I’ve moved every year for five years, and this was by far the best experience. These movers were efficient, cheerful, and extremely careful with my stuff. They had checklists and routines that made it feel so streamlined. Even when I couldn’t find the building key, they stayed calm. They offered smart suggestions that saved time. The whole job felt collaborative rather than transactional. It didn’t feel like “just another move” to them. That attitude really stuck with me.

Our experience with One Source Van Lines could not have been worse. At first we had high hopes thank to an excellent sales experience and a strong partner in our rep Antony. But when changes happened to our situation and we had to cancel our move, the finance department at One Source kept our deposit and completely refused to work with us even though our cancellation was 100% within their guidelines, in the first 72 hours of our reservation. We lost $1000 because they claimed we didn't notify them correctly, despite having called often and clearly explained that we could not move forward with the reservation. It was an absolute travesty and a sham. I simply cannot urge you enough to look elsewhere. Please take care of your belongings, take care of yourself and your hard earned dollars, and look for a different moving service. If I could give 0 Stars I Would. This company took advantage of me and I should have trusted my gut opinion when I initially cancelled my move with them since I had concerns with their service as previous co-workers had horrible experiences with them/other moving companies.

I sent pictures of all of my inventory items and explained to Daisha that my main concern was spending more money than I was quoted for, for my move. She responded by saying if I sent pictures and I had nothing more than what was pictured then there should be no concerns about a difference in price from the carrier. Well she was wrong, I had to pay $1,000 more to Prince Moving due to them saying I had an excess of 1,000 cubic feet than what I was quoted for. How, when I sent pictures of all of my belongings and was sent an updated quote after submission of pictures? A $1,000 that I didn't have. They begged me for my service and I trusted them! The movers showed up and charged me an additional $75 dollars because there was an excess of a flight of steps which in their contract "Princz Moving" stated a flight = 7 steps. My contract with ONE SOURCE VAN LINES stated that a flight of steps = 10 steps. I called Jim from One Source Van Lines while the movers was at my pick-up location and told him Princz Moving was trying to charge me for a flight of steps that I shouldnt have been charged because my contract stated a flight was 10 steps not 7 steps. He told me to pay Princz moving the additional fee so they could do the job since they were on site and One Source Van Lines would reimburse me for the charges because I signed a contract with One Source Van Lines not Princz Moving Company. I've been waiting on my updated paperwork only to be told that I'm not going to be reimbursed because that is not the responsibility of One Source Van Lines, its the responsibility of the carrier Princz Moving. However, Jim from One Source Van Lines is the one who told me that since their were discrepancies with the contract, that One Source would submit paperwork for review for me to get reimbursed.

I got my furniture from Princz Moving at the dropoff location, while they were "nice dudes" they did not assembly any of my furniture at dropoff. They also lost a box of my belongings, and the headboard to my bed. I was originally quoted $2,900 for the move. After sending pictures that quote went up to around $3,100 dollars. I paid $4,000, $900 dollars more than my updated quote and now they want to penny pinch $75 that is owed to me and act like I'm fussing over something small. It's the principle that I followed the instructions of your worker JIM, and he ensured that I was binded to a contract agreement with one source van lines and that I would receive some reimbursement, Now, Jim is allegedly on vacation for a week and they want me to show my hand while they sit back and don't acknowledge how they took advantage of a hard working man who is trying to provide for his family.

Update: Jim’s phone is now disconnected and no longer in service .

There is no way these are real 5 star reviews for this scamming company!! If you have questions reach out to me, i beg you to stay away from this company !

I just finished the resolution form and would like to happily leave a stellar review for everyone that was so helpful and understanding with trying to coordinate my move but my best review will be for your exceptional customer service representative Deja Flood.Beginning with the very-very first difficult call that she took from myself to her numerous follow up calls, to our final communication that truly made my whole day, week, month and year and I'll repeat every word I just wrote to everyone I speak to. She is a very kind, generous, professional, caring and special person.This is in one of the most difficult jobs in the company and also one of the most important !! Too often these employees don’t get enough recognition for the situations that they handle on a daily basis.

She is doing a more than fantastic job !! And deserves a big fat raise !!!!!

Also, I would like to like to give a huge shout out to Jim C. and Lisa my Customer Service Representatives, when the move was still being scheduled and to Sean my fantastic Sales Representative and everyone else I may have missed on the team.

I definitely will recommend One Source to anyone I speak with in the future that is going to be moving near or far.

Sean who did the initial quote was great and helpful and friendly. Nicholas who did the final estimate also sounded very competent. The movers who picked up the stuff were knowledgeable and worked hard. But beyond that, the experience with One Source Van Lines has been frustrating. I never received the call that was promised (at least 2 days beforehand) telling us the pick up date. When I finally got through to off hours customer service, they had no idea or information for me. Someone finally called me back to let me know the day before pick up. When I called this morning to find out when my mother’s shipment would be delivered(after multiple attempts to get information over the weekend), I was told her belongings had been put into a warehouse and that I would be notified once the shipment was in progress and that it could take between 6-21 days(canned answer). A few hours later, I got a call from the driver stating that he would be arriving tomorrow. It seems like customer service does not have access to any specific information. The calls that were promised have not happened. I have had to follow up on every inquiry. The process does not follow the expectations set during the initial order was placed. The Customer service number has been essentially useless.
