Nationwide Van Lines

Nationwide was the only long distance moving company I found online with all positive reviews, so I was very hopeful that it would work out they were available when I needed them.  They bent over backwards to accommodate my very small window of time for pick up in MA.  When the crew showed up to move my items, they were very friendly and organized.  My items ended up taking up more space than I had estimated, so they even put an extension on the back of the truck to allow me to take more.  Nick and his crew worked so hard to wrap the furniture and utilize all the space possible in the truck.  The next day at delivery (which was at a warehouse), they worked methodically again to carefully unpack and stack my belongings to take up as little space as possible.  I spent $6000 for my move and it was worth it- great customer service and people in every aspect of the move.  I never plan on moving long distance again, but if I did, I would not hesitate to use them again, and I would recommend to anyone who was looking for movers.

I was very pleased with my experiance with this company. They were prompt and professional on pickup and very easy to deal with. They aheared to their initial quote but I had to pay they approximtely $450 in for additional items I had not included in this quote for a total moving fee ofr $2,149.80.  Delivery took a bit longr than I expected but I think it probably falls within their average time for a long distance move. People should be aware that delivery will be delayed with any company that consoladates loads and that this is the reason their prices are significantly lower than door to door service. This is not a problem as long as you plan for it in advance. Nationwide had some damage to a table (that was not actually needed at my destination) but othe than that they did a great job and I would use them again.

Best move I have ever experienced.  The driver and the gentlemen who accompanied him were on-time, courteous, friendly and most of all took excellent care of the furniture.  I have experienced some moves where I said never again - I'll get a u-haul and pack it myself however this company changed my whole attitude on moving.  From the initial phone call with Rachael to the signing of the last bit of paperwork with Nick, everyone was above professional.  If I could give more than 5 stars I would. .

Driver was misinformed by the mattress covers being included, but accepted what was in the contract. the truck sent was larger than ordered, but luckily it fit in both pick up and delivery driveways. otherwise, it was only five hours from arrival to finish of delivery/set-up from Miami Beach to Hallandale and nothing was damaged or lost. Much better experience than I had with ALL MY SONS four years ago, which was way over-estimate. Always demand binding agreement and don't let them add on charges. Availability of representative was very good on the phone and email with this company, and overall experience was very good in what is always a stressful undertaking.

Our move of 1169.8 miles was the most stressfull move of our lives but what we didn't know at time was that we were in good hands from the begining. We first contacted Rachael approximatly one month before our move. Rachael stood by her word that eveything would be ok. She was very helpfull and tried to assure us that everything the company promised would be met. She had great confidence in her company. We were still a little nervous because of having a bad experience with previous moving companies. Her personality was comforting but all companies tell you what you want to hear not the reality of it all. We discovered that Racheal was genuine and at that point we should have left the moving experience up to her. With that I would advise anyone moving north or south of east coast to let go of your stress because Racheal will take care of everything. Enjoy your trip to your destination knowing "Racheal will hook you up". The moving team showed up on the day of the move. Daniel and his team took their time to treat our property as if it were their own. My obsessive, compulsive thinking still had me stressed for no reason so relax and let them do their job. All of my stress was unwarranted. The guys were great at what they do and do it well. Trust them to take care of your property. All three gentlemen were just that "gentlemen". They worked very hard. If they worked for myself I would make sure that they had no reason to work for another company. This is the result of how well they did their jobs. These guys take pride in their work and should be treated with respect. Sometimes people who work the hardest get the least acknowledgement. Racheal once again "hooked us up" with a great team of movers. Just like she promised. Guess What? Daniel and his team showed up again eight days later before their designated time frame at our new house!! With much surprise of my distrusting self. They brought evrything back into our new home with as much respect as they took it out of the old house. Racheal once again "hooked of us up" just like she said the company would do. This brings me to the overall experience. The move in which we stressed over will never happen again because I would use Nationwide Van Lines again. My next move will be stress free because I know Racheal, Daniel and the whole team will "hook me up". I will enjoy my destination instead of stressing over it. What could have been a great leisurely drive, I wasted it stressing over my distrust in movers. Therefore I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a stressfree move. SIMPLY THE BEST!  My mom recently passed away and I desperately wanted her bedroom furniture and other keepsakes.  My family told me that it would be impossible and expensive to have everything moved from her home in Florida to my home in Virginia.  Kevin, Eric and their professional team of movers made it happen!  Due to challenging logistics, I needed a specific day and window of time for the pick up and I needed it to be on a Saturday.  Kevin made that happen.  Eric convinced a reluctant guard to allow him to drive the huge truck through my mom's gated community.  He kept his promise to not go near any grassy areas and drove the truck flawlessly - like he was maneuvering a little sports car!  Packing and moving my mom's things was an emotionally draining experience for me.  Everyone at Nationwide Van Lines was kind, courteous, supportive and helpful and turned what could have been a stressful situation into a MOST POSITIVE EXPERIENCE.  Every time I look at my mom's dresser sitting in my bedroom, I am so grateful that Nationwide Van Lines made it possible for it to be in my home!  Thank you so much!!

Very Professional The entire crew know what they were doing ,awesome moving company, serious about what they are doing.Eric and Elvis are very professional. Eric was very articulate when explaining all the paper work, prices etc. Eric and Elvis  wrap all of my stuff neat and nice, nothing was scratch or damage they were very fast and efficient . The set up at my house in Georgia was fast and clean. Job well done Eric, and Elvis. Alana was very efficent with everything ,very nice personality. I will recommend this company anytime.

My experience with Nationwide Van Lines was excellent. Racheal our salesperson/customer service rep was absolutely wonderful. She was extremely patient and helpful. She was very informative throughout the entire process. She explained everything in detail. She answered all of our questions from start to finish with same pleasant attitude. She help to make the entire move as stress free as possible. The moving crew/personnel of Eric, Victor and Liel were great as well. The were fast, efficient and treated our furniture with care. Eric was informative as well throughout the entire pickup and delivery. They were on time at both the pickup and delivery locations. From our initial call to Racheal to the final delivery in Florida ..everything went smooth. There were no surprise charges etc. I can't say enough about Racheal, Eric, Victor and Liel. Nationwide provided the best moving experience I have had in the past 10 years. The customer service with Racheal not only met, but exceeded my expectations during a very stressful time in my life -- she was very patient and kind, working with me up until the day of the move to provide a realistic, honest quote. The moving team showed up as expected on the pickup day.  Nick and his crew handled all my items with great care. Additionally, Nick did his best to work with me on the day of delivery to arrange a convenient time for delivery. They unloaded my items carefully, yet quickly, and were very professional the entire time. I had zero damage to any of my belongings and am so pleased I trusted Nationwide for this move. Nationwide provided a very easy and efficient moving process that made the stress of moving alot easier to deal with.  I moved from Buffalo, NY to Alpharetta, GA.  The price of my move was around 1800 dollars which was about the same price for me to rent a truck and move myself.  The movers picked up an delivered on-time. Dispatch was in contact with me each step of the way letting me know when the pickup and delivery was going to happen.  Everything went very smoothly with out any damages or issues. .

We chose Nationwide Moving  to move the furniture and belongings from our three bedroom house in South Carolina to the Florida Keys based on the reviews much like this one.   From the earliest contact until the post move follow up, our moving consultant, was very professional and helpful.  He was available to answer our questions and meet our needs.  The actual moving crew communicated with us before and during the move.  They were very hardworking and professional.  They were careful in packing and transporting our furniture.  We had no breakage at all.   When our closing was delayed on the day of delivery, they worked with us to deliver as soon as we were able to get into the house.  We were amazed at how quickly they were able to unload the truck, deliver the furniture and boxes to the appropriate rooms, and set up the beds. In the best of circumstances, moving is a difficult experience, but the people at Nationwide did everything they could to make this move go smoothly for us.  I would recommend them without hesitation.

My experience with Nationwide Van Lines was fantastic!  During a stressful time in my life, this company was professional, polite, and willing to work with me.  Racheal Skolnik, my Certified Moving Consultant, was there with me the entire time.  She made me feel like a person, and not just "another job."  She answered all of my questions and helped me figure out what I needed to do to make the move successful.  Jose, the driver, and his crew worked quickly and efficiently, and really went above and beyond to make sure that things were done well.  The move was well worth the $2884 that I paid for a move of 800 miles.  They were even willing to pick up early, but understood when I wasn't prepared, and were right on time the next day for my things.  They arrived a day early to my destination, but were able to work with me to coordinate times so that I had enough time to get there myself before unloading.  Having my items as soon as I got there made things a lot easier and a lot more comfortable.  Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a long distance move along the east coast.

We recently used Nationwide Van Lines for our move from Georgia to Florida. Throughout the process each representative we worked with was friendly and helpful. Most notable was the proactiveness of the team providing us updates on their progress and estimated time of arrival. Once our furniture arrived Johnny and his coworker were very professional, showing care with the furniture and placing each piece in the huose. I will definitely look to Nationwide Van Lines for future moves and be willing to recommend them to friends and family. .

Our family was very pleased with this company from the time when we called the company to the very end. They were eager to come out and take a look at everything before giving us a quote, got back to us right away when we contacted them, always helpful on the phone with a vast amount of knowledge. The guys who arrived to pick up "our stuff" showed their committment to the company and were careful as to what it was and to making certain it was packed well to preserve the contents. The movers were always prompt and made sure everything was put in the correct area when they arrived at the new house.  Overall VERY pleased!

From the initial call answered by Alana to the delivery by Lisandro and crew, our moving experience with Nationwide Van Lines was a five star plus experience.  It was our best and least stressful move ever.
Alana asked for all our informtion over the phone and produced a detailed inventory of items to be moved, discussed our non-flexible pickup and delivery dates with the dispatcher, gave me a fixed price, and answered all my questions, in less than one hour as we drove down I95 for our move.  We had three on-site estimates after that and Alana's quote and information were spot on.  She continued to keep in regular touch with me as we went through the decision on which mover to hire.  We were so fortunate to have made the best decision by hiring Nationwide.
We were kept abreast of target dates, how to best pack odd items, who our moving team would be, etc., every day prior to our move.  We were able to finetune our inventory up to the day of the move.  We knew exactly how much the move would cost, how items would be handled, when our two dropoffs in Maine would be.  We had the right amount of time to drive from South Carolina to Maine to meet the delivery.
Pickup and delivery were the same wonderful team of three nice, willing, able-bodied, professional men - Lisandro leading Rueben and Gorge.  We could not have been luckier than to have gotten the very best moving team I have ever witnessed.  They knew exactly what to do, worked in a clean and efficient manner, packed and loaded our belongings into the cleanest, nicest moving van.  All items arrived undamaged and were stored by them in our basement or bedrooms in a house we will be renovating.  We had over 300 items moved.
We continue to count our lucky stars that my husband noticed the Nationwide moving van on the Virginia interstate and that we selected the best company and team for our move.  Five stars plus for Nationwide and all the people who supported us on our move from South Carolina to Maine.

This is the first time my husband and I used a moving company. We have always moved ourselves because through the years we have heard horror stories. But this move was a big one so we decided to hire movers. My husband did his research and we decided on Nationwide Van Lines. Boy are we happy we did. What a wonderful job they did. Very carefull loading our things on and off the truck. No damage to anything and as the days passed and we unpacked more and more boxes we were amazed that nothing was broke. Reggie set us all up and he was wonderful. Johnny and Paul moved us and we could not be more pleased. All in all from start to finish they did an excellent job. If we ever make a move again we will without a doubt be calling Nationwide Van Lines. .

I am most pleased with the quality and professionalism exhibited by the staff of Nationwide Van Lines. 
This was a difficult move because of unforeseen delays on our part. 
Through all the chaos our sales contact Susana Sereni, was most helpful in many ways I would not have expected. She advised me all the way through, made changes to the inventory as needed, changed pick up dates and took the load off me so I could concentrate on moving an aged aunt to a new house in a new state. She experienced a health issue right in the middle of the process and was in hospital, and now in rehab. So the entire process was delayed. 
Once things were settled we finished the packing and sorting and called for pickup. The crew who arrived to pack the truck were terrific. Handling all the life objects amassed over 30 years as if they were their own. Neat and professional, they were efficient and careful. Daren was the crew leader and did a wonderful job, keeping accurate records and keeping me informed.
The delivery went smoothly with one glitch. Too much truck not enough road at the delivery point. The driver took the 53' van as far as he could and the neighbors all came out and with the help of a few pick up trucks and strong backs off loaded the cargo and finished the task of moving into the new house. Congrats to the the driver and crew on being resourceful and creating solutions. 
Would I use Nationwide again? Absolutely, would I recommend them to others? Absolutely.

My entire experience with this company was outstanding! I didn't have to do anything, they took care of everything. They did the packing, the moving, the unloading and no damage whatsoever. The moving guys were amazing, nice, down to earth fellows who took great care of our things and busted their butts to ensure that we had an awesome experience without worry.  Also anytime that I had any questions for the office personnel they were happy to answer.  If I ever move long distance again I wouldn't call anyone else to do the job. I couldn't have been more pleased with my move. .

From beginning to end our experience with Nationwide was terrific.  My original contact with Reggie and our subsequent adjustments to inventory prior to pickup were handled professionally and with realistic estimates of cost.
Both pickup and delivery were handled effectively under Eric's supervision,  Attention to inventory and detail was handled efficiently and curtiously.  It was clear that Eric and his team treated our move as important to them as it was to us.
I would highly recommend this company to others that are making such a move.
