Long-distance move from New Jersey to California

May be the worst experience in my life.

Horrible experience. I feel like all of these positive reviews are all fake. (hence, no one is dropping employee names).

Move from NJ to CA. Jason sold us on a 10 day delivery date. Contract stated they had 21. Ok, we could deal with 21.

It took 50 days. Almost two months living in our San Francisco apt. (yeah, the rents in San Francisco are as high as you presume, and with a 12 month lease, we spent 1/6 of it sleeping on an air mattress.)

And it wasn't really the 50 days..it was the lack of communication. Josh may be the worst costumer service rep I've ever encountered. Just because he didn't know where our goods were doesn't give him the excuse to be rude to my wife and I.

I would call, ask for an update on our goods - literally every item we own in our life - and Josh would say he doesn't know where our goods are, ask us to give him the morning to find out more and he'd call us back in the afternoon with info.

No call back.

I'd call Josh the following morning, get the same tune. No call back. Day after day. No info. No customer service. They didn't care. He was brash, rude, condescending, and immature.

They sold us services they never provided - (6 person offload, shuttle / box truck - an 18 wheeler showed up in our downtown San Francisco apt. Building kicked them out.)

I was a day away from calling the local authorities and filing a lawsuit.

But, we got our stuff. So if not loosing your goods, setting them on fire, selling them all, or just not doing your job is a good rating, then yeah, these guys are the best.

Long-distance move from Connecticut to Nevada

Great service!

Let me first start off by saying, I had such a hard time finding a mover! Most companies were asking out of sight prices and simply had poor customer service. I was beginning to think I was going to be forced to settle. Then I came across Prestige Worldwide. I called them up to ask for a quote and the rep on the phone was so nice and answered every question I had! That alone gave me a good feeling about the company. Not to mention, they were affordable too! I decided to schedule my move with them. The movers showed up on time and went above and beyond my expectations. They really seemed to care about my stuff! They were also very respectable about my privacy. I was worried about trusting my stuff to strangers, but I had nothing to worry about. Nothing was damaged and most importantly nothing was missing! The trip was going to be a long one and they made the process really easy and it seemed to go by quicker than I imagined. The movers were so nice and one of the guys was a hoot to be around! He made me laugh a lot! More employees need to be like him! I definitely recommend hiring Prestige Worldwide!

Moving services.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
Had a date and time agreed upon and they took a $1432 deposit. The day came and went, I had to call them and they gave me a new date, that day came and went, I had to call again, they gave me another date and missed that one as well. When I called the last time they told me each time I called that the driver would be there within the hour and I should expect a call from them shortly. Never received a call from them at all..all contact was me calling them. I had to cancel the service and they will not refund my deposit.

DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS!

Long-distance move from Indiana to Nevada

Worst Experience and Fake Reviews.

I am so deeply disappointed with how this company has handled all aspects of our move. From our first quote to when the items were all loaded up and the truck was heading out, our price doubled. Not only that, but 1/3 of the items that were supposed to be loaded could not fit on the truck, despite correct inventories given on 2 instances. These items will not be moving with us, unfortunately. The customer service of this company is absolutely horrid. Once expecting my items to be held for a weekend, it will now be almost two weeks. I have not yet received them, but am keeping my fingers crossed. I will never work with this company again and pray that you read this and can find the fake reviews as I have just done. Do not use this company!

Long-distance move from Ohio to Texas

Update.

After hours on the phone, being hung up on multiple times and finally getting a hold of the driver myself, we now finally have access to our items. We are now stuck paying out more money to get someone else to move them from the storage facility. I was also contacted by Josh this morning to ask me to remove my previous review and threaten me with slander. Amazing that he can return my call when he wants something.

Long-distance move from California to Utah

Horrible.

I have moved many times across country being prior military to include a Hawaii to CA and back move, this by far was the worst experience in my life! I have never had a company lie so many times and have such horrible customer service. After almost 2 months of going back and forth I finally got my stuff but that was after numerous phone calls and wondering if my stuff was lost because they didn't know where it was at.
The move started in CA and I was given a flat rate by sales, and promised numerous times that it wouldn't change. The packed my stuff on the truck and it went from an $1,800 move to a $4,000 move. I'm a single mom and moved to Utah so there is no way I could afford that change. After being yelled at and called a liar they reduced the price when I insisted they take my stuff off the truck. I felt horrible for the driver because he was kind and caring but stuck in the middle. We finally negotiated the price down to $3,000 and off they went with my stuff. Pack up date was June 24 and delivery was suppose to be July 6th. I never heard from them and started called July 10th and they had no clue as to where my stuff was at. I ended up having a cancer emergency in the family and went away for the weekend to another state at the end of July. I finally get a phone call and they wanted to deliver my stuff and of course I wasn't there, so that's when the rude customer service came into play. I called and spoke to a really nice man, told him what was going on and he said we will take care of this when do you want it delivered? I said just two days later, it wasn't like I was asking for a long time span, and he said that was not a problem. The driver told me that wasn't an option and my price would go up, so I called back and got Josh this time. Josh was the most unprofessional person I have ever met! I was hung up on several times, he yelled at me and I was in a hospital while my dad was in surgery so it was a one sided yelling situation. They refused to accommodate me and I had to cut my trip short. I was then delayed at the airport and couldn't make it back that Saturday. The following day I was in a car accident and broke my collar bone which required surgery all to get back in time so I didn't have more fees. The driver out my stuff in storage and I never heard a another word as to where I needed to go or how to handle it, and I was not speaking to josh again. I finally received my belongings and I was charged an additional $900, to obtain access to the storage place. Once I got to the storage place the little old couple who owned it explained that the driver cut the phone line with his truck which the phone company charges them $900 to repair it. The old couple was without a phone for 5 days and they of course charged the driver. So it looks like for his error I was charged more to recoup the price. I finally now had access to my stuff and everything was placed in there to a point I have no idea even where to start on getting it out.
So all in all I was charge close to $4,000 on a move that was suppose to be a flat rate of $1,800. If I had to do it all over again I would of gone with storage PODS and that would of cost $2,000. I wouldn't of been yelled at, hung up on or lied to regarding the payments.

Long-distance move from California to Georgia

Great service.

Great movers. Was very refreshing to have great service for once. I have moved several times and never received the type of service as prestige has given us. Movers were great. Jonathan was very helpful and overall could not be more satisfied. TThey were very professional, honest and took their time loading all my valuables. Everytime I had called in with questions their customer service people were friendly and helpful. If I was to move again I definitely would use them again and I will refer them to everyone I know that is moving. Couldn't have chosen a better company for my move. They were great and absolutely what I needed.

Long-distance move from Oregon to Georgia

Would not recommend.

First thing first, I would not recommend Prestige Worldwide moving to anyone and I won't use it next time. The company is based on lie, I asked them several time if they are moving company and not a broker, they said they are not a broker and they will have their own truck with their moving company name. On the day of pick up I got to know that Prestige is a broker because the moving company came to pick up was different company. James was the person I talked to during phone call for inventory discussion, at the moment he was so good. I called him second time as well as I missed few more items in my inventory list to add like car seat, kids bike and he said that it should be fine no need to worry unless its whole one big bed room. When they came to pick it up they didn't take it with them and said that it was not in their inventory list and Prestige is just a broker and not a moving company. Also to add on this, I said I have upright acoustic piano living in third floor with stairs going round and they charged me extra for that already and said should not be any problem and no need to hire other professional piano movers. Guess!! when they came to pick it up they were not able to take it down and I had to hire professional piano movers to bring it down from third floor and Prestige did not compensate that price and forget about calling them back, getting their line is nightmare after you pay them for the service. This was my third move and in my previous two moves I used Atlas Vanlines and they did not charge me for any deposit or what so ever. Atlas Vanlines charged me after they delivered and they accepted the credit card also and any form of payment. Prestige movers, they charged 33% during reservation and 33% during pick up and they take either check or cash only during these two service. When they were here to deliver they won't deliver unless I give them full cash even a dollar. This is not the kind of service I was looking for and I hope you won't be happy to get this service based on lie from the beginning. Also they gave me estimation of $3000.00 on my move and when they came to pick up I had to pay $700.00 dollar more after negotiation otherwise they said they won't pick it up and I didn't had time to get another appointment from another company as I was already late for move to new place for work. Also at deliver I had to pay $400.00 more because they were not able to bring their big truck. Thus in total I had to pay $1500 more including hiring professional piano movers in separate. So I won't recommend this company again for moving/trusting with my valuables which is based on lie.

Movers.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They gave me a 48 hour window for pickup. Never called to tell me what time to expect the truck. On the 2nd day with no call I called them and the "dispatcher" said the truck would be to my house between 1-3pm, never showed. I called back, the dispatcher said closer to 5pm, never showed. I call back the next day after the 48 hour window and they dodged my calls until I finally got someone and they said they could pick up several days later. You should know this..they are all very nice and friendly during the quoting process, but they will take your deposit and not refund it, even if they didn't show up when promised. YOU WILL REGRET USING THIS COMPANY.

Great job real good.

I really wasn't sure about using a mover especially after reading reviews. I was referred to this company by a family member. I was hesitant because although referred I did see some negative comments but my brother insisted that I use them due to his experience. Thank god I did because they were exactly what I was hoping and looking for. I guess that's service for you some are happy and some aren't but my experience was great. That's why I felt like posting this.I hope I never have to move again but if I do I will definitely call them. Prestige Worldwide Moving is a great company after reading reviews I was a little skeptical but ended up choosing them it was a great choice my move went well I would definitely recommend them.

Long-distance move from New Jersey to Florida

Great Move!

First off, I'd like to start by saying that I was very skeptical about using a moving company being that I have never done so before. Moving from New Jersey to Florida was a stressful thought in itself! Prestige made this incredibly easy for me. I simply spoke to one of their dispatchers and was given a quote based on how much space my things would take up. I was advised that the move would take approximately two weeks to do which was perfect because I had more deliveries going on too. Once my things were brought to my new house in Florida it was smooth sailing from there. Thanks Prestige for making this move as stress-free as possible!

Long-distance move from Missouri to Illinois

Operating a disgusting scam.

DO NOT use this company!! They are operating a complete and utter scam! We are seeking legal action against this company as well.
They withdrew our "nonrefundable" deposit twice, and when I called to address the issue, David stated the refund would be applied that day by noon. The money had not been returned to my account by 3:30. When I called to discuss the issue again, they stated that refunds are only issued on the 1st of the 15th of the month so it would have to be put towards my fee due the day of pick up. My bank also informed me that it appeared that the company altered the check date as well as the dollar amount by $1 electronically, so that it would not red flag my bank that the same check number was being transacted twice.
I had to contact them 24 hours before my move because I still did not receive a confirmed time of pick up. I was put on hold for 15 minutes initially for them to locate the truck that was "in transit." David stated that they would be there early morning between 9:30-10, "but they are Latino so it may be after noon, so give them until noon." He later called back that afternoon and informed me that "there was an issue." The truck had broken down and would not be there until Sunday morning. I informed him that as stated in our contract, the only time our move can occur is 08/13/16 due to our leasing agreement with our apartment complex (we had to be out of our apartment by 5 PM on 08/13/16). He eventually was able to "reroute a truck," and stated they would be there on Saturday as originally outlined in our contract.
My husband and I began calling the company around 8 AM on Saturday to receive a pick up time, but no one answered or returned our voicemails. Around 12:30 PM, we received a call from a Joshua in FL stating the truck would not be there until 3 PM on Sunday. He informed us there was nothing he could do and would not issue a refund or any sort of assistance with the issue. He stated that only the second erroneous payment would be refunded despite operating outside the guidelines of the contract (pick up on 08/13/16) and performing no service due to malfunctioning equipment on their end. It is currently 08/23/16 and no refund has been issued. Upon follow up calls on 08/15/16, I was only able to reach sales reps (no customer service help) who stated they could not help me but would leave a message for a customer service rep to return my call on 08/16/16 after 9 AM. No return call, and I have not been able to reach the representative, Anthony, that performed the initial transaction. When I asked for the owners contact information, they stated "we do not give that information out." My husband and I were forced to rent a uhaul truck very last minute and pack everything in the few boxes we had acquired over the last few months.
This process was a complete and utter disaster, and I am disgusted with how this company carries out "business," if you can even call it that. I have never witnessed such unethical, immoral, and frankly repulsive business practice in my life!

Long-distance move from Georgia to Colorado

Perfect moving service.

Prestige world wide moving and storage services was fantastic. I used them three times in four years. Yes I know I move a lot lol but it's because of work. I don't know why I didn't write anything the first two times but the third time is a charm. Our first move was great the second one was great as well but this time was phenomenal. It was painless and stress free. Jonathan is amazing. Prestige world wide gave us an outstanding discount for using them again, and it saved us enough money to where we had them pack everything up for us and store our furniture for us in their storage for a couple weeks until we found a new place. Jonathan even went above and beyond and helped us find our new home that we are currently living in and we love it. The packers we efficient and fast, the movers were very patient and hard working, and Jonathan and Josh in the customer service department were so pleasant and wonderfully refreshing. I wish I could steal them away and have them come work with me but clearly they are too good at what they do. They deserve an award for their service. You would expect there to be an issue here or there but no not all. Not with prestige. Three moves three great experiences and perfect service all the way around. If there is a ranking in the moving world then prestige should be number one. Prestige Worldwide is the best. You guys are always great and make moving which is very stressful seem so hassle free. I honestly would not have been able to do it without you guys. I'm so grateful that I found you guys and hired you the first time. I used you a second time and was just as impressed and once again the third time had me at a loss for words even though it doesn't seem like it.. LolThanks guys see you again in a couple years ;).

Long-distance move from Florida to Maine

Update.

I honestly cannot believe these good reviews. This company out of Miramar, FL is horrible. I can only surmise that the reviews are made by them. We still have not received our belongings. It's been almost seven weeks now. They will not tell us where it is. We can no longer have it delivered to Maine because we will be returning to FL. Called them to tell them that and said we would pick it up ourselves. But they will not tell us where it is. We think they have stolen it. Have filled report with DOT, the local police and state attorney. We will see. So I BEG of you, if you want a trust worthy company, DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!! They are crooks!!

Long-distance move from Colorado to Tennessee

Do Not Use.

Do not use this company. They are great until they get your 35% deposit which, I found out afterwards, a reputable company will not ask for (it should be a much lower percentage). After that, they were non-responsive. They changed the date of our pickup and didn't bother telling us. We were promised beforehand that our move should take no longer than a week. It took 3. They said they had they had their own people and own trucks. They don't - they were all hired on the day of the move as a contract worker. They told us the original quote was not enough and charged us almost 1.5 times what they had originally quoted and they already had our money so we had no choice but to go with them or lose a ton of money. When our stuff finally arrived, it took up much less than the original quote showing how lazy the contract workers were in packing it up. Obviously they don't care because they don't even work for the company.
Many of our items were damaged by drops, dings, or water (so much for the climate-controlled warehouse that was promised). Customer service rarely answers the phone and when they do, they say they have to look into it and never call back. We had no idea where any of our stuff was until the day before it arrived because they wouldn't even estimate the arrival time.
Save yourself the money and the stress. Find someone else.

Long-distance move from Minnesota to New York

Scam!! stay away!

Moving Services Group (US DOT 2398933) provided me with a binding estimate for my move from MN to NY of $2520. I was told my pick up date would be 11/5 or 11/6. As I was already in New York, my boyfriend would be the one on site in MN to let the movers into the apartment to load my items onto their truck—they claim on their website and on the binding estimate that they are not brokers and have their own fleet of trucks for delivery. I paid a $756 deposit via online check to secure my spot and lock in my price. On 11/4, I received a call from dispatch stating that my pickup would actually happen on Sun 11/6, which was in their original pick up estimate time frame. When my boyfriend was on site, the people who actually showed up were from Priceline Moving and Storage d/b/a Prestige Worldwide Moving (US DOT 2632688). I was never notified by Moving Services Group that a different company would be transporting my goods. Prestige Worldwide Moving showed up in a Penske rental truck. Kenneth the Prestige driver, told my boyfriend that we had more items than originally estimated and needed to charge us for the additional space on the truck. The new bill of lading and binding estimate was for $2838, which included my deposit of $756 with Moving Services Group. Not knowing this was different than the original estimate, my boyfriend agreed, figured it’s just $300 and signed the new bill of lading/binding estimate. He then paid $1041 via check; Kenneth explained we would need to pay the remaining $1041 in cash upon delivery. Kenneth filled out an inventory and marked our items as damaged, gouged, scratched, chipped, etc, even though they were not in this condition. Kenneth explained they would probably deliver my items on Friday 11/11 at the latest. I called Jerry on Monday 11/7 to get more clarity about the delivery time frame, he connected with Isaac in customer service who was aggressive and hostile. Isaac said there was no way to know when my items would arrive and I would get a call 24 hours before delivery. I called Moving Services Group again on Wednesday 11/9 and was connected with Reggie, who informed me that one of their Moving Services Group delivery drivers had died and they had to finish his deliveries before they’d be able to deliver my goods; that is why they contacted Prestige to complete my move. Reggie said they had no updates from dispatch. I called Prestige Worldwide Moving directly to see if they had any more info, and was connected with Josh. Josh informed me that my items seemed to be in the general Chicago area. He did not have an update on when they would be delivered, and told me that I’d receive a call 24 hours before delivery. I called Prestige Worldwide Moving again on Monday 11/14 and spoke with David, who said my items were in storage in Chicago waiting for a delivery driver to be assigned to take my items to Brooklyn. He estimated that they would probably have a driver assigned by Wednesday 11/16, meaning I should expect delivery between Friday 11/18 and Sunday 11/20. I called Prestige on Wednesday 11/16 to confirm that they had assigned a driver to my items and josh said he did not have an update; that no one had yet been assigned and that I would receive a call 24 hours before delivery. I called Moving Services Group again on Thursday 11/17 to see if they had any more info and Reggie said he did not have any updates. I filed a complaint with the FMSCA on 11/17 and still haven’t heard back from them. I called again on 11/28 to see if there were any updates and I was assured I would receive a call back from Reggie in 30 mins after he got a hold of the dispatcher. After 90 minutes, I called back and was told Reggie was unavailable. This was the last contact I had with them.
I grew concerned once I did some research and discovered that both of these companies operate under different names and file change of addresses and switch ownership. They are not BBB accredited as they claim; Moving Services Group claims they are not brokers but never informed me that they would not be able to complete my move as planned. Prestige Worldwide Moving (really Priceline Moving and Storage) has had its authorization involuntarily revoked by the FMCSA on 10/24/16 and only recently reinstated on 11/5/16 (the day before they picked up my items). According to the FMCSA DOT registration, Prestige Worldwide Moving has their address listed as 1855 Plunkett St #403, Hollywood FL, 33020 but their paperwork and contracts have them listed at 3317 NW 10th Terr, #403, Fort Lauderdale FL 33309.
There are countless horror stories from people who have had their items held hostage until they agree to pay more money and once they do get their items (weeks late), they’re damaged and broken or missing.
I finally received my items on Sunday, December 11th. They were not delivered by Prestige Worldwide Moving or Moving Services Group. I was contacted on Saturday December 10th by someone stating that my items would be delivered the next day around 10am. The person I spoke with stated there might be a $300 shuttle fee because a semi truck couldn’t fit down my street. I said my street was quite wide and I had seen many semi trucks drive down it before. The person said he would have to look on google street view.
On Sunday December 11th, I received communication from two different phone numbers—one was a 646 area code belonging to “Mike” who had an Eastern-European accent. The other phone number was a New Jersey area code, also belonging to “Mike” with an Eastern-European accent. At various points throughout the day, I received communication that they were only an hour away; other times “Mike” told me that they were still on Staten Island. Finally “Mike” confirmed that they were in Edison, NJ, about 2 hours away. This was at around 3pm after they had told me they would be here closer to 10am. Mike arrived in a Penske rental truck (License plate: 2358138; Penske ID number: 9168657) alone. I asked if there were other movers coming. He said yes. It was about this time that I noticed a man standing around in front of my apartment building asking if this was the moving job from craigslist. “Mike” had posted an ad to recruit people to move my items upstairs. We were later joined by 2 more young men who had seen the craigslist ad. My items were successfully brought upstairs and I was charged an extra $300 shuttle fee, even though a semi truck would have been able to fit down my street. Mike was wearing a shirt with the logo “Boost van lines moving and storage” (US DOT: 2453637) based in Edison, NJ. While unloading, I was able to pull the three men from Craigslist aside and asked them to talk to me before leaving—I explained my situation, that I had been scammed by this moving company and collected their contact info in case I needed it. While unpacking, we realized we were missing one box and contacted Mike about 20 mins after we had finished unloading the truck. He said he knew the box we were talking about and that it was still in the storage facility in NJ, not on the truck. He said he would mail it to us the next day. We have still not received the box and I have had no further communication with anyone regarding this move—I figured of all of the boxes to lose, it didn’t contain any valuables and it wasn’t worth the effort to track it down.
In total, I paid $3138. This was over $600 more than my original $2520 estimate provided by Moving Services Group, to which I did not add any additional items or services. Ideally, I would like to be refunded the additional charge and to be compensated for the unnecessary stress of withholding my items for 35 days; however, I am not hopeful that I will receive this outcome. These moving companies deliberately lie and mislead customers—they say there’s an issue with “dispatch” but they don’t have a dispatcher. They don’t even have their own moving trucks, hence why they picked up and dropped off my items in Penske rental trucks. I would like to see these chameleon companies shut down so they cannot continue to hurt people or their belongings.

Long-distance move from Texas to South Carolina

Do NOT use this company.

They will give you a quote and take your deposit, but they are scammers. They also are East Coast Moving and Storage and when they show up they have rented a uhaul, the price is drastically higher and they will give you a delivery date and then show up 3 weeks later. Long-distance move from Illinois to Florida

Fair and Responsible.

Well this all started when I got the call about relocating for work. I did not want to move 1% but my wife insisted it would be a fresh start for our family not to mention financially we would benefit greatly. However never moved before and with all the recent commercials I see on TV I was very skeptical to hire a company. My initial thought was to rent a U-Haul pay the extra money cut our losses and do it ourselves. We live in a 5 bedroom house with 2 living rooms a game room and a finished basement so to say the least we would need two trucks 10 helpers mostly because most of our family is down south and we are no experts when it comes to professionally packing. I was given this site by my employer who have relocated in the past and found his company on this site so I put my trust in him. the one benefit from contacting the company directly off the site was I was not bombarded by 10 other companies. without exaggeration from the first phone call I felt a sense of comfort I was able to relate to my estimator and give and be completely honest with him.. my reps name was Anthony he was the supervisor there but anybody else I spoke to if he was busy was just as knowledgeable but I would ask for him he has a high level of patience. he was not bothered by my overwhelming questions concerns and even pictures I had sent as well as the voicemails I bet he couldn't wait to get rid of me haha. However there's money at stake so things have to be done correctly the pricing was based off of the space because obviously nobody knows how much the furniture days until it's on the truck so overestimate we did and we did some more. the movies that came out came in the truck they told me they would they were wearing the shirts they told me what they would and the license number was clearly visible this was my number one concern. to be honest I can go on all day but the fact is these guys did exactly what they said and they did it well and I can tell you what the next time I have to move it's going to be a lot quicker of a process because I make one phone call these guys are man among boys highly recommended 10 Stars.

Long-distance move from New York to California

Do NOT using this company.

The reason they charge a deposit is so that if you subsequently find negative information online about the company that you've already spent a chunk of money. I tried to use movinginsurance.com to insure this move and the told me "We can't work with that company because they have an F rating on Better Business Bureau. They're using a web of different names, to move beyond negative ratings". Hence why they only have positive reviews on Consumer Affairs!

The language in the email quote says "ACH deposits are nonrefundable once the reservation has been made". I never signed ANYTHING, just paid the money. We never scheduled anything. I wrote to them the exact day I paid the cash because that's when I heard from the insurance company. "Frank" who is supposed to be available 24/7 did not answer. So I sent an email, and another on Saturday, and called again and again.. I'm got told when I finally got through to "Josh Williams" that the move is fully scheduled and deposit non-refundable.

DO NOT PAY ANYTHING. Use someone else!

Long-distance move from North Carolina to Florida

Beware!!Please use anyone else!

I spoke with a guy named "Eric" on the phone who I gave room by room instructions on what was in each of them. The quote was for 4700 and they made us put down a nonrefundable deposit down of 35% of estimated price. When driver showed up, he quoted us a price of triple the amount (oh and the driver showed up at 10pm). We were like no way let us talk to Eric. Next day I tried over and over to get ahold of Eric and no where was he to be found! I spoke with another guy named "David" and he said there was nothing they could do if we had more items than what was on the original inventory than obviously the price would increase. I asked about getting my deposit back bc I had been misquoted and he said No. Also, the driver kept saying over and over that a move like ours with a national carrier would cost 40K!! In what world!?? Moral of story, save your self a headache and look for anyone else!

Long-distance move from Minnesota to Arizona

Moving services.

These guys are scammers. They give you low priced quote, they double the price on delivery. they also are nothing more than brokers. Your belongings are sent somewhere, then offloaded on to another truck even though they said they do not do that. they do not meet any pickup or delivery timeframe (4 days late on pickup, 5 days late on delivery. upon arrival they wanted twice as much as the quote and I said no. do not use these movers!
