      Never ever use this company. They are lyers and scammers.

      THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.

      Do not book them.

      I booked them and told them in written and spoken correspondence that I needed 3 strong people to do a balcony lift from the third floor. They sent three skinny young men that did not have the right equipment or a big enough truck. The email and text confirmation said an 8T truck for a 3 bedroom apartment. They arrived with a 5T truck which was not close to big enough.

      They also arrived 2 hours late.

      The move should have taken 6-7 hours and instead, it took 12 and finished at around 10 pm.

      It should have cost $150 /hour for a total of $900. I'm sure the guys moved extra slow to earn more money. It ended up taking 12 hours and costing $1,380 and they demanded payment on the night.

      AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN FINISH THE JOB.

      They left items in the apartment like couches and tables because they wouldn't fit in the truck.

      They promised to send movers the next day to finish the job and they never arrived. Then they ignored my calls the next day and did not rectify the situation so I had to book other removalists to finish the job.

      DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY.

      Fraud Company Stay Away.

      I have been ripped off my money by my Moovers ,I hired for a job through recommendation on one flare . terribly upset , angry and very disappointed.

      Moving house has never been an easy task and quite stressful time ,it gets more harder when you have two small children.

      Booked my Moovers for moving house , received confirmation from Jenny 8tonne truck with three men but they sent 3tonne truck with only 2 removalists . Removalists were good though but no one bothered to inform us that they are changing our booking and the best part without our consent.

      I hired a van from Thrifty for extra cost to finish off my moving.

      Rightly said it’s a mymoovers is a fraudster company . DO NOT HIRE THEM.

      Damaged Furniture

      Extremely disappointing experience. The movers did not want to be there. On several occasions I had to ask them to use blankets/Sheets as I could see they were damaging furniture. Damage made to 1 desk (recently purchased for $3000), Board room table, Fridge along with other items. Tried calling head office, left messages to no avail. Finally rang and selected option to “book a move” and that is when my call was answered. They claimed it was too late to put in a complaint and offered $100 for the inconvenience. We paid $450 for the move, they damaged furniture worth over 5K. Never again will I use my movers.

      DO NOT USE

      -I ordered a 10-tonne truck- I got a 4.5 truck, a 10-tonne truck would have done the move in 2 loads the movers expressed.

      It took the movers 5 hours to do the move, everything was in boxes part from the table. The mover was on his phone for the first 2 hours

      -I had to leave all my garden furniture as the movers said it won’t fit and have another job to get to.

      - Broke my front door as well as my sofa the door was 2 weeks old

      Left outside furniture $6,000.

      Broken front door $350.

      The move was on the 16th October 2020 it's now the 29th Jan 2021 and they are ignoring my tickets, and calls. The complaints department say they will get back to you but they never do!

      Warning - do not use this company.

      I don't like to leave bad reviews simply due to poor service but this company is also extremely dishonest.

      The worst movers you could ever use!

      Wow. This company is shocking! Very unprofessional. Sent wrong size truck so had to hire a budget truck too. Broke several items but worst of all my washing machine. Ripped the control panel and wires right off then hid it! Ended up $500 over the quote and the guys tried to make me pay for their one hour lunch break! Can't make a complaint because they block your number or leave you on hold!

Warning - do not use this company.

They then asked me to pay a 10% credit card surgcharge (fairly certain 10% is also illegal) , again referred back to the email which also said no additional fees or charges. But alas we weren't done. After agreeing that they were being paid only for their 2hr and 15 minutes of time with no additional charges they asked me to put my credit card details into an app on their phone. The app looked like something a child created. Not wanting my card to be skimmed I chose bank transfer.

Long story short steer clear of this company.

Australia's most unethical company.

I never leave negative reviews because I know of the effect it can have on the company, but this company has absolutely no morals, value or respect for their customers. A single mother, whose husband has just passed away was left on the street with all of her furniture because this company was too lazy to move anything. The movers arrived 4 hours later than promised and had the audacity to leave with the first load whilst promising to come back for the second but never did. All of this, after the furniture has already been left outside with a mother and 2 children having nowhere to sleep. After reaching the owner at 10pm in the evening, he promised to move everything the next day free of charge for the troubles, only to go back on his word the next day and demanding $100 a hour and wanting payment upfront because he does not 'trust' the client. I have made a lodgement to the ACCC, Fair Trading and to the Police for this disgusting companies behaviour. Avoid at all costs. Don’t trust any reviews that you see as this company pays for them to be left by fake accounts. HORRIBLE.

Mokshit Sachdeva and Harwinder Singh did our move and they were both brilliant. Such a massive move on a 33 degree day& they didn’t lose their cool at all. Definitely recommend these guys. Many thanks ?

Very slow moving and packing.

Took a very long time moving and packing things. I had everything in the shed besides the 4 cabinets but they still managed to take a long time moving literally 4 metres and at the other end they slowed down even more to the point 4 of us pitched in to unload as it was taking so long.

Forgot about our booking.

The worst moving experience I have ever encountered. Forgot about the job, we had to chase them up only to turn up 3 hours late. 3 hours for a 1 bedroom unit move from Annerley to Greenslopes!.
Family had to unload 70%of the truck, couldn't even bother taking dining table up the unit.
Broke our fridge. So far I have not heard anything from them after a stern email.
The worst company I have ever used. Will ensure I don't recommend them EVER.

If I could give 0 stars I would

***EDIT: they have since blocked me on all forms of communication instead of resolving the complaint. Classy!!***

I used this company recently to move a few furniture items (bed frame, mattress, shelving unit, boxes of clothes and a side table) and I wish I had researched better and used any other service for a few reasons:

- I received a call the day before to change the time I had booked over a week prior.

- I had provided instructions for find the driveway as it can be a bit confusing. I had both emailed and spoken to someone on the phone prior to delivery to ensure my instructions to find the house was given to the drivers. I drew up a map to help with this also and I was told they would pass these on - they did not. The drivers did not receive any of this info and a half hour was wasted with them trying to navigate to the front of the house with my assistance..

- The drivers clearly lacked experience in truck driving and were unable to back up the driveway. This meant they had to carry everything down a steep driveway.

- Whilst trying to back up the driveway. They have managed to drive over and completely squash $500 worth of native plants that we just planted in the garden. There was no apology.

- The drivers hadn’t been provided a delivery address either. It was easy enough for me to give it to them but it really demonstrated how poorly organised and run things are. Moving is stressful enough without these kind of issues.

- I’ve raised a complaint with the company internally and have had radio silence for some time now and an getting no response to my emails.

The service was way overpriced for what looked like an ex-budget truck speckled in faded graffiti and a company that lacks communication.

DO NOT HIRE MY MOOVERS (Australia)

I booked My Moovers for a simple 1 bedroom apartment Local move for Friday 18th December at 2pm. At 2.30pm I was advised via text that they were running 2+ hours late. I tried 10+ times to call the company unsuccessfully, until I turned off my caller ID. At 5.30pm with no sign of the removalists I called again (with no caller ID) and was offered at small token discount after promising that the removalists would arrive later that night. At 6.30pm I called again and was told that the removalists wouldn’t be coming that day. I rebooked for 7am. 2 inexperienced removalists were sent and they proceeded to take 7.5 hours to move my one bedroom apartment with a booked lift. My furniture was damaged and a pay dispute ensued when My Moovers failed to honour the discount they had offered the previous night. I was hung up on multiple times by the extremely rude and unprofessional ‘customer service’ team and was not allowed to talk to the manager despite multiple requests to do so. This company subcontracts out removalists (they do not hire their own) and has clearly has shoddy business practices. They are untrustworthy, poor communicators and unethical to say the least. Do not book this company.

Absolutely terribble.

Were late. Didn't respond to our calls. Hung up on us when we complained about them being 3 hours late. Came almost 4 hours late with a smaller truck than agreed. Required extra time due to the smaller truck. Damaged our furniture.

Never again!

Dont do it, all lies. Not experienced staff.. outsource to sub contractors. Mega late, had to rush and help them, didn't read instructions so brought wrong truck, ignore calls and emails. Overcharge you after promising discounts. Go elsewhere!

I had so many problems with these people, I highly recommend you use another removal company! 4 hours late!
I’m not entirely convinced they were forthcoming with me. I don’t know how anyone could rate them above one star, there is not a zero star rating that I could use unfortunately. Stars are not appropriate measures, black holes would be!

Great movers and so careful.

Mohit and Madan did a great job. They kept me up to date with their arrival time. Both were very careful and I was especially amazed how they managed to move our enormous fridge. They were both very polite and friendly and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Although hopefully this is our last move!! Thanks so much Mohit and Madan.
