My family and I move around a lot and all over the country due to my husband's job, and it is nearly always a logistical nightmare. Not this time! From the very first estimate, to the packing, to the final completion of the move, Prestige World Wide Moving was SO professional, polite, efficient and pleasant to deal with all the many demands I had! I was extremely impressed with the high quality and affordable service they provided, and they worked really hard to fit within my tight budget everything that I could possibly need for this move! Every single employee I encountered, from customer service to the actual movers, were always so nice! I'm completely not used to that with a moving company. I'm a veteran mover and have never moved without something breaking - not this time! Everything arrived in one piece and in such great shape!

When they arrived, they were professional, not just on time, but arrived early and didn't mind that I was slightly grumpy from accidentally packing my coffee maker! They really listened to me and assured all my worries and alleviated any concerns that I had. They really took good care of us and were super affordable. I can not stop raving about how good they were and how they took care of us during this extremely stressful time. They dodged the children and the pets, and the weird packing system I have, and accommodated us for everything. I was so wowed. Usually at the end of a move, I'm vowing to never move again, but this time, I know I've found the moving company that we will use for a long time.

In conclusion, I am going to hire Prestige Worldwide Moving for my next move and I know it will be just as good experience as last time. I highly suggest using them as your moving service, you will not be disappointed! They are affordable, budget friendly, friendly and super professional. They really care about your belongings as they understand they are your precious things! Call for an estimate and you will be definitely going with them as your moving company!!

Prestige Moving is one of the top moving companies worldwide. Their name fits their brand. They take pride in moving your furniture as if it is their own. They loaded the truck quickly and efficiently and was on the road to PA within a couple hours. I will recommend Prestige Worldwide Moving to any family or business that needs professionals to cater to their needs. The last moving company I chose to help me move my family to another state didn't go very well and I was not pleased with the outcome and pricing. Prestige Movers moved swiftly and worked with me asking many questions on how I would like fragile furniture stacked in the truck and came prepared with bubble wrap unlike the other moving company I hired. I'm very big on how you present your company since I'm a small business owner myself and they came in uniform and worked in unison. I can't stress how quickly they operate and strong these guys are, they had me in awe like WOW! My children didn't even get on their nerves since they are very vocal about their belongings. They had no problem moving our housing furniture into our new home in Philadelphia, I even introduced them to a Philly Cheese steak which all the employees devoured.

Overall, it was a great experience to work with Prestige Worldwide Movers, they are a top tier moving company and if you need a company to get you from A to B efficiently and effectively then you picked the right Movers!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We have many complaints to add to those already here.
The main one was how they kept raising the price of our move. We hired them to do our move at an estimated price and ended up paying almost 3 times the original quote. All of the price hikes came at the hand of the "borderline bully" mover in charge on moving day. When we tried to contact the head office to discuss the price hikes, no one answered and no one returned our calls. We would not have received our possessions without a final payment in cash at our new home of $7500.
It was a horrible situation and a horrible day.

Service cost: $18500

This company has frustrated me to no end. I will not recommend them to anyone for a move as they are not at all concerned for the customers satisfaction. Their Customer Service representative was rude and arrogant and said blanket statements to try to appease me. They picked up at my home in IND on Nov 5. We had a small change to make on the apartment date, but still shouldn't have deterred the movers from getting our stuff to us by Friday (Nov 18). To my knowledge our belongings are still in a warehouse in Chicago. If there are any damages to our stuff, we will be filing a claim against the insurance for the entire amount of the move and they will not be receiving a better review.

The Worst company ever ! Anything you could do wrong they did it!
We selected this company after taking several other bids on the work (move from Lex. SC to Denver Co.) They showed up late, took all day to pack and load, then after everything was loaded told my wife that they would have to charge us 50% more than the original "Binding" estimate because all our stuff could not fix on their truck. Again, 10pm hostage situation .. they have all our stuff on their truck and they are calling the shots! Once we got to Denver and started to request delivery is when the fun really started. After WEEKS of attempting to get a delivery date, with no luck, we received notice of delivery a very short time prior. Once they showed up we noticed immediately that the condition of our belonging had been seriously damaged. Once they were finished throwing our stuff off the truck it was clear that not everything had been delivered. Mattresses, bikes, tvs etc. were soimply not delivered. We attempted to contact Josh Williams who had previously stated that he was the last and only person at prestige we could talk to.. we waited weeks, replaced many parts and finally (3 weeks) some of our additional belongings were delivered. ( So now insurance won't cover those items )
What was delivered was in bad condition! Packing tape around the furniture that removes the finish when you remove the tape. Silverware and other family memories were stolen! They hired day labor who stole my wifes wedding ring. They are completely non-responsive to any attempts to discuss or even acknowledge out claim for insurance. They are denying we have full coverage when it clearly says we paid over 2k for that coverage. etc.. etc.
There is not part of this move that they did not screw up.. oh except collecting their monies and destroying the entire experience and our belongings in the process.

It's been since September 20th, 2016 since this company picked up everything I own from my apartment. Since then, when I call from my personal phone I haven't been able to get in touch with "Bob Roland" (the driver), or anyone else at this scam company. Not only did they collect a cash deposit upon pick-up, which was more than what the total estimate quoted, but now they have everything I own held hostage. I've done my research and found that they use a fake BBB review for a company called Prestige Moving & Storage. They have F ratings all over, which is why they are not insured. They are not family owned and, instead, subcontract out all jobs. All of your valuable things will be stolen and IF you do receive a delivery most will be destroyed. Their (855) phone number is a dispatch so they can answer their cell phones from all over the country (WI, OH, FL, etc). I can't get a hold of anyone during regular business hours, but when I have friends call from different numbers in Seattle, Chicago, etc. they've answered at 2:00 am to prey on another unsuspecting victim. The attorney general in Florida, Ohio, and Wisconsin were made aware. The DOT, FTC, and DAC are also aware and said they've received an unsettling amounts of similar complaints. I've left emails, voicemails, texts and its been OVER 2 MONTHS since I've received anything or got any explanation. Spread the word to everyone you know about Prestige Worldwide Moving and the names "Josh Williams", "Barry", "Frank Evans", "Kevin Parrish". Also, you may see a bunch of 5 star reviews on sites, but just know that all of those are done by these scam artists or their friends. Reviews are either 1 star or 5 stars. We once spoke to a Kevin Parrish with this company who hung up on us, but then I found a 5 star review by Kevin Parrish on this site. Very interesting, huh? It truly is a shame that awful people like this get away with robbing from families of everything they own.

BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT use Rhino Moving Inc, Prestige Worldwide Moving, Moving Services Group Inc., Priceline Moving and Storage Inc. or East Coast Moving and Storage.

My research indicates they are all inter-related. These enterprises list some of the same people’s names, yet freely change their company names back and forth, twice in the past two months.

I was informed by the Broward Consumer Protection Office and the Fraud Hotline that they have numerous complaints against them. They strongly advised me to file a claim with them.
We just completed a move from Minneapolis to Miami. We ended up paying more than THREE TIMES the estimate! When they arrived for pick-up, they immediately determined that the goods exceeded their estimate. At that point, the price doubled. There were a few additional boxes and a couch, however my entire shipment was delivered in a small U-Haul truck by their company (even items from another customer)! I obviously could not have doubled my load from a small two-bedroom apartment.
They picked up my goods in a small Penske truck. They arrived in Miami in an 18-wheeler that was too large to drive into the complex. They then DEMANDED an additional $500 (payable in cash on the spot) to rent a U-Haul for two hours to shuttle my goods to my new apartment.

On their contract, they state that they do not subcontract, however they used Smart Van Lines with a Suddath United truck to deliver my goods. I confirmed the DOT numbers and verified that the movers did not work for Prestige, Rhino, Moving Services Group, Priceline Moving and Storage or East Coast Moving and Storage. They worked for Smart Van Lines which matched the DOT number on the truck. I took pictures of the movers and their trucks for proof and called the company for verification.

At the time of pick-up, I was informed that the delivery would take approximately one week. After 10 days, I called the company and they had no knowledge of the whereabouts of my shipment. After two weeks, they showed up with a last-minute phone call.

When I called Prestige/Rhino/Moving Services/Priceline, they refused to address my issues. It took numerous emails, faxes and calls to get them to answer their phones and when they did, they screamed at me.

If my experience is any indication, expect ZERO customer service from these people.
I have pictures, documents and emails to support my claims.

If you asked me, would I use this company again or refer them to a friend? The answer is, “No, I would refer them to the authorities for prosecution.”.

We just finished our big move. This was our first time using professional movers Im extrwmely impressed with the service. I reached out to many movers and the overall process was tge same across the board. Prestige was the one company that followed up when they said and the movers themself were exactly the same. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and I wasn't treated like a sale. I don't have the luxury of much free time but anytime I called somebody was always there to take my call. The furniture was taken care of and everything arrived exactly how it left. Save yourself the time these guys are REAL. Highly professional and recommend for anyone.

I usually don't write reviews but considering the wonderful service I received I had to. I spoke with Barry about my big move and I was impressed with how helpful and fast he followed up with my inquiry. This being a last minute move I was overwhelmed but he insured that his company would relieve the headache. Which they did. The price was affordable also. The movers showed up on time and finished the process quicker than expected. To my surprise nothing was damaged. I would recommend Prestige Worldwide's services to anyone. Barry's customer service skills were wonderful. He went above and beyond to help with my move.

Spoke with a manager named Jonathan who seemed accommodating at first and stated he would try to get our shipment to us on a specified date. After our boxes and belongings were picked up, it was extremely hard to get into contact with anyone about the status of the move. Tried calling the "855" number that has both sales and customer service/dispatch options multiple times. Without exaggerating my husband and I called the customer service line at least 8 times between us. We never got an answer from a person - just a machine. We started using the sales line to be able to speak to a human being. One supervisor "Anthony" finally said he would look into it and get back to me - never did. I also wrote emails and left a voice message for Jonathan - our original sales representative - to get an update. I never received an email or phone call back. Got in touch after almost an entire week of waiting for our boxes, and he stated that our belongings would not get to us that week (it's already been over 2 weeks). He was unapologetic in his tone about the fact that we were unable to contact anyone or get a status update on the move. He was also unapologetic that we had not received our belongings yet stating that "he cannot guarantee anything." Still don't have our things as it's sitting in some warehouse. Save yourself the time, the energy, the money. Go with another mover.

When it comes to moving cross country a lot of things go through your head. Is the moving comany legit. Are my items going to arrive safely. Will there be Damage. Will the price change. Doing research is what makes the move go smooth. Prestige worldwide moving did a great job. From start to finish the staff was great. Salespeople to dispatch to the movers on move date. I was very happy how the move
Itself went and they way the items were handled. Everything was wrapped up in blankets very nicely.

THIS COMPANY WILL CON YOU OUT OF MONEY ON THE BACK END. My friend and I used this company at relatively the same time for 2 different moves. The mistake we made on the reviews was only reading the "average star rating" and not the real authentic individual reviews. You will notice that most reviews will be either 1 star ratings or 5 star ratings. It is obvious to tell now after thoroughly looking that there is very little middle ground reviews because the 5 star ratings are fake reviews the company wrote in order to balance out the overall star rating.

My friend and I both were given ridiculous low ball numbers on the estimates of the move cost (I found out after the fact that there was an in house estimate they offer but I wouldn't trust that either). We only found this out after the moving company came and placed our items on the respective trucks and the actual number they were charging was over 1k more than the estimates in both cases. I needed to keep my items in storage longer than my friend and I'll get to that in a moment. My friend anticipated the delivery to be on the 1st of the month when her lease began but did not receive her things until the 22nd. In addition to that the movers said they could not fit in the delivery section of the complex so my friend had to rent a separate truck and transfer all of her things from their truck to the truck she rented and bring her items into her apt without any help from the company. Now back to my items.. I was told by Jason Lombardi who works in sales that any additional month my items would be in storage it would cost 175. This was a lie. He was also the sales rep who low balled the estimate, but I don't necessarily blame him directly because he is just following the script the company lays out. I received an email stating that I owed 500 for the additional month in storage. I called customer service and questioned it. I went in circles with them for about 20 minutes to where I was told the reason the storage unit is so expensive was because they factor in moving costs. This clearly makes no logical sense because I had already paid for the items to be moved into storage and they didn't move them anywhere again, the items would only be sitting in the same storage unit for an additional month.

I could go on further but I'll stop for you the readers sake. I hope anyone who is considering this moving company gets the idea to look elsewhere. They are not up front about the actual costs. Once your items are on the truck and then they present the price you cannot have them take it off of the truck without paying the cost of half the move.

This moving company helped me from start to finish and I just want to thank you guys for getting the move down to my new home. I appreciate that the sales representative gave me a great quote and not scanning you because I know there's a lot of other companies out there that try to scam people out of money. This moving company was well worth the money and I will use you guys in the near future. Everything was successful, it was quick and efficient and I will use you guys again. You guys truly deserve five stars.

Horrible horrible service. They pulled a bait and switch on us and refuse to return our deposit. Gave us a quote over the phone, I don't understand how they do that, but I was told they know what they're doing. But when they got here, at noon on the second day of their 2-day window, they upped the cost by double -- $6000 to $12000. Then when we were discussing the issue, they said they'd call back and never did. They did not return any further phone calls nor emails.

Extremely unprofessional and rude. The men who came to the house kept speaking Spanish to each other as we went through the house. I have no clue what they were saying.

I have been moved multiple times and have never had such a horrible experience.

I didn't know what to expect hiring a mover to help me move such a great distance. Prestige Worldwide made the process extremely easy! They had packing materials I could purchase and helped me pack a lot of my items "the right way". I had some fragile items I half-hazardly threw in boxes. When the movers had came, they noticed this and volunteered to re-pack the items so they would not get broken or damaged during the move. How awesome! I was surprised how kind and respectable they were of my things! I couldn't have been happier with the move. They made a stressful experience into an easy experience! Nothing was damaged and we made great time traveling the good distance to my new home!

Pick up was days late.

I had a family emergency so I didn't badger them about delivery. I knew they would call to set up delivery. After two weeks of taking care of my mother in the hospital and having new carpet installed I began to worry about my belongings. The staff at Prestige in Florida were not worried. Their line was "well I don't know what to tell you. I'm sure you will here from the driver tomorrow. Never heard from anyone. I asked the main office to track my stuff and they never called me back. When I called them, they said "tomorrow".

They finally gave me a number of "my driver" who answered my call but said that he had just been to IChicago, but didn't have my stuff. I finally got the driver's number's number off of my caller ID who picked up my belongings three weeks earlier. He located my furniture in 48 hours. It was at a warehouse in New Jersey. He had it on a truck the next day.

Almost every piece of furniture has been scratched, ripped or is filthy.

I also had to pay a lot more than my estimate, but by then I didn't care. Had I known I was going to spend $3,500 I would have chosen a more established company.

Stay tuned to hear how my claim goes for damages. The delivery men took quite a few photos of damaged items.

I would refer any one of my family and friends to Prestige. From the very beginning my agent explained and walked me through the whole process and even though I have moved over 5 times in the past this was by far the easiest and least stressful experience I have encountered. From the first phone call all the way to delivery I had no worries that I was in very good hands. The last time before I was charged more by a local company and I had to fight to get my money back. But at the end of the move with Prestige I tipped the worked $50 each for the job they did. I would highly suggest to go with this moving service for any state to state move.

Horrible experience. I feel like all of these positive reviews are all fake. (hence, no one is dropping employee names).

Move from NJ to CA. Jason sold us on a 10 day delivery date. Contract stated they had 21. Ok, we could deal with 21.

It took 50 days. Almost two months living in our San Francisco apt. (yeah, the rents in San Francisco are as high as you presume, and with a 12 month lease, we spent 1/6 of it sleeping on an air mattress.)

And it wasn't really the 50 days..it was the lack of communication. Josh may be the worst costumer service rep I've ever encountered. Just because he didn't know where our goods were doesn't give him the excuse to be rude to my wife and I.

I would call, ask for an update on our goods - literally every item we own in our life - and Josh would say he doesn't know where our goods are, ask us to give him the morning to find out more and he'd call us back in the afternoon with info.

No call back.

I'd call Josh the following morning, get the same tune. No call back. Day after day. No info. No customer service. They didn't care. He was brash, rude, condescending, and immature.

They sold us services they never provided - (6 person offload, shuttle / box truck - an 18 wheeler showed up in our downtown San Francisco apt. Building kicked them out.)

I was a day away from calling the local authorities and filing a lawsuit.

But, we got our stuff. So if not loosing your goods, setting them on fire, selling them all, or just not doing your job is a good rating, then yeah, these guys are the best.
