- if I did not have it at the time of delivery, in full in either cash or certified funds, that they would put my belongings in a storage unit and my belongings would be auctioned off in 30 days.

  Scammers, Liars, Cheats
  
  Their front street address is a front as it is a rent a desk in a mall! The business address of record was illegally used according to the homeowner has been trying to get them to stop and has contacted the state. I too have been waiting for a refund of my deposit since June 0f 22. I have tried everything including small claims court, there is no one to serve the summons to. They won't respond to the BBB or the Fl Dept of Agriculture and Consumer affairs. They delay the refunds by saying we had the wrong address or we won't give you the refund because you have filed complaints.

  Still haven't received my refund check
  
  I cancelled my order # Y2471975 on 6/20/2022. After that I moved to a different state and called the customer service to modify my address also. The customer service told me it took about three months to send out the check and mine was in the next batch. My last interaction with them was around October, and after that I called a few times but no one picked up. Now it's February- it's been ~7 months but still haven't received the check.

  I cancelled my service (Y2487970) on 10/19/22 before the 48h they give you for have a refund and I didn’t get it yet, I called them and the people from customer service transfer me with billing, on time the billing people took the call and they just told me to wait and leave me on hold for 5 minutes and then they hangout, the other 2 times the people from costumer service told me that they don’t take calls and I just have to leave a message and they will call me, I leave 2 message, first one last week and the second one this Monday 12/05 and no one contacted me yet, I was so polite with everyone I speak to and I just want my refund or know when is going to be issued, at the beginning they told me 30 business day that were completed last week.
  
  So if the manager see this contact me. I will update this review as soon as they give me my refund.

  Scam! Reviews on great service are bots and fake! These are brokers
  
  Run they are amazing when they want your business. Do yourself a favor and filter the reviews on google to the least star reviews, the truth is there!
  
  Let’s start with the contract, please read every part of it thoroughly! Ethan was my sales person who took account of every single item I was taking. Room furniture a living room and 30 boxes! They quoted me and advised they were the moving company themselves!
  
  Surprise day of move I was moved by stop and move company. Secondary company!!! Stop and move advised the quoted amount wasn’t enough and needed $3000 more. The driver stated he has had this issue with Navistar before.
  
  I was in tears i repeatedly called until someone answered which wasn’t an issue when they took my money. I was advised to stop calling and sent to customer care.
  
  Michelle answered, stating my fault even though they (navistar) noted a complete inventory of my items contract attached! She basically stated take the quote or wait for a refund of my $1500 down payment! Well I had no choice as I had to move by that date!

  Damaged stuff, delayed delivery and hopeless at refunds
  
  We had scheduled our move from Twin Cities, MN to Austin, TX.
  
  The delivery was delayed by not days but by weeks. Recliners were damaged and refund process needed to sign a letter in front of Notary and check thats placed on 'HOLD' since they want to confirm its made to correct person! Been calling them for months to have refund check out of hold to deposit at bank. No one from Customer Service will answer or return calls to verify details to remove said hold. This has been ongoing for 4 months now!!!
  
  Nothing short of malpractices! Rent a UHAUL and drive yourself!. RUN AWAY from this company.

  This is a very dishonest moving broker although the salesman never let's on that they are a broker. I was passed off to USA logistics for the actual move. Between damaged furniture and missing items my claim should have have exceeded $1200 am being offered $24.00. Use this company at your risk.

  I will give them 0 stars if i Can All the fake reviews dont believe them and their customer service is so unresponsive…. I was given an estimate for x amount and I told them the number of boxes I had( I gave extra number of boxes to be added just to be on the safe side) but had lot less than the ones I told still Inwas over charged when the driver came to pick up.
  
  And on the delivery day when the driver opened the truck my heart skipped as it was packed to the T and pretty sure the items were damaged as were mine..: My tv was broken, lamps were broken all the boxes which were marked as fragile are torn with the contents flying around the truck…. And on top of it the customer service doesnt respond to the calls to claim damage….. never recommend it never ever to any one I am complaining to the BBB

  Even minimal communication would improve things
  
  The sales team was quick and effective. That's where the good part ends. Today is my 2nd no call, no show from them. I was polite and understanding the first time ' we all run into issues sometimes. But 2 days in a row? No call either time to update or inform. There is no learning going on.
  
  Unless you have loads of flexibility and are in no hurry, skip these guys and go with a more recognized name.

  SCAM, Thief's, WATCH Out
  
  This company promises the moon, they are so friendly, until you provide them with the down payment. After that, their service is beyond rude, lie to you, and have you in a contract where you are not going to recover your down payment. Lie after lie, and in the end, they just never showed up. Then claimed they called and we didn't answer, so we forfeited our money. That is BS. I checked my call logs, and they never called me. When I called to talk to them, their manager, Michelle, was beyond rude. Do yourself a favor and find a moving company, not a moving broker, and DO NOT use Navistar

They're a bait and switch company and I would not recommend them to anyone. THey started at $2900 and ended at $7,090 for 2 bedroom apt

Stay away…FL AG contacted me about them

I lost more than $2k to these scammers. They’ll unfortunately open a new entity with a new name. The Florida AG contact me about them, as their crime spree rampaged out of control and have nailed many people with bait and switch, pay us triple and we’ll deliver your good 1/2 broken. Run, run, run away from them.

They quoted me a price and arrangements for a move from lake placid fl. to south al. when the mover arrived [map movers] it was not what navistar van lines said and the price doubled the driver was very rude and a total jerk . i would never recomend using navistar [a broker] or map movers rich norton
