Nationwide Van Lines

We recently used Nationwide Van Lines for our move from Georgia to Florida. Throughout the process each representative we worked with was friendly and helpful. Most notable was the proactiveness of the team providing us updates on their progress and estimated time of arrival. Once our furniture arrived Johnny and his coworker were very professional, showing care with the furniture and placing each piece in the huose. I will definitely look to Nationwide Van Lines for future moves and be willing to recommend them to friends and family. .

Our family was very pleased with this company from the time when we called the company to the very end. They were eager to come out and take a look at everything before giving us a quote, got back to us right away when we contacted them, always helpful on the phone with a vast amount of knowledge. The guys who arrived to pick up "our stuff" showed their committment to the company and were careful as to what it was and to making certain it was packed well to preserve the contents. The movers were always prompt and made sure everything was put in the correct area when they arrived at the new house.  Overall VERY pleased!

From the initial call answered by Alana to the delivery by Lisandro and crew, our moving experience with Nationwide Van Lines was a five star plus experience.  It was our best and least stressful move ever.
Alana asked for all our informtion over the phone and produced a detailed inventory of items to be moved, discussed our non-flexible pickup and delivery dates with the dispatcher, gave me a fixed price, and answered all my questions, in less than one hour as we drove down I95 for our move.  We had three on-site estimates after that and Alana's quote and information were spot on.  She continued to keep in regular touch with me as we went through the decision on which mover to hire.  We were so fortunate to have made the best decision by hiring Nationwide.
We were kept abreast of target dates, how to best pack odd items, who our moving team would be, etc., every day prior to our move.  We were able to finetune our inventory up to the day of the move.  We knew exactly how much the move would cost, how items would be handled, when our two dropoffs in Maine would be.  We had the right amount of time to drive from South Carolina to Maine to meet the delivery.
Pickup and delivery were the same wonderful team of three nice, willing, able-bodied, professional men - Lisandro leading Rueben and Gorge.  We could not have been luckier than to have gotten the very best moving team I have ever witnessed.  They knew exactly what to do, worked in a clean and efficient manner, packed and loaded our belongings into the cleanest, nicest moving van.  All items arrived undamaged and were stored by them in our basement or bedrooms in a house we will be renovating.  We had over 300 items moved.
We continue to count our lucky stars that my husband noticed the Nationwide moving van on the Virginia interstate and that we selected the best company and team for our move.  Five stars plus for Nationwide and all the people who supported us on our move from South Carolina to Maine.

This is the first time my husband and I used a moving company. We have always moved ourselves because through the years we have heard horror stories. But this move was a big one so we decided to hire movers. My husband did his research and we decided on Nationwide Van Lines. Boy are we happy we did. What a wonderful job they did. Very carefull loading our things on and off the truck. No damage to anything and as the days passed and we unpacked more and more boxes we were amazed that nothing was broke. Reggie set us all up and he was wonderful. Johnny and Paul moved us and we could not be more pleased. All in all from start to finish they did an excellent job. If we ever make a move again we will without a doubt be calling Nationwide Van Lines. .

I am most pleased with the quality and professionalism exhibited by the staff of Nationwide Van Lines. 
This was a difficult move because of unforeseen delays on our part. 
Through all the chaos our sales contact Susana Sereni, was most helpful in many ways I would not have expected. She advised me all the way through, made changes to the inventory as needed, changed pick up dates and took the load off me so I could concentrate on moving an aged aunt to a new house in a new state. She experienced a health issue right in the middle of the process and was in hospital, and now in rehab. So the entire process was delayed. 
Once things were settled we finished the packing and sorting and called for pickup. The crew who arrived to pack the truck were terrific. Handling all the life objects amassed over 30 years as if they were their own. Neat and professional, they were efficient and careful. Daren was the crew leader and did a wonderful job, keeping accurate records and keeping me informed.
The delivery went smoothly with one glitch. Too much truck not enough road at the delivery point. The driver took the 53' van as far as he could and the neighbors all came out and with the help of a few pick up trucks and strong backs off loaded the cargo and finished the task of moving into the new house. Congrats to the the driver and crew on being resourceful and creating solutions. 
Would I use Nationwide again? Absolutely, would I recommend them to others? Absolutely.

My entire experience with this company was outstanding! I didn't have to do anything, they took care of everything. They did the packing, the moving, the unloading and no damage whatsoever. The moving guys were amazing, nice, down to earth fellows who took great care of our things and busted their butts to ensure that we had an awesome experience without worry.  Also anytime that I had any questions for the office personnel they were happy to answer.  If I ever move long distance again I wouldn't call anyone else to do the job. I couldn't have been more pleased with my move. .

From beginning to end our experience with Nationwide was terrific.  My original contact with Reggie and our subsequent adjustments to inventory prior to pickup were handled professionally and with realistic estimates of cost.
Both pickup and delivery were handled effectively under Eric's supervision,  Attention to inventory and detail was handled efficiently and curtiously.  It was clear that Eric and his team treated our move as important to them as it was to us.
I would highly recommend this company to others that are making such a move.
