Extra charges on the day.

On the phone when quoting was told stairs are no problem.
On written quote - No extra charges for stairs
Then on the day wont start work until you agree to pay extra for stairs
Do not use these shonks
Will now not respond to emails sent
Will be contacting credit card company for a charge back if they continue this.

Lied, threats, tried to charge double.

They sent a smaller truck fleet manager lied and said it was a 6 have spent 4+hours on the phone with them in the last two days. Don’t know where half my stuff is.

Very happy with the service provided, Yash and Abbas packed up everything in around an hour and a half, and didn’t take long to offload!

Shanky and Gaurav Sharma have done an excellent job. They took extreme care of our furnitures and were very careful to not damage the house as well as the furnitures. They listened to our advise and were cooperative. Very nice ppl. I recommend them to anyone.

Job done.

Not too bad but it appeared I had no choice to write this to get the truck unloaded or they don’t get paid. This is a terrible practise and should be stopped immediately.
