Prestige Worldwide Moving

Eric called me and we discussed my imminent move from Oregon to Arkansas. Being a single woman I asked him to include my son in the conversation. We talked on 3 way and Eric gave me a price and assured my son he would make sure my move went as smoothly as possible. I had to give him over 1,000.00 for a deposit. I waited for my move date and thought I would hear from them, but I never did. I called them the week before just to confirm that they were coming on the 27th of June. They assured me they were. I had everything packed and waited for them to come load. By the end of the 27th they still hadn't come, so I called them. They said they had lost their driver and they would have him there at 10 am the next morning. By noon of the 28th I was still waiting. I called them and after many calls I finally got through. They said they were still having issues but that it would be ok for me to go (I had a 2300 mile trip by car ahead of me) and my landlady could be there for them to load. I left her a signed check to pay the other third of my 3,000 dollar bill. By the end of the 28th they still hadn't shown up, or called me or my landlady. The same for the 29th and the 30th. All calls were made by me to them and it always took more than one call to get a person. On the 1st of July they informed me they were not going to fulfill their part of the contract and they would send me a refund check. By that time my rent was up, and I was more than half way to Arkansas. I was frantic and sick. So here I am trying to drive and arrange for my things to be transported. And this is 4th of July weekend! After I got to Arkansas I found a company that would move my stuff, and they would be there on the 5th or 6th. Royalty Moving Co were wonderful and a breath of fresh air after dealing with Prestiege Worldwide! They made phone calls to me and my landlady EVERY STEP OF THE WAY! Oh and I still haven't received my deposit either. Prestiege Worldwide is the WORST company I have ever had the misfortune to try to do business with. RUN!

This moving company was a great company. They said they help me to move out to my new home. Me and my wife are satisfied with the job that was done. All of my items were replace back how they were and nothing was damaged. They did it fast. I rate this moving company five stars and above. You guys are regular reputable company that I will use in the near future again. Thank you very much for moving me out. I will recommend family members and friends to this moving company. I prescient everything that you did. Thank you.

Prestige worldwide moving did such a good job on my move. I am really astatic with the way they wrapped and packed the furniture. this wasn't my first long-distance move the first time I mistakenly booked with the broker and oh boy was it a terrible experience. Thea guys are real movers, movers for the company actually showed up I really like that this company does not use day laborers their full packing service save me so much time thanks a lot again for getting me delivered on time in my delivery window and staying in touch with me the whole trip.

This company is pure scam. The ratings here are also false. 4 stars?? Do not use this company they will take your money, ask for deposits, cash payments to deliver your goods. They use different drivers not part of a company just ramdom guys that complaint about what kind of company is this. They give you a quote and then a driver comes and tells you another price in my case it went up from 10000 to 15000. They are not BBB accredited or can be insured. Their addres is a residential one. No response to your claims. Stuff is damaged and some pieces stole. DO NOT USE THIS MOVERS!

I set up recently for my property to be moved from Florida to Colorado. When the movers called me to set up delivery I had already been informed that some of my property was still in Florida by a third party. I told the delivery driver I would not accept delivery or make my final payment until ALL my property as agreed in our contract was present and accounted for. At this point the driver got irate and hung up the phone. Two days later they contacted me saying the driver felt threatened and in fear for his life and refused to make the delivery. They said I would have to come pick up my belongings at their location and they would be charging me storage until then. I still have not received my belongings and told them I had no way to pick the items up myself nor would I make the payment they are requiring for them to release my property until it was all accounted for. They have repeatedly refused to allow me to talk to anyone in management and the only contact I have is someone named Reggie who is in customer service. All I have is his private cell and whenever I call the number on my bill of lading there is no response. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS! I was in touch with the owner named Frank in their Miramar office. He sent me a contract and requested a deposit. At the time they were Prestige Worldwide Moving, now they are United Movers Group. Needless to say I sent the deposit. I called to verify my move date and the number was disconnected. I called Frank's cell number identified myself and he hung up on me and blocked my number. DO NOT Use this company, they took my deposit and closed the doors. They are cheats and scammers.

Prestige Worldwide Moving is an excellent moving service. During my recent move from Florida to North Carolina Prestige Moving handled everything very well. And this company is very careful and complete because their customer service is fantastic. Specifically the move went very well from start to finish. The entire staff was very professional and curteous. They made me feel like I was important and that made a big difference from other moving companies. I felt safe using Prestige for my moving needs. Overall I am very pleased with Prestige moving, and I would recommend this company to family and friends, Great Service.

This was the close to the most painful chapter in my life. They have no idea of the magnitude of what they've done for me. A bit of a wait for pickup however, it was worth every minute. The men were so kind, polite, helpful & efficient. More items than expected but they said they'd take everything. I was overjoyed to have these years of misery closed! I needed it done ASAP & constantly called Prestige for 1 reason or another as I've spent my last 2 years in court w/my ex & this put me in a dire financial situation & they did work w/me as much as possible. It was worth it to me as I'd spent so much time worrying as to when & how I was finally going to get all my belongings in 1 place so I could move on w/my life. They took all of that off my mind which was literally the weight of those thousands of lbs. I didn't really check items carefully as it was so nice to have my life in 1 place in almost 2 years, but since they've been here things look fine. Although I wanted to give the movers a tip to show my gratitude for everything they'd done they understood my financial situation & were very gracious. I recommend them to everyone & all 3 of the gentlemen I spoke to about anything & everything over the course of 8 days were always patient, kind, understanding, courteous, quick to return my calls (even before & after hours), not 1 time became rude, loud, short or treated me unkindly. I don't know when I've dealt w/a company that was so consistent in providing such excellent customer service. They were the 1st company to contact me when I began searching for a mover & there was a sincerity in Anthony's voice that I felt I could trust & my instinct was spot on. This was the first time that I had used a moving company and I have to say I will go to them every time. There staff is professional and courteous with your things and they pack up everything nicely. I am a stickler when it comes to what things go where and they listened to my every word. Upon delivery they even helped me unpack a few of my boxes for me. I got a great price as well, I think in total it came to a little over $2000. If your need to move quick and with great caution with your things this is surely the company to chose.

As anyone who has made a major move before knows, it can bring a lot of stress and anxiety. Not only about the cost but about the concerns of the moving company you seek to hire. As such I had to make another major move last month. After reviewing several companies I came across Prestige Worldwide moving. It gives me great pleasure to advise that Matt gave me a reasonable quote and enough confidence to use them for my move to New York. They packed everything very carefully, including some very costly family heirlooms. In addition I have some very pricey electronic equipment .On moving day, Prestige was at my old residence earlier then anticipated. That was a surprise. The workers were very professional and careful. I could not have been more pleased. Then I took my flight to New York City. Within 72 hours more or less the truck arrived and the workers unloaded the truck seamlessly. I was totally impressed. There were a few small items that needed to be purchased along the way but not high amounts. Now that I am happily settled into my new apartment in Manhattan I am more then pleased to encourage anyone who plans to move to contact Prestige moving. Moving can be such a hassle, between boxing everything up and loading the truck. I just couldn't do it this last time and decided to call from some assistance. Calling was a breeze and they were so kind and helpful. They explained the moving process to me and I was actually excited for the help! They came and picked up ever thing and handled the fragile items with care. Once my things came from to Florida I was one happy camper. Nothing was ruined or missing. Hopefully I do not have to move again but if I do I know who I am going to call. Awesome Company!!

I had 6 rooms of furniture and a shed full of stuff that had to go from Key Largo, FL to LaFayette, GA (nw mountain area).  With 3 women (me and my 2 daughters) and a 2yr old toddler, it was an overwhelming task at hand.  We could pack, but no way could we load everything into moving vans.  Add to that we had two cars as well.  A friend in Miami suggested Prestige as her new neighbors used them & were delighted with them.  That was local, though, so I put Prestige on the back burner.  I contacted one well-known long distance mover.  I nearly choked on the price.  Called another one, bit lower, but still high.  So, I 'tried' Prestige.  They moved nationwide: great news!  Next, the price: 1/3 of the lowest quote!  I booked w/them.  I was still a bit nervous , but from loading up to unloading, we got excellent service, helpful employees, and everything in perfect condition.   I highly recommend this company.    Oh, they even beat us to our new home.  Only by an hour, but what a happy surprise to see them there waiting!  .

Presitge worldwide saved my life! They are the best. I was put in a stressful situation when the movers I had hired did not show up. I called for a last minute move and they scheduled me immediately. I worked with three movers and John was the one in charge. The guys did an great job. They brought huge boxes and wrapped all my furniture safely. They were fast, kind, courteous and highly skilled. Their rates were really competitive and at the end I did not have to pay anything extra. The level of customer service was really high. I would recommend this company to everyone who wants quality and great customer service.

I had worked for a moving company when I was fresh out of high school so I sort of knew what to expect and what to look out for in these situations. Three men arrived on time at my Daytona Beach House to Wrap anything that can open or move in transit while taking an inventory. The men had great attitudes towards working and were polite and kind also a little funny but never unprofessional which I respect so much. They treated my belongings as if they were their own, I never gave them advice which as an ex-mover I thought I would have to point out flaws but there were none. My mind was at ease and that helps alot with the stress of a new job and schools for the kids. The cost of moving paid itself in just the pick up I feel, 2k to move from florida beach to northeast PA is a deal especially when they arrived in Kingston PA on schedule. I was worried that they would scratch the walls with the big appliances and furniture as I did when I was a kid but they left no mark on any wall and laid down paper so to not run the carpet of the newly built house. they went right to work and asked where we wanted the furniture set up and also where the paintings might be hung. They put together the sled to the master bed and bunks in the kids room. I never heard them argue or complain and treated my wife as a equal part of me which is huge in my book. I gave them a nice tip and would refer them to anyone who is in fear of moving or wants the best movers money could buy and at a cheap price, thanks guys.

I would have to say this move went very smoothly. The movers arrived on schedule, they were very professional, and took the time to listen to my various fears. They were pretty efficient and took great care with my furniture, particularly a large, expensive, glass aquarium for salt water fish. This item I was most worried about, but there was no reason because they moved it safely in one piece without incident. Everything went well and all in all, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality job at a really reasonable price. I was very pleased!

In this day and age, it’s hard to find a company you can trust. Prestige Worldwide Moving was recommended to me by a friend, and now I know why- It was last minute request but I just called Prestige and they arrived on time, assisted with Loading/Unloading and even helped clean up my apartment. This moving company is professional and cautious with everything they are doing I will recommend them to my friends and small businesses in my area!!

I recently got a job transfer from South Carolina to Texas. Although excited, I was very preoccupied over what to do with my belongings . I was debating on wether or not to leave my belongings behind. Yes, I actually contemplated the idea due to the high prices of moving companies in the area. However, thanks to my neighbor at the time, I discovered PWM. I was very relieved to have found such an inexpensive and reliable service.

The crew was very professional with me and got the job done ! If I were to be relocating again, these guys will be the ones I'll call!

My family and I move around a lot and all over the country due to my husband's job, and it is nearly always a logistical nightmare. Not this time! From the very first estimate, to the packing, to the final completion of the move, Prestige World Wide Moving was SO professional, polite, efficient and pleasant to deal with all the many demands I had! I was extremely impressed with the high quality and affordable service they provided, and they worked really hard to fit within my tight budget everything that I could possibly need for this move! Every single employee I encountered, from customer service to the actual movers, were always so nice! I'm completely not used to that with a moving company. I'm a veteran mover and have never moved without something breaking - not this time! Everything arrived in one piece and in such great shape!

When they arrived, they were professional, not just on time, but arrived early and didn't mind that I was slightly grumpy from accidentally packing my coffee maker! They really listened to me and assured all my worries and alleviated any concerns that I had. They really took good care of us and were super affordable. I can not stop raving about how good they were and how they took care of us during this extremely stressful time. They dodged the children and the pets, and the weird packing system I have, and accommodated us for everything. I was so wowed. Usually at the end of a move, I'm vowing to never move again, but this time, I know I've found the moving company that we will use for a long time.

In conclusion, I am going to hire Prestige Worldwide Moving for my next move and I know it will be just as good experience as last time. Prestige Moving is one of the top moving companies worldwide. Their name fits their brand. They take pride in moving your furniture as if it is their own. They loaded the truck quickly and efficiently and was on the road to PA within a couple hours. I will recommend Prestige Worldwide Moving to any family or business that needs professionals to cater to their needs. The last moving company I chose to help me move my family to another state didn't go very well and I was not pleased with the outcome and pricing. Prestige Movers moved swiftly and worked with me asking many questions on how I would like fragile furniture stacked in the truck and came prepared with bubble wrap unlike the other moving company I hired. I'm very big on how you present your company since I'm a small business owner myself and they came in uniform and worked in unison. I can't stress how quickly they operate and strong these guys are, they had me in awe like WOW! My children didn't even get on their nerves since they are very vocal about their belongings. They had no problem moving our housing furniture into our new home in Philadelphia, I even introduced them to a Philly Cheese steak which all the employees devoured.

Overall, it was a great experience to work with Prestige Worldwide Movers, they are a top tier moving company and if you need a company to get you from A to B efficiently and effectively then you picked the right Movers!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We have many complaints to add to those already here.
The main one was how they kept raising the price of our move. We hired them to do our move at an estimated price and ended up paying almost 3 times the original quote. All of the price hikes came at the hand of the "borderline bully" mover in charge on moving day. When we tried to contact the head office to discuss the price hikes, no one answered and no one returned our calls. We would not have received our possessions without a final payment in cash at our new home of $7500.
It was a horrible situation and a horrible day.

This company has frustrated me to no end. I will not recommend them to anyone for a move as they are not at all concerned for the customers satisfaction. Their Customer Service representative was rude and arrogant and said blanket statements to try to appease me. They picked up at my home in IND on Nov 5. We had a small change to make on the apartment date, but still shouldn't have deterred the movers from getting our stuff to us by Friday (Nov 18). To my knowledge our belongings are still in a warehouse in Chicago. If there are any damages to our stuff, we will be filing a claim against the insurance for the entire amount of the move and they will not be receiving a better review.

The Worst company ever ! Anything you could do wrong they did it!
We selected this company after taking several other bids on the work (move from Lex. SC to Denver Co.) They showed up late, took all day to pack and load, then after everything was loaded told my wife that they would have to charge us 50% more than the original "Binding" estimate because all our stuff could not fix on their truck. Again, 10pm hostage situation .. they have all our stuff on their truck and they are calling the shots! Once we got to Denver and started to request delivery is when the fun really started. After WEEKS of attempting to get a delivery date, with no luck, we received notice of delivery a very short time prior. Once they showed up we noticed immediately that the condition of our belonging had been seriously damaged. Once they were finished throwing our stuff off the truck it was clear that not everything had been delivered. Mattresses, bikes, tvs etc. were soimply not delivered. We attempted to contact Josh Williams who had previously stated that he was the last and only person at prestige we could talk to.. we waited weeks, replaced many parts and finally (3 weeks) some of our additional belongings were delivered. ( So now insurance won't cover those items )
What was delivered was in bad condition! Packing tape around the furniture that removes the finish when you remove the tape. Silverware and other family memories were stolen! They hired day labor who stole my wifes wedding ring. They are completely non-responsive to any attempts to discuss or even acknowledge out claim for insurance. They are denying we have full coverage when it clearly says we paid over 2k for that coverage. etc.. etc.
There is not part of this move that they did not screw up.. oh except collecting their monies and destroying the entire experience and our belongings in the process.

It's been since September 20th, 2016 since this company picked up everything I own from my apartment. Since then, when I call from my personal phone I haven't been able to get in touch with "Bob Roland" (the driver), or anyone else at this scam company. Not only did they collect a cash deposit upon pick-up, which was more than what the total estimate quoted, but now they have everything I own held hostage. I've done my research and found that they use a fake BBB review for a company called Prestige Moving & Storage. They have F ratings all over, which is why they are not insured. They are not family owned and, instead, subcontract out all jobs. All of your valuable things will be stolen and IF you do receive a delivery most will be destroyed. Their (855) phone number is a dispatch so they can answer their cell phones from all over the country (WI, OH, FL, etc). I can't get a hold of anyone during regular business hours, but when I have friends call from different numbers in Seattle, Chicago, etc. they've answered at 2:00 am to prey on another unsuspecting victim. The attorney general in Florida, Ohio, and Wisconsin were made aware. The DOT, FTC, and DAC are also aware and said they've received an unsettling amounts of similar complaints. I've left emails, voicemails, texts and its been OVER 2 MONTHS since I've received anything or got any explanation. Spread the word to everyone you know about Prestige Worldwide Moving and the names "Josh Williams", "Barry", "Frank Evans", "Kevin Parrish". Also, you may see a bunch of 5 star reviews on sites, but just know that all of those are done by these scam artists or their friends. Reviews are either 1 star or 5 stars. We once spoke to a Kevin Parrish with this company who hung up on us, but then I found a 5 star review by Kevin Parrish on this site. Very interesting, huh? It truly is a shame that awful people like this get away with robbing from families of everything they own.
