a very stressful time and supposed to be an exciting time as well. If you use Priceline Logistics you will have the worst experience possible. They will give you a low ball estimate and then hire movers who haven’t been vetted or checked out so low class movers show up and charge you 3X the quote only to have Priceline say there is nothing we can do! Nothing you can do, you hired them had them show up at my house and then do nothing while this mover extorts money to the tune of $17,000 from a quote of $5,100. I have to believe Priceline and the movers are in this together. Please don’t make the mistake I made and oh BTW they tell you that your stuff will be there within 7-10 days and ours took almost a month and showed up with boxes and items covered in black soot! Also the owner lives outside the country and doesn’t get involved in the business, wonder why! Call them and all you will get is lies! Don’t fall for it! Happy to provide more details if needed!

Good Job!!

Charles and his team are the most professional, hardworking and yet friendliest and helpful people I have ever come across. Wonderful!!

Picking a mover can of course be scary because we have all heard the horror stories, if not experienced them ourselves. The movers felt like friends in your home, not disgruntled workers with a tough job. All the guys are great. They even gave me welcomed design advice on where to place things and that was really helpful. The communication was amazing as well. I am highly recommending them to everyone!

Long-distance move from Colorado to Texas

Do not trust Priceline Logistics!

I would choose zero stars if I could. Sadly, that is not an option.

We moved from Colorado to Texas. When we were looking for a moving company, we called several for quotes. The salesman we spoke with at Priceline was very enthusiastic and convincing. He even gave me his cell phone number and told me to call any time. That is where the good customer service ended. We were not told several things about this company:

1. They are simply a broker and not the actual mover. They subcontract your move to a third party that you have absolutely no say in.

2. Your belongings are not delivered directly to your new location. Instead, the movers who pick up your things take them to a warehouse where they sit for a really long time.

3. The "up to 10 days" they say your move could take is 10 business days, although this was never stated. Instead, we were told it would likely be 3-5 days but could take up to 10 although, "this rarely is the case."

The bad experience started when we never received a call to go over the items we were taking with us, not to confirm the pick-up date. I had to call Priceline multiple times to try to find out when we should expect the movers. A three-person team arrived and packed our things, although they did not listen to me when I tried to explain what was and was not going. I had to stop them several times to get them to not take things we were not taking.

Then, after they got the truck loaded, they suddenly shared that the cost was now about $500 more than the original quote. We had added some boxes, but we had also taken off of the list several large items: a bar and barstools, a grill, and three bookcases. When I asked why the price went up, I was told we had more items (in number) than we originally told them. The original quote was based on cubic feet, not number, so this made no sense to me. Regardless, by this point the truck was loaded, so I let it go.

When we got to our new home, we didn't hear anything from the movers for over a week. We tried calling several times and got an answering machine that was too full to leave messages on. We finally heard from the movers (after 13 days). When "they" arrived, it was one guy who had to unload a semi by himself. It took forever and, because he was alone, he refused to out the boxes in the rooms they belonged in and instead said we had to designate a single staging place where he would place things.

This is where it gets really bad:

1. The first thing the mover asked me when he walked in our new house was how much we paid for it.

2. Half of the boxes were absolutely crushed (like an elephant sat on them), causing several items to be damaged and/or broken, despite them being packaged in bubble wrap and other packing materials.

3. The movers who loaded our belongings at our old house had taken apart several items. We were told that anything that was taken apart would be put back together at our new home. The mover refused. Then we discovered that parts that were removed from multiple items (a bed, a wheelbarrow, a standing whiteboard) were misplaced (aka: they did not arrive at our house).

4. An antique jewelry box that belonged to my mother was broken. This was caused because the first movers decided it would be a good idea to wrap packing tape around the legs as tight as they could, which caused them to snap.

5. We received a box of beautiful antique teacups that are not ours. I have tried in vain to find their rightful owner. I assume someone is missing them. Priceline does not seem to care.

So, I decided to give the movers a chance to fix the problems (replace broken and missing items). Again, they NEVER answered their phone and their machine was full and could not accept messages. When this didn't pan out, I contacted Priceline's customer service. I spoke to the same agent twice. She took the information from me and said she would look into it. When I didn't hear back from her after the first call, I called back. Her response? That she couldn't get through to the moving company so there wasn't anything she could do.

Next, I tried e-mailing Priceline. I sent a long, detailed e-mail and.. zero response. I waited a week and e-mailed them again asking if they planned to respond. Again? No response.

I am done trying to make this right and have contacted an attorney to try to recoup some of my money so I can at least replace damaged and missing items. I decided to write this review because Priceline has been so unresponsive to everything I have tried. The bottom line is that they only care about getting your business and that first deposit. Beyond that, they do not care at all about you or your belongings. I would suggest looking at small local moving companies who are trying to build a good reputation. They might at least care.

Long-distance move from Boston, MA to Detroit, MI

Not a moving company, just a middle man.

Business model:
1. Pretends to be a moving company. Offers a deceptively low quote to hook customers, knowing that the actual moving company they subcontract will drastically increase the cost. Charges an enormous hidden fee for their services, which is not mentioned in communications and is not listed in receipts.
2. Subcontracts to actual movers, without regard to the quality of movers. Because Priceline Logistics LLC is not actually a moving company, they absolve themselves of all damages incurred during the move. The moving company that ended up moving my things had VERY power ratings online and destroyed my furniture. They also charged double my quote. Priceline Logistics LLC initially quoted me $1,700, but on the day of the move, I was told that the price was actually $3,300. This is despite going over my inventory twice on the phone with both Priceline Logistics LLC AND the moving company. When I contacted Priceline Logistics LLC regarding this, they told me that they were not responsible for any changes in costs and for any damages, and then ignored all further communications. To make matters worse, the moving company only gave me a 4 hour's notice of arrival, despite Priceline Logistics LLC and the moving company repeatedly telling me that I would get at least 24 hour's notice.
3. Bribes customers to delete negative reviews in order to maintain their high ratings. Two months after I left negative reviews on multiple websites, I was contacted by a Priceline Logistic LLC's customer services representative, who offered me $50 to delete my review. The bribe was masked by calling it "a good faith adjustment", and the representative tried to press the opinion that I owed it to Priceline Logistics LLC to help them maintain their image because they were offering this "good faith adjustment". After I declined, she upped the offer to $100, then $200, then $250. She asked me what value I would accept, and I told her I just wanted a refund amount that would adjust the cost to my original quote of $1,700. Since I was charged $3,300, this would have meant a $1,600 refund. The representative told me this was not possible, because Priceline Logistics LLC made $918 off of working with me, and they would not refund any amount near that number. It was then that I discovered Priceline Logistics LLC had charged me a hidden fee, and looking through receipts, this $918 was not listed anywhere. I declined her offer of $250, and thanked her for her time and gesture of apology.
4. Rack up good reviews from customers who were unknowingly duped and who had positive experiences with the actual subcontracted moving companies. Use these good reviews to hook and dupe new customers. The man who hooked me in my initial phone call bragged that Priceline Logistics LLC "averages over 4 stars on every review site", and that they were very a "very trustworthy moving company".

This was my experience and my interpretation of my experiences with my move. I am not saying you will absolutely have a bad experience if you choose to work with Priceline Logistics LLC. I am just saying that you will be charged an exorbitant hidden fee, that you will not know who your actual movers will be (and whether they will be good or bad), and that Priceline Logistics LLC will NOT be helpful if you have a bad experience.

I hired them for the move and they surpassed my expectations. I found them to be incredibly professional and warm. They treated our belongings with the utmost care. Well Done

The guys that came to move me were clean cut and very professional. They worked quickly but carefully. They listened to my suggestions about how to handle certain artwork that I had and I appreciate the care they showed. Long distance move WA to NY

The reason for my low score review was for a couple reasons. I had a small amount to move but a long distance to go.

1st- When I first spoke with Priceline we went over everything that I would be moving. One of the bigger items that was discussed was my adjustable frame for my mattress. When I was contacted to do the quality check my quote went up around 1200 dollars. Part of this was due to me adding extra bins- 4 of them, which in the end I had the original amount quoted (the amount didn’t go down though) But the big part was that apparently my frame never made it on the original quote. The response to that was “well it happens, there’s a lot going on while we are quoting” so another words not their problem. This forced me to leave behind important items that I would have liked to have kept like my grandmothers dresser or my aunts vanity but not their problem. It was my problem because I couldn’t pay all that extra money.

2nd- I was told repeatedly ( approx. 10-15) times that they were a 5 star rated company. Well they used a 2 star company to actually do the move. I am in the process of filing a claim due to broken, missing, ruined items. My advice if you are going to use Priceline, know every little detail about your move, hang up the phone to read the quote and find out what movers they are using first or better yet go for the more expensive mover right at first since Priceline will get to that price by the end of your move so just skip the headache.

Priceline- don’t get complacent, you can do better. Oh and maybe lay off the sells pitch a little. If I had had more time I would’ve kept looking but I figured decent price I’ll take it and cut out another 3 hours of phone calls.....my mistake.

Absolute scam

I engaged Priceline for a move from NJ to FL. I gave them an accurate list of items to be moved. I counted every box & gave them measurements for furniture. I reviewed that list a day or 2 before the scheduled pickup with their rep. They sent Green Moving Company to my storage unit. Green then scanned the storage unit from the doorway & tripled the price. After a discount, the price was only almost triple. I refused to be a victim of this extortion & called Priceline. They were no help & I refused to pay that amount, so the movers left. Priceline then refused to return my deposit. I since hired a moving company (not a broker) & got the move for a price in line with the original quote.

AWFUL - AVOID

Where do I begin? UNPROFESSIONAL, CON ARTISTS

The movers were asking to give them extra cash and working in so many extra fees at every turn that I had to constantly fight. They will take your stuff and promise the world, but I promise you they will not hold up their end of the bargain. (Detailed below)

I paid for 1 month of storage, but was called and told my stuff was on its way 2 weeks into that month. When I complained they said I would need to pay extra for it to turn around.

I then scramble to find a storage unit for my delivery on Sunday. I then get a call Sunday afternoon telling me it will be delivered on Tuesday. I’m not happy, but I say it’s okay as long as it’s an afternoon delivery because I work a 9-5. He said that works, 7pm!

Come Tuesday afternoon, the guy calls me and tells me it will be tomorrow morning at 9am. I say that will not work, because of my job. We then agree on 6am so I can still make it to the office.

I’m sitting there at the storage facility waiting at 6am. No shows until about 7am.

They then unload the entire truck to get to my stuff in the back (several items chipped or missing pieces). They told me they will reassemble the furniture that they breakdown, but upon arrival the guy told me he didn’t know how.

Once my stuff is in the unit & locked up, I head out. I get a call from the storage unit manager an hour later telling me that they have trashed the facility and left so much garbage out in the parking lot.

I would not recommend to my worst enemy!

I paid them to move the things not store it somewhere with a clearly shady carrier that they hired( which you cannot get ahold of either or nor can they). this has caused more emotional stress. I cannot recommend this company as they are holding my stuff hostage somewhere! this has been on going since march 23rd, 2021. TOTAL SCAM!!!!!! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!

I HIRED THIS PRICELINE LOGISTICS ABOUT IN JUNE 2021. I got a call from Jay White asking if they could give me a quote for our move from Kingman, AZ to Seguin, TX. I was surprised at the low quote. I told by Jay that this was a special quote and would expire within a few hours. I ask if I could discuss with husband first before I could commit to making a deposit. Jay called me make within 2 hours asking to lock in the estimate before I loose the opportunity for the low cost. I went ahead and make the deposit $1605.32 and was told I could get my full deposit back within 72hours if I change my mind. Well, I call within the 72hours time line and could not reach Jay or customer service. Their phone lines have a perpetual recorded message stating the message mailbox was full and to call back. No live person answers their phones, Proposedly I'm sure! They want to make sure you don't call within the 72 hours to cancel. I finally sent Jay a text message asking him to call because I wanted to cancel. He immediately returned my call and tired to talk me out of cancelling. I told him I had spoke with a friend who had used this company to move out of state and it was a horrible and expensive move. The truck drive wanted more money saying their belongings weighed more than the estimated weight they paid for. I then went online and started researching this company. Nothing but bad reviews and complaints. This same family tried calling Priceline Logistics and could not get anyone on the phone. They tried calling the trucking company Priceline hired to move their belongings. Again, always a message stating the message mailbox is full and to call back later!! All of their belongings and household furnishings were being hold hostage by the trucking company until they paid for the additional charges. She told me to read the reviews because this company is a scam. Jay argued with me on the phone when I kept insisting I wanted to cancel and get my deposit back. He tells me that I could only get 50% back because I was requesting a refund after the 72hours deadline. When I told him I has been trying to call for 4 days without success of reaching a live voice and only getting a recorded message stating the message mailbox was full and to call back at a later time, he basically told me that was too bad. I ask to talk to his manager whos name is Richard. After continuing to pressure me into not canceling, he finally put me on hold to talk to his manager. Jay came back on the phone and said the manager would have to call be back because he was busy with another customer, Jays manager called me about an hour after my call with Jay. He told me that he could only give me a 50% refund because it I was past the 72hour deadline for full refund. I got really up set and told him if they would answer their phones or if I could have left a message my request for a refund would have been within the 72hours!!. He argued me basically telling me that's my problem, not his!! To this date, (August 12, 2021) I have not received a refund in any amount from Priceline Logistics!! Not one dime!. I like said....Priceline Logistics is a scam So many bad reviews and scary stories from others that have been scammed by this company. It stressful and expensive enough to be moving your family across the country without dealing with a company that's going to scam you out of your moving budget. Here is some advise. The safest way and cheapest is to rent a U-Haul truck, hire U-Haul movers to come and load your U-Haul and do the same at your new home location. Heck with what they can save you on your move you could hire someone -friend or family member to help you drive the U-Haul and pay their expenses. You will still come out much cheaper in the long run and then hiring this bogus Priceline Logistics company. They have many complaints. Check them out. If I could honestly rate this company, I would give it a -20 stars! By the way, This LLC is owned by Michael Clark aka Dennis Clark.

I have contacted the BBB, FMCSA.dot.gov. Priceline Logistics US Dot# 3317445 and MC#1054939. Just in case you need this information to make your own complaint!!

WARNING! GRIFTERS!

WARNING! BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON!

If I could rate them zero stars I would. Their business practices are unconscionable. They are borderline illegal. They quoted us at 10k for a big move in which we went room by room with a tape measure twice over and they assured us the quote was accurate within a reasonable margin.

Fast forward they fail to communicate when the movers will arrive and when they do the movers inform us that the move will cost twice what we were quoted. TWICE. They leveraged our desperation and limited choices to force us to use their service.

Priceline was contacted about this and the woman on the line stated they would make things right by refunding our deposit and paying for extended storage of our things as circumstances had rendered us functionally homeless for a short period of time. When we called to get this compensation they denied us this and stated they could only refund us 10% of our deposit. This is insulting, stressful, and angering to have to deal with as a new family with a disabled veteran. This company should be ashamed.

Long-distance move from Sierra Madre, CA to Queen Creek, AZ

Do NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!! SCAM!

My husband and I hired Priceline Logistics on 6/19/2021 to move our 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment stuff from California to Arizona. Each time we called them, the salesment Russell and Mitch would not only quickly pick up the call, but knew who we were when we called (thx caller I.D.) They were so charming too.

We paid them 2 ACH deposits totaling 3296.01 and that left a balance of $4187.99.

After the movers never showed up we called and complained and were told there was a misunderstanding. The mover (not a priceline employee) called/ told my husband that he didn't know about the move but woul300d "squeeze us in" the following morning and "take care of you, I'll give you a discount".

The next day they showed up and demanded more money to move us. A COMPLETE SHAKE DOWN. Even their supervisor spoke to my husband over the phone trying to intimidate him. Thank god he did not back down.

We did not trust these scam artists to touch our belongings.

They "Cancelled our move" and left. We were left stranded, all our belonging and cars packed up with our 2 kids waiting on top of wrapped furniture.

Maria was the only person at Priceline logistics who actually cared about what we were going through and called to check on us. But she couldn't refund us our money. She said to reach out to customer service. Well after 3 weeks and multiple phone calls and emails no response.

Our friends found us a mover thankgod, wepaidan additional $5600 to move our things.Priceline logistics, Mitch, Russel and Rich

you should be ashamed of yourselves.
