Just Don't.... Don't hire this company if you value you your mental health, family belongings or a penny of your money. First contact was with "Mark" who is an EXCELLENT liar(I mean, salesman) He told me his company has a spotless record, spoke of the all the successful cross-country movers. Gave me a $5700 estimate to move from KC, MO to just outside Philly, PA. Told me I needed to book my move with an immediate $2300 online certified check payment. He then passed me off to "Cameron", another excellent liar/salesman. "Cameron" asked for a final estimate of moving inventory, while neglecting to tell me he was feloniously processing another $3000+ payment, based on additional inventory. Cameron also started peppering the conversation with "You have the same name as my dead sister" "My mom is dead; your voice reminds me of hers" in an effort to win my trust. Blah, blah, blah... Not sure if they were lies, but regardless, not a necessary part of a business conversation, unless you are trying to hide the fact that you are completely unethical in business practices and play on people's sympathies. Then, Only Vans sold the contract (they are BROKERS, NOT MOVERS!!) to another, equally disreputable company. After that company showed up on move date with a request for another $7000 to even load the truck, I refused to proceed with the move. That is when "Jeff Fisher" (allegedly, the owner) got on the phone, telling me I was getting an excellent deal, and to be grateful. Finally negotiated it down to a more reasonable cost, but it didn't matter on their end. They already got their $6000+ in previous payments without moving a single item. By far, this was the WORST FINANCIAL DECISION I have ever made. And Only Vans also fails to tell you the contract you sign with them becomes void as soon as you sign the contract with the companies, they sell your "move" to. Seriously, learn from my mistake and DO NOT USE ONLY VANS!! You will have a better luck (and a higher probability of a successful move) hiring random strangers off Craigslist to drive a U-Haul cross country for your move. Just awful.....

Move size: 3 Bedroom Home Service cost: $11000

Recently I made a move from Texas to Ohio and was given a “discount” only to find out the refused my inventory without me noticing. I tried to contact the company several times as soon as the agreement was signed to state there was an error in the inventory. We were not contacted until two days prior to the move which locked us into the moving agreement unless we wanted to forfeit our deposit.

I had already moved home and had to fly back to Texas to meet the mover that bid on my job since Only Vans is a broker not the moving company. I waiting four days past the moving pick up date for them to come obtain my items. When the drivers arrived they tried to raise my cost by 800 dollars after Cameron from Only Vans raised my initial estimate by 1500 dollars over 100% of the initial estimate. Now how could it raise that much unless you’re trying to rip people off?

The moving company that was hired to do my move came with two gentleman. One was strung out on something and dropping my belongings all over the ground. The other gentleman was trying to charge me for more items on my inventory even though it was less that initially written. They have picked up my belongings on 12/25, yes Christmas and still have not arrived 14 days later.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY, better believe once my stuff is delivered I will be taking this company to court! What a nightmare!

Only vans moving and storage made my move from New York to Florida a hassle free experience. I’ve moved many times with other companies but never experienced such professionalism. From the gentleman Neil who reached out and called me to book my last minute move, to the truck driver that loaded my furniture and other items onto the truck. I also saved about $2,500 compared to what other companies wanted for the my move being it was a very last minute move I had to get out fast and Only vans made it happen at a more then reasonable price. I will most definitelyRecommend using this company to my friends and family and I know that if I have to move in the future I’ll never have to quote shop again because Only vans moving and Storage was a phenomenal experience price wise and time wise. Thank you Neil and the rest of employees over at Only vans.

I cannot begin to express how truly remarkable my experience was with Only Vans Moving and Storage. From the moment I reached out to them until the final box was unpacked, their level of professionalism and attention to detail was outstanding. Every step of the way, they displayed a genuine care for my belongings, ensuring that everything was handled with the utmost care and arrived at my new home in pristine condition. The team's expertise and efficiency made the entire moving process smooth and stress-free. I cannot recommend Only Vans Moving and Storage highly enough. They truly go above and beyond to provide exceptional service, and I will definitely be using them for any future moves.

Got a call from Alex at Only Vans when we submitted our information for a move. I told him the absolute latest we needed our items was 12/28. He assured me that as long as our things were picked up by 12/23-12/24, we’d have them by then. I have never moved before, and never utilized a moving company, so I believed him.

It is now January 4. We still do not have our things. The people at Only Vans have said we’re still responsible for the remaining balance even though they haven’t held up to the verbal agreement that their sales associate made. The company that they’re actually using has said they’re not sure when our things are coming. And no one is willing to provide any form of discount or reimbursement for the money we’ve had to fork out because we needed a place to sleep.

Don’t use them. They’re dishonest, rude, and they refuse to admit when their employees make mistakes.

I use this moving company for my move from Ohio to California, I was quoted for several different companies and Only Vans Moving and Storage was the only one to keep all their promises to me and save me thousand dollars. Major moving companies quoted me for way more $ for the move I did a videocall with them and all my inventory was accurate and thorough. I will recommend this company to family and friends, since they are a family own business. I wish this company to continue to serve a lot of people the same way they did for me. Thank you again for the outstanding service and price.

The rep from the company (Ryan Clark) told us that they are a family owned business and have their own fleet. Since we were in a bit of a haste to move our stuff we believed him and went ahead with the contract. At no point during the call Ryan told us that they are a broker. Also, they told us that we will get a call 3 days before the move and we can update our stuff to be moved in the inventory list. We reached out to them and talked to someone to update our inventory but it was not updated (during the final moving). The actual moving company told us that they cannot move our stuff since our inventory was more than we thought. We had to pay them extra money to get our stuff moved. During this time we tried to reach Ryan and found that he had blocked our numbers.

In my experience this is one of the worst customer service I have ever worked with. The only point I can give the company is how they can cheat and lie to their customers to earn people's hard earned money. At they will willingly use God's name to lie and say that they are god fearing. Also the company lies about the reviews on their website as they do not have a google business page to leave reviews.

I had rented a moving van and was contacted by only vans moving and storage and they were able to beat the price for moving assistance so I went with them. I told them at the time my estimate may not be accurate as we were over a month from our move. They called me 5 days prior and trippled the estimate (I had called earlier to amend my estimate but they said they could not at that time). When they provided their price I told them I wanted to cancel but they told me they were keeping my $428.96.

This company is a huge scam. I told my mother from the start. It's been 6 days and my elderly mothers stuff has yet to arrive. Shes been sitting in her empty condo. They tried charging her more at pick up after being promised by the "owner" Jim and Ryan that this wouldnt happen. Every bad review you see is correct. Terrible Company. Do NOT USE. I repeat DO NOT USE. This company and whoever the hell they hire is a scam. They take advantage of the elderly & think they can get away with it. DO NOT HIRE. They wont answer your calls. They wont be honest. They have terrible communication between the "staff". If you need to get a hold of anyone I recommend pressing 3 to pretend your are getting a quote because thats the only way I could get in touch with anyone. I had to pretend to be my mother on multiple occasions because they weren't getting back to her and giving her the run around on top of charging her more. When I asked Ryan about the bad reviews he had every excuse in the book as why the lady's stuff was delayed. His excuse was weather. Well my mother made the trip from PA to FL without any issues & beat the moving company there. Just go with Uhal or a name you trust people. Don't just book this company to save money. You get what you pay for.

This company is a scam. They are a BROKER. THEY DO NOT MOVE YOUR STUFF, even though they say they are the company that does. They will tell you that you get your OWN truck but you don’t. You will tell them what you have, they will give you a dollar amount on what it will be to move what you told them you have, and you will pay the deposit (with Only Vans). Once whatever other company they send you shows up, you will not only realize that you do not have a whole truck to yourself, but they will tell you that you will need more space and charge you thousands more. You can refuse, but they will keep your large deposit. As of today, I have no idea where my property is, nor do I know if I’ll ever see it again. Only Vans is literally telling me I’ll never get my things unless I pay them more money then what I was quoted.

I have to give it to the owners of this company as well as the partner moving companies they work with that they end up sending you….they have a good scheme going. They are very slick and smart with how they are scamming and taking advantage of people in vulnerable situations.

Pay attention to all of the reviews…these customers aren’t lying.

Do Not use. They are a broker not a carrier. The sales people tell you they will do your long distance move in 3 to 5 days. Then they sell your job to another moving company who has terrible reviews on the Better Business Bureau website and I won't see my belongings for another 2.5 to three weeks. So from the original pick up date to my delivery date it will be over 30 days which is unacceptable, however they are holding my belongings hostage! In the meantime I am sitting here in my outdoor lounge chair. NICE! had to buy some pots and pans to cook with and a bed to sleep in.

They took $5,000 of supposedly total cost of moving but did not pay the movers/workers who came by to pick up my things. The movers asked for about $2500 at pick up and another $2500 before they were willing to release our goods. I have reported them to DOT and they are being investigated. The owners are Gregory Kitzen and Joshua Gibbs but people who called are Zachary and Frederick, may be fake names. I made a total payment of about $10K and found out a quarter of our things are broken, chipped, lost and the insurance company said they did not pay for the $10K damage claim insurance they said I had covered.

To begin with, my mother and I are trying to move her 4 bedroom household from one state to another. She's already out in the other state, so I have been working with movers in her old state. We were very aware that this company was a broker and not an actual mover and we understood that they would be matching us with trucks and vans who had a route that coincided with where we needed to drop off everything in the new house.

We decided to move forward with this company because we needed to get our items out of the house as soon as possible and they promised a fairly reasonable quote and could get started sooner than other companies. We had a scheduled call for 06/30 where I would physically go through the house and list out the entire inventory to get the most accurate quote as possible.

When our sales rep, Camron, did not respond, call, reply with a text message to let us know if he was running late or not, we started to try calling customer service. When we couldn't get through there, we tried calling other reps, we tried calling from different phone numbers. We received no information whatsoever. We were immediately put on alert, and begin to suspect that this was a scam. My mother immediately canceled the down deposit that was pending, and I called the rep one more time, got sent to voicemail yet again, and I told them that they needed to not worry about calling us, as we were going to move forward with another company. It's also important to note that my mother had tried - days before - to reach their customer service about an inquiry, and has yet to be acknowledged or contacted.

The following day, 07/01, we received a text message with an excuse, saying he had a surprise visit from his daughter, and he wanted to talk to us today or the following day, 07/02. Neither myself or my mother were in a position to do so, and we expressed our frustration and dissatisfaction at the fact that he had completely ghosted us. He brushed this off and seemed irked that we couldn't just magically shift our schedule to accommodate him over the weekend.

We also told Camron that we had found more competitive mover, to which he essentially said we were lying (we have found several companies who have matched this company's prices) and that we would be forced to pay the $2000 down deposit, no matter what. We have not responded as we do not see a reason to respond to somebody who refuses to take accountability or responsibility for his lack of action for a scheduled call that both of us had to miss work for, nor did we have any desire to work with this company anymore.

When we stopped responding to Camron's messages, my mother started receiving texts from Joe who told us that Camron's mother was dead and he couldn't possibly have been talking to us, and he also told my mother he would show her all of the texts between me and Camron proving this, to which my mother sent a screenshot of all the texts as we have only communicated via a group chat.

This experience has been horrific, slimy, uncomfortable, confusing, wildly stressful, and I cannot express how deeply I feel that no one should ever use this service *ever*. We were lucky that our deposit did not go through, otherwise we would have been SOL and out 2000k.

This company will give you one estimate in the beginning and sell you sunshine and rainbows and then will double your estimate, not show up even close to the window given over two days and argue with you about price up until the very last minute, we didn't even end up being able to load our items because we couldn't load enough to meet their "worst case scenario estimate" if I had to take more items. So now I am out my deposit. Can't get a call back and have to look for another moving company. By far the worst experience I've ever had. Please save yourself the trouble and worry and dishonesty and find a reputable company.

I have never written a negative review in my life - this company is awful. They low-balled us on the estimate, took a non-refundable deposit (they charged $1,850 for the estimate and BOL - they're a broker, not the actual moving company), then the actual bill was almost double the estimate. Our initial inventory perfectly matched what was moved so we did not underestimate. Once they got our money, we never heard from them again. They said it was a flat fee of $15 to have a mirror packed regardless of size - it was actually $300. They said it was $75 if the distance from the truck was more than 100 feet from the door during delivery - we were forced to pay $400 for a "shuttle." Do NOT use this company.
