The gentleman that ran the pickup was the absolute rudest I've ever encountered, and charged me over triple my original estimate. When I questioned the total amount, I was told if I wanted to see how much room my load had taken up, he would drop all my stuff in the parking lot and leave. He said I had too much stuff and needed to be more normal (my mom had just passed and I had some boxes of hers to go through) and then proceeded to slam and kick many boxes marked fragile, breaking what was inside. When I called the company to report, they expressed remorse but never followed up and never did anything to make things right. Every time I reached someone at the company in the months following they had no idea what I was talking about and were also incredibly rude. Apparently the company is now closed, but as customer service reps are still answering the phones, I'm wondering if they rebranded under a different LLC. Horrible.

This is absolutely the worse moving service and believe me it’s not an exaggeration they are brokers that send you off to third parties they get off Craigslist customer service is horrible and they are rude because they have you in a contract and they have your stufff,very nice and professional when they’re soliciting you one you sign that contract everything changes even

The price they tell one price for storage I had to pay a $1000 dollars when they told me it was $300

I can't say enough good things about this moving company! From start to finish, they exceeded our expectations in every way. The team of movers were punctual, efficient, and incredibly professional. They took great care of all our belongings and ensured that everything arrived at our new home safely and on time. We were also impressed by their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure that we were completely satisfied with their service. Overall, we would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a moving service.

Never picked up items, kept deposits. LIED about status! Lied about pick up, lied about drivers, hired the driver from Craigslist the day the goods were to be picked up. NEVER PICKED UP ITEMS, kept both deposits even after they breached the contract by hiring someone from Craigslist that is uninsured, not vetted by the company etc. Promised a refund but have stopped returning phone calls and emails! I have also filed a complaint with BBB. DO NOT TRUST! DO NOT USE! This is a BAD COMPANY!

We had a nightmare experience with them. This WILL HAPPEN TO YOU too if you hire them. You talk to a friendly lady that is part of the scam to draw you in. She'll quote you a low price and say it'll get to your destination in 3-5 days. The movers will show up from another company, barely speak English (middle eastern) and tell you you need to buy more space. The price will triple and your stuff will be taken to New Jersey a wait until they have enough going to your area. It'll take a month at least and your boxes marked fragile will be crushed and your furniture will be damaged. This is not a prediction, it's a SPOILER!!

DO NOT MOVE WITH THESE PEOPLE. Spoke with a Philip and he was great sold me on getting my stuff moved.There was a charge of $652.00 three times for delivery. Deposit, pickup, and drop off. About 3 days prior to pickup NAM LLC. Contacts me and says that my mom added more stuff so it’ll now be 855.39 at pick up and another 855.39 at drop off with another $325. Extra for deposit. Moving day comes and i had no idea a third party was involved with this move apparently that’s what they do. They charged me an extra 800.00 for this move. I called CS and the lady was rude and told me too bad i have to deal with it. I tried to call Philip who ensured me that this wasn’t a scam and he ghosted me. Ghosted my parents as well as they also used this service to move them. I finally got a hold of Philip and tried to explain to him what was happening and that why did I sign a contract with them at a certain price when that price doesn’t even exist with the actual moving company. He straight up called me a liar. I have so many emails in and not a single answer to any of them. There’s an email into the owner of this company and he never answered either. Just goes to show they don’t care about your stuff only the money they are literally stealing from you. I took spring break off to get my stuff and had only one day with plans as they were to come on that Thursday. Jimmy from 365 moving called me andSaidthat Wednesday night they would be there Thursday. Thursday came and went. I get a call the one and only day i had plans staying i had 1/2 hour to get to my house and i told them i had plans and they knew this was the only day I’m not available. Jimmy was rude and hung up on me. Fast forward two weeks later i finally got my stuff. The movers were very nice and hard working. I have no complaints except they need to find a better place to work at or start their own company. I’m seeing a regular pattern of $800.00 extra having to be paid to the trucking company. Just thinking it’s scammy. I was told my cost wouldn’t go up but it did an extra $800.00. I told NAM LLC. I didn’t have that kind of money and she told me to take it up with the moving company. You are the moving company i told her and she hung up on me. Philip told me he doesn’t work for scammy companies well sir yes you do and the fact you don’t contact anyone back is just wrong. 365 trucking and moving moved my stuff with other peoples stuff and i had no idea. Whose to say the other people didn’t have bed bugs or roaches and now i possibly do. Thanks. Just the worst experience ever and please read all the reviews to this company because they all are very similar. This is their practice on conducting business. You’re treated really good till that third party comes in and then you are beneath them and they won’t answer your calls or emails. The movers actually had to come back after being on the road 40 minutes as he delivered someone else’s stuff to me. Wonder what of mine got delivered to someone else. How many times that has happened. Just STAY AWAY. They came in a Uhaul truck that i could have rented and quoted only c $900.00 for the whole move with 4 days of rental and whatever extra for gas. Way cheaper and way less of a headache. STAY AWAY if you don’t want to be scammed.

I'll start off by saying my driver started going to random people in my neighborhood asking to use their trucks to help move my items. That's after they charged me an add of 1100. And before I was forced to sign a contract he told me I wouldn't be getting a copy of. The customer service agents are even worse than the driver. They are ignorant and all they do is yell. They do not help. A contract with this company is a death sentence on your peace of mind and bank acct.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! They will tell you what you want to hear, just to get your money. I spoke with someone in "sales" who told me I would have my own truck, the cost would be exactly what was agreed upon and my rep would be there for me the whole way. Yeah right! until some 3rd party carrier shows up, looking like thugs, DEMANDING $2,400 extra BEFORE they even loaded the truck. The only reason I allowed this move to continue is because at that point I had no choice. SHAME ON YOU ALL! YOU ARE THIEVES AND LIARS! Karma is real. DO NOT EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE FOR THESE CLOWNS!

North American Moving Experts is a very questionable moving broker "company" They farmed out my move to and outfit called 365 Moving & Trucking. This is the worst, shadiest company i've ever dealt with. My move was from Dallas, TX to Salt Lake City, UT. It took a week for my items to arrive. The sole contact i had would only accept zelle or money orders for payment(red flag). This payment problem caused delays at both pick up and delivery. They don't have dedicated movers. At pick up and delivery they just put out a craigslist ad hoping that "movers" would show up. The delivery ad in slc was only able to attract one mover which led to a five hour unload. Also, at delivery, they had a completely unannounced "moving fee" to charge me before they would unload. To add to the misery, there were apparently holes in the roof of the truck. Numerous items were soaked in water and ruined. Other items were shattered and several items were just flat out missing... Such as my $2,000 motorized recliner chair...Not broken, just flat out not there. I tried to contact this company to complain but none of their listed phone numbers or emails worked. Never use this company. I have no idea how they haven't been shut down yet. North American Moving Experts did not conduct this move since they are just brokers. However, they will not respond to my requests for help in getting compensation. Total silence!!

The most awful, unprofessional, rip off company i have ever dealt with. As you can see from the other reviews they have no feedback or comment on the awful reviews. 1 good review probably from a relative or coworker. I thought I was hiring north american van lines and some how ended up on their web page. They take total advantage of people. They called 12 hours before my move to tell me I owed $600 more for bulk and didn't even take all they were suppose to and said i couldn't get my deposit back because I had to cancel 72 hours before pickup. Stay clear of these guys. Nothing but rip offs
