Unfortunately you cannot give minus stars! The WORST service ever. This IS NOT a mover, it is an over priced broker t hsst arranges moving services. Skip thdd broker and save several Thousands dollars. They low bid the moving costs, and their fee is a percent of the moving cost. They make that bid sight unseen of what you are moving. Several days before they have a mover show up they call again to "confirm" your items. This is the FIRST time your price goes up, in our case it doubled the first quote- if you cancel, you lose your initial deposit. Then the actual movers show up. The movers totally disregard any previous quote and a worker walks through the house video taping everything for a "quote expert" in some unknown office. This is where y our price doubles AGAIN because now you are actually paying the movers. We were quoted 2200 cubic square feet even though the Budget rental truck they use states on their website it will hold UP TO 1700 cubic square feet. If you argue with them they will refuse to move your items ten you are out all monies paid. They do not take care with your items, and despite what they promise, do not wrap all furniture. Once you get your items to your destination be prepared to again have additional fees or you will have your items held hostage until you agree to pay! Our 7-10 day delivery took almost 3 weeks. Our original quote of $7300 for less than 1800 cubic square feet turned into $27,000 dollars! We had broken glass, broken tables, and broke open boxes. In addition to the broken items we had stolen, brand new 10 man tent, deluxe camping kitchen setup, and an antique oval mirror. We had our boxes numbered and at least 4 boxes are missing. DO NOT BELIEVE ANY OF THE POSITIVE REVIEWS! The associated moving company is called Cosmos movers, they will also rip you off.

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $27000

This company promises the moon, they are so friendly, until you provide them with the down payment. After that, their service is beyond rude, lie to you, and have you in a contract where you are not going to recover your down payment. Lie after lie, and in the end, they just never showed up. Then claimed they called and we didn't answer, so we forfeited our money. That is BS. I checked my call logs, and they never called me. When I called to talk to them, their manager, Michelle, was beyond rude. Do yourself a favor and find a moving company, not a moving broker, and DO NOT use Navistar

Move size: 1 Bedroom Home Service cost: $981

This was a 15 mile move, right over the Illinois border. Original quote for elderly parents was $2200 for 1000 sq ft condo. The price jumped to $9000 day of move. Navistar said "You have 3 options. Pay the new price, or ask the movers how much stuff they will move for the original price, or pick a price and see how much stuff they will move for that much. Movers said they could take one bed and one couch for the original price. Navistar took a deposit of $1000, and said no refunds if you cancel within 72 hours of the move. SCAMMERS! Preying on the elderly. SHAME on companies that do this.

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $2200

Kevin and William called me weekly. Promised everything would be taken care if. They would protect our door facings, everything would be packed carefully. Come to find out, they are just a broker. Our moving company actually came from 6 hours away (I know I was charged). When they started actually packing, the mover said it was going to be over 5k more than NaviStar quoted. Obviously I had no choice. We weren’t notified when the delivery would be made and they just showed up. We had contractors trying to finish up so they were all in each other’s way. The 2 guys literally threw boxes and didn’t want to assemble anything until I insisted. Now that we’ve unpacked everything, we are missing several things, yet customer service doesn’t want to stand behind it. My contacts won’t return text messages or phone calls. These guy are a complete scam. Do not use if you want your items undamaged or want things missing.

Move size: 4 Bedroom Home Service cost: $16500

First I was greeted by the most convincing sales person “Ethan”, he assured me 24hs customer service, he assured me no surprises, he assured me if any problems I could reach out directly. None of which were true!!!

I specifically asked if I was going to deal with a third party and he mentioned they have trucks available from his own company and that my move was not going to be picked up by a third party. (The reason why I asked this is to minimize the risk by having to contact multiple parties in case of an eventual problem). Well, the day of the move I got a call stating that the truck was already at the location ready to pick up my move. They didn’t give me a courtesy call one hour prior and the driver was complaining of having to wait around. Once I arrived I was hit with the surprise that the agreed price pay based on space was not sufficient for what I had, I was overcharged by $921 dollars at spot and told if I dont pay they would leave and I would loose the downpayment already paid. I pursed to call Ethan who answered me and put me on hold forever, then the calls started to go to voice mail. I ended up paying and praying that my items were in safe hands… during the move the two workers apparently tired from other moves were complaining the entire time of the amount of boxes and how heavy things were… I ended up working as well to help them out. I was then cornered to give a high asking tip.

I was never given a delivery day and the Navistar company didn’t provide me any update at all as to delivery day, I was then contacted by the carrier who picked up the move and told it was going to be delivered, when it arrived I have at least 4 to 5 boxes missing, I was mistakenly delivered three boxes from a prior move they had, I also had many broken items as result of poor handling.

Overall it was a horrible experience, poor customer service, ended up being overcharged, lies and promises that were never met. Please dont do business with this company !!!

Move size: Partial Move Service cost: $999999

Their address is appropriate as it is a front on front street a rent a desk. No registered agent to serve small claims court papers. The agent has at least have failed companies. Don’t send a electronic check. Don’t sign their onerous contract. They promised my refund in June after I got wind of all the red flags and cancelled. Despite numerous attempts no refund and this is November. They won’t take phone calls with out caller ID so they can screen calls and not answer them. They are slick scammers.
