The guys who moved us barely spoke English but were friendly and helpful. I erroneously overpaid them with $265 and struggled for 3 weeks to get my refund. I was passed from pillar to post. The "bookkeeper" Rachel told me everyday that the funds would be paid but it never came. Eventually I was referred to the manager Alex who never answered his phone and not once returned/replied to my messages. I was lied to and made promises which never materialised. I was again promised today that the funds would be transferred to my account. Only time will tell if the deposit comes through. Shocking service. Dodgy company. I would think twice before using them.

Avoid this company at all costs. They were 45 minutes late to pickup. Friendly removalists who took okay care of our furniture, but that's the only positive thing I have to say!
It took me 1.5 hours to drive between properties, it took them over 3 hours because "truck is heavy". This caused issues for us as we only had a limited time to move in as the goods elevator was booked by others after us (which the movers were aware of).
When it came time to pay, I was charged twice. Not sure if this was due to a tech glitch or operator dodginess, but I was not made aware of it at the time. The following day when I noticed the two charges on my credit card I contacted the company and was told a refund would be provided ASAP. It still hasn't happened. I've called them numerous times, emailed them, contacted via website etc. It's been over a month and the refund still hasn't been provided! I've been lied to, misled and ignored.
They've given me multiple mobile numbers so I can contact their "account manager", however, none of these people have done more than lie to me. They'll ask me to call back in half an hour and then they won't answer my calls, they'll ignore multiple voice messages and text messages, hang up on me, claim they aren't the account manager and give me another number so the whole game can start again!
The Moovers Gunni and jeevan are very good and highly professional . They handle evrything with care . They did their work very efficiently and quickly .

Booked My Moovers for 1.30pm 26th April 2019. .. we three females, needed help with bigger and heavier pieces.
No show by 2.oopm. After many unanswered ph calls and text messages, finally got onto Head Office. They are 15 mins away, have been held up by rain.(Not sure where that could have been!)
4pm. Still no show. More ph calls and texts. Unanswered til 6pm, still 15 mins away!(Yep, of course they were) Then 7pm. No show. What to do now?
Finally,7.30pmish they arrive! No excuse, reason or apology offered for being SIX HOURS LATE! They groaned and moaned about what was to be moved. Got to new house, our furniture was held hostage in their truck until payment was made in full!! No discount offered for the stress caused or for us dismantling and moving beds down stairs for them. Once paid, our furniture was unloaded and dumped all in the lounge room. Our quote included dimantling, delivering to respective rooms and reconstructing furniture. Some stressfree move!! ( as promised via their website! )
Not worth a rating but I suppose one star just for turning up.

Rude men, and held our belongings hostage until the got full payment even tho we did all the work.

I am writing this review because this is the worst company and worst management. They have changed their names when they talk to the client. This company have no insurance policy to settle their issues with the clients. They try to skip away from the situation or if they ever had settled an issue ( I believe never ). They cut salaries of their employees. That's why they never answer phone calls, emails, text messages etc.
I request everyone to abandon this company so that they get to know how it feels like when they don't pay salaries to their worker. People, seriously they pay half or no money to their workers and if by any lucky day they pick up the phone. They assure with their false wordings that they will pay today. Their another excuse is, they say we transferred the money/refund but I got bounce back for any reason.
Many people would agree with me over their worst customer service. Client ask for a bigger truck and they always send smaller than the needed. That's how they earn more money. I request all to spread the word and don't use their service and finally this company shuts down completely. You can see that they are getting worst reviews on www.oneflare.com as well. Doing this you will indirectly helping the employees/workers who became jobless and fighting to get their money for the work they had done.
PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD.
I hope you like throwing money away and moving to a new house with half damaged furniture, because that is what you are going to get when you use this company.
We requested the truck for 7am and they didn't arrive until 10am (3 Hours late and wouldn't answer calls). When they finally started loading the truck (30 minutes after they arrived) it was a glacial pace, which meant that if we wanted to get something done, we needed to do it our self. They damaged not only our furniture, but also the house we were leaving and moving into; putting our bond at risk.
In the end, we were not going to pay for another minute for their time so we unloaded the truck, told them to leave any assembly and finish the job. Not only did they take an extra 2 hours to move us, but they were trying to charge us more than the agree hourly rate. This is inexcusable, and worse off they tried to bully us into paying more than we were quoted, but when it came to claiming on the damage they caused, they refused to talk to us and in the end ignored/ blocked our calls. This has not only cause us issues with our move but financial and mental distress.
Think carefully before going with the cheap and Nasty over the moderate and reliable, I know we sure have learned our lesson.

Very fast in replying your quote - but not so much for delivering the service!
We booked the removals for 9am on Saturday and on Friday night 7.32pm the guy name "Jo" (not sure if this even his real name) - sent us a SMS (NOT A CALL) saying that the service is being pushed to 12pm due to rain in Sydney which caused one of his truck accident.
We had our time slot booked at the new place with a "bond" of $500.00 - which will be at stake on not being returned to us. We kept trying to call his mobile but no avail. Then left a message - and after almost an hour wait "Jo" advised us that the removals will come at 10am.
Next day - guess what!! 2 workers showing up on HERTZ truck at 11.50am!! We've been calling "Jo" for the past 3 hours and he was buying time!! What a waste of time and energy! He said from 10am, then 10.40am then 11.20 at the end they arrived at 11.50!!
Worst part - THEY ARE A LIAR!! We sighted the job sheet that the workers have. They were booked to our place at 12PM and not knowing that we have a piano! The Job Sheet also didn't mention anything about piano!
An unethical company!! Lied to the customers and their contractors!
One of the guy also didn't wear a safety shoes!!
Stay away from this company!! Waste of your time and money!
Absolute scam run by incompetent fools.
Their jobs must be outsourced- poor communication betwen the admin staff and the movers
-Movers had no idea where the stoarge unit was to store my stuff
-They might have been exploited - having to do another job in Melbourne job, before taking my stuff from the storafge unit and then driving up to where I am ( six hours from Melbouren) to drop my stuff off ( AT MIDNIGHT), only to have another job in Melbourne the next morning- sounds like there is no break at all, wonder how they're safe on the roads this way.
- I've lost several items! My carpet, an iron, my speaker, toiletries- a whole box of items are missing.Still waiting on the company to reply with regards to compensation- but their insurance policy that they sent me is a generic one that covers the trucks on the road, and not a properly drafted one - nothing mentioned about missing items, hence, I doubt I"ll ever get a refund.
-They were banging away at my washing machine to try to remove the host. Did not bring the right tools to remove the hose. Had to pay extra to my realtor as she had to get a handiman to detach the hose from the wall.
The short and long of it all- get another removalist.
Great service from this company, really quick service and very accommodating. Started at 10am and finish so quick in just 3 hours my whole house.

Do not use this company. They contract out to inexperienced amateurs who are incredibly slow and rude. They quoted expected hours, which was high but reasonable. However; because the lazy movers moved so slowly it took an additional two. What are you supposed to do when they are carelessly handling your personal belongings on a day that it needs to happen. They then stood around me demanding payment. All I can do now is warn others not to use this grossly misleading company. The quote claims the movers are trained and experienced, they were worthless. My wife and I could have done it in half the time. The sales people are nice and professional but they are terrible and I lost the entire day supervising and help them to speed it up.
1 hour before the arse clowns are supposed to arrive I get a call asking about the drop off address. As they well knew of 1 month earlier with a written fixed price for 2500 , they told me they do not deliver to the agreed address, and if I paid them 1000 dollars more( very cheap according to Joe) they would do the job. Knowing my situation they tried to exhort me of a grand. I had called them several times before the day ..No answer!! .. Ryan booked my job seemed confused or maybe just off his head. Joe hung up on me when I explained the terrible position they had put me in. I got a new quote that day for the extra 1000 but they refused to put in the cubic metres. Realizing that liars are usually thieves I told them forget it and after reading the reviews I am so glad I did.Suffering from PSTD the anxiety and stress they have caused me is extreme . Do yourself a favor and avoid these unscrupulous , lying, theiving, untrustworthy pack of wolves to devour themselves and not you. I suspect delivering peoples goods is just afront for their other activities.

We had an extensive conversation about exactly how much stuff needed to be moved. We were advised packing on day 1, and then moving and unpacking on day 2 would be the best way to go. They said 2 people and 8 tonne truck would suffice. Move was within the SAME suburb. They were professional right up until the point they showed up.
Day 1 Packing:
- They did not have enough materials for packing so left to go to Bunnings in the middle of everything
- 2 men spent THREE hours packing up a standard sized kitchen.
- They worked for about 8 hours and were not able to pack a 3 bedroom house that had minimal basic stuff, nothing extensive
- When asked for a receipt for materials used, they were not able to produce one but expected payment for materials
- They left stuff unpacked despite working for 8 hours, They're SO SLOW!
Day 2: Moving and unpacking:
- We still needed to pack things, they offered free packaging materials
- They did not provide packers on Day 2 even though half the house was still unpacked
- They AGAIN did not have packing materials so had to go to Bunnings
- Movers tell us they neither pack nor unpack, they just move
- The office had NO IDEA they were supposed to unpack as well despite our agreement
- Movers had to do 2 trips to move all the goods
- We called the company several times to ask for more people to help with packing up, and maybe a second truck because the packing was not done in time
- SAM (the manager) said he will send another truck but then DIDN'T
- SAM then said a second truck will cost extra
- SAM said the movers will unpack. Movers said they don't do that
- Three of us called the office several times in the afternoon and late into the night, and they REFUSED to talk to us. We were placed onto their "complaints line" and nobody would pick up, OR they would say they'd call back but never did.
- SAM AVOIDED our calls ALL DAY
- We ended up packing up our OWN car to speed up the move
The second truck load was taken to the new house at 11:30 pm. We were told we have to pay the invoice otherwise they will not unload the goods.
SAM the manager was telling the movers not to unload the truck but refused to talk to any of us to sort out the exorbitant invoice. The invoice also included estimated time to finish.

"Payment for removalists services is to be made on completion of the move",
yet they HELD OUR STUFF HOSTAGE till we pay the invoice and refused to deliver the goods.
We called the POLICE for advice. SAM kept telling the drivers to just take the truck to the depot and unload everything there. He was abhorrent!! Absolutely disgusting, and utterly unprofessional. He refused to talk to any of us directly. He said "let them call the police. They can't touch my truck. This is a civil matter and the police cannot do anything".
All we wanted to do was clarify their unreasonable invoice prior to payment. The truck then DROVE OFF with our things.
Eventually the truck driver called and we sorted something out so they would at least leave our things at the house.
These guys have NO intention of helping you. The workers move slow to make the most of the hourly rate. Some of the workers are good people and do their best, but their management is phenomenally incompetent, inept, and argumentative.
Instead of helping to make the move easier, the management of this company just repeatedly got in the way.
They didn't even unpack because by the time they finished delivering it was 1am!! We ended up hiring SOMEONE ELSE for unpacking.
DO NOT HIRE THEM! The positive reviews have GOT to be fake in light of how horrendously every little thing was handled in our case. Their management team are arrogant and tenacious, and utterly unscrupulous when it comes to dealing with clients.
