Look if anyone here write a positive review just know it was all arranged, this company is simply a scam!!!! Please tell people to run far, we were supposed to make a king move from Florida to Texas but changed our minds well over 3 weeks to moving date,we had already made a down payment of about 1200 when we called them to let them know we wount be making that move anymore to get a refund they refused to refund despite never doing the job,we asked why this is well over 3 weeks to the due date,the owner or whoever the lady was claimed they have already paid the people to do the job upfront… who ever pays someone for a job not her done???? And why could the people not refund us for a job they never did??? Wickedness of the highest order. I just know one thing companies like this that cheat people of their hard earned money never last,their game will be up soonest as God Lives!

Relocating out of state might be difficult, but the team made it easy. They arrived on schedule, carefully packed everything, and kept me updated throughout the voyage. What impressed me the most was their ability to stay on time despite the enormous distance. When they got at my new home, everything was intact, with no missing or damaged items. The movers also helped me set up some of the larger furniture, making the transition much smoother. Moving across state borders was easy and stress-free thanks to such a reliable team.

In all my years, I have never written a negative review on any company that I have dealt with. I felt compelled for numerous reasons to help others looking for a mover. My issues with them are very similar to many people. They are a broker. They are not the people that will be moving you. They hand off the job to an independent company who will assess the inventory and the price given by One Source (this is the morning of your move while they are at your house).Since they are an independent company, they do not have to abide by the One Source contract and fee given. This unfortunately will be the second price change. The original price you receive over the phone will be cheap and based on your inventory. Two days before the move, you will get a call from Mike, who is the quality assurance manger (not a nice person) and he will revaluate your inventory looking at it through your house pictures on Zillow. Mike or another quality assurance person will inform you your furniture and other belongings are larger than just giving the info to the sales person over the phone. So this will require more cubic feet of truck space. He initially wanted 3800 more and went down to 2000 more for the EXACT same items on the inventory. He was a real SOB about it too and how much time he has wasted on this. At that point I cancelled because after reading reviews, the next step was for the actual moving company to raise the price when they arrived.

Fortunately, I placed my de[posit on a credit card instead of giving them my bank information which is what they wanted. With this, they get to keep your deposit.

All of this pressure happens two days before the move. Most people unwillingly agree because they have to move on the scheduled move date due to new job starting, kids are enrolled already in their new school, your current home buyers are moving in, etc. So most people have no choice and will agree to the price increase and say they will follow up after the move to get their additional funds back. It wont happen. They will use the cubic feet increase. We non moving inexperience people go by the inventory list to move. When I gave them the list to move, the cubic feet doesn't matter. It's their experience to figure out the cubic feet and truck size.

If you add any item to the original list (you will and they count on it), they will slam you for the increase and will be justified. The cubic footage comes into play then. Mine was for the EXACT same (not even a spoon more) and was still hit with an additional 2000.

I'm not sure where the occasional positive reviews come from because anyone can log in and write a good review, like the people who work for the company, their friends, owners, etc.

I cancelled my move when Mike called two days prior with the price increase. I'm retired, no children to enter into school and I didn't close on my current house yet so I didn't have to move out. I feel so strongly to inform people because you will be caught up in this. They know the system and they have it down well. You will be so involved with unpacking, getting the kids adjusted, new job

adjustment, etc that you will not follow up. And if you do, you will have no recourse and will let it go. That's how these people are still in business. I am just a common person who was looking for a mover. I would be happy to answer any questions you might have. My experience with this company is just like many reviews that you will read. I don't believe in the validity of any positive reviews

After checking between few companies to decide which one will work best for us, unfortunately, we went with One source Valines LLC. Adrianna kept calling like she really cared and assured me they are the best company to choose, as they make sure to stay with the client all the way till it ends. Well, guess what??? Not only she disappeared, so did the others from customer service when they realized the damages and all the troubles we are going through!!!! It started when they estimated the work fee that will cost, after Adrianna did a video walk through of all our stuff. It came to 30% more and the stuff they sent from a different local company was horrible. After I sent them away, they sent me MC movers that I thought were good but along the day, broke already few parts, didn't tell me and cover their backs!!!! Arriving in Maryland, the crew decided they know everything and were very hard to deal with MC Movers!!!!!!

What we realized was that our stuff was loaded in CO to a truck and from this point was unloaded and loaded again to a different truck---NEVER AGREE TO DO THAT!!!

That was the main issue for the damages. The unloaded our stuff and slowly we realized how big is the damage. On top of all of this, the driver decided to be a smart ass and tell the guys to fold our $10000 king mattress and tape it so it would be easier to take it up, after I went and bought them a harness to lift it safety. As soon as we saw it we yelled at him to get off our mattress right now and never do it again, this is a hybrid mattress and they ruined it. What a shameful company to work with.

They left all their mess in our garage and didn't agree to take it with the, such as the tape they wrapped the Furnitures and boxes they used to wrap the mattresses and so on and on...NEVER AGAIN WORK WITH THESE COMPANIES. we ARE SO DISAPOINTED AT THEM, SO UNPROFESSIOANL AND WORST EVER!!!!!!

Helping my elderly parents move across town was not an easy process, but the movers were really patient and kind. 0 STAR REVIEW FOR ONE SOURCE VAN LINES!!

I reached out to One Source Van Lines and signed with them to move some of my things from my house in Maryland to my extended family’s home in South Carolina in October. I paid a deposit of $1200 and it was NEVER EXPLAINED to me that the only refund I could receive on this was within 72 hours of signing (no other legitimate company would require this. Canceling within 72 hours of the service date would be expected but not 72 hours within booking a service). I WAS told however that if any changes needed to be made to the order, I just needed to contact them within 7 days of the move date.

In addition to the stress of moving and of my divorce (where I have essentially lost everything), I ended up in the hospital for 12 days in September. During this time, I was forced to agree to let my ex-husband keep all of my remaining assets. This was both out of my control and a legitimate reason to cancel with One Source Van Lines, because I had nothing to move. Weeks before the move date, my family tried contacting the company numerous times to cancel and receive a refund. One Source Van Lines refused to speak with them even though I literally could not contact them myself because of my hospital stay. Once I left the hospital, I contacted them (still plenty of time before the 7-day cutoff) and found Ms. Daisha in the billing department to be extremely unhelpful and uncaring. She was very unprofessional and would not let me speak to any of the managers or the individual who I originally set up the order with and she refused to give me any refund EVEN THOUGH ONE SOURCE NEVER TOUCHED ANY OF MY THINGS, NEVER MOVED ANY OF MY ITEMS, AND NEVER DID ANY WORK WHATSOEVER ON MY ORDER. I sent multiple letters to the company headquarters, which were all returned to me unopened.

Essentially, One Source Van Lines stole $1200 from me and has proved at best to be a heartless, disreputable company and at worst, a complete scam. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD ANYONE TRY TO MOVE WITH ONE SOURCE VAN LINES.

I found out after my move that this company has been running this same scam for years and has gone by multiple different names. They will be your best friend and lie lie lie and tell you you’re going to have a great move everything is accurate the guys are professional. Lies, they take your deposit and then basically give you the middle finger. My cost doubled on pick up, clock destroyed by movers they contracted out to. It’s a pure bait and switch, I called the number thinking I was calling United and the lie they told was that onesourcewas. The name of their local affiliate in my area. Lie. They do an inventory that is completely meaningless and then take 1/3 as down payment which they keep for doing absolutely nothing. They contract the worst companies to come move us . 2 men wreaking of marijuana showed up in flip flops 3 hours late and a minute after arriving told us we were greatly under quoted and that we actually have twice as much space than one source gave us even though our inventory was exactly the same as it was listed! They demanded we pay an additional 7K which we said no way and after hour spent back and forth we finally agreed on 3500 more just to get this over with and not lose our deposit we paid via ACH bank transfer (bad idea!). They didn’t wrap anything besides toss a few blankets over our furniture and roughly throws it all on the truck. This company is a scsm I hope they all rot
