Long-distance move from Philadelphia, PA to Chattanooga, TN

Warning Do not use this company!

The movers were two hours late, to begin with. Two items weighing over 50 lbs are missing. One an antique piece of rose marble belonging on top of the bureau, and my Little Giant ladder were stolen. I watched them load these items into their truck. The rest of my items arrived damaged. They had cracks, with various pieces broken off and surfaces were scratched. Boxes of heavy things were piled on top of boxes labeled fragile. The wall and ceiling were gouged and scratched while furniture went up the stairs. The mover who delivered my things told me he saw the marble piece in the warehouse. He promised me they would be delivered shortly. A week later when I called to ask where both items were I was told they couldn't find them. I asked for an investigation to done as they told me that had video in their warehouse. I was told I would be called the next business day. They never called. They are dishonest, do not own their mistakes and they should not be in business.

Long-distance move from Derby, CT to Decatur, GA

Disappointed.

Movers did a wonderful job packing but when my items were delivered dishes, glasses, file cabinet and my printer arrives broken. Customer service did a great job keeping me informed but delivery drivers were careless and unprofessional. I saw them drop a few boxes when removing from the truck and left a mess outside my house after they left. Unfortunately I will not be using thief services again.

Great job.

The experience I had with them everything was pretty much done exactly as they said they would. I spoke with the company and they scheduled me a week in advance. They called me in a timely manner-the day before twice and left me two voicemails and confirmed. The next morning I got a phone 30 minutes that would arrive. It took them about 5 1/2 hours to complete the move for a two bedroom apartment. Throughout the move the three gentlemen were very much at alert and they helped put me at ease with the transition of the move. They showed me things that were damaged so they weren't liable for anything. They were very timely with the amount of furniture they had to move. They did a good job. They were friendly, cordial and easy to work with. They did everything in a timely manner and were very efficient.

Moving during rough times.

With everything going on I still needed to move. Despite what my gut was telling me I moved forward and let the movers come to my home. Thankfully they were extra cautious and made sure they were using sanitizer and just doing the right things. There was only 3 workers which I was okay with. Moving is definitely not fun or easy especially during times like these but Moving Relocation made sure to make it work for me in a way that I my family and I felt comfortable and safe! Thanks again guys for your hard work & stay safe!

Do not hesitate to contact them for your moving needs!

I have used Moving Relocation Systems for four separate moves and every single time they have been exceptional! They are punctual, professional, extremely polite, and helpful with suggestions, bring all the necessary tools for the job and are ridiculously efficient! I have never seen harder workers when it comes to movers. Beyond all of that their prices are very reasonable!

If we ever have to move further, I'll call them.

We have hired Moving Relocation Systems twice and both experiences were great! They are extremely accommodating and I love that they give you over the phone quotes based on the logistics of the work. On the day of the move, they are always on time and work fast and good. They provide the materials and wrap all your furniture to ensure your goods are protected! I would highly recommend this company for all your moving needs.

They amazed me with their process.

I will by no means forget about my shifting experience with Moving Relocation Systems. I had an excellent time with them when I changed my apartment. I in no way knew shifting process to be this easy due to the fact I have constantly viewed it as an exhausting task. The guys that came to pack stuffs were very skillful. They dealt with items very carefully and this ensured that nothing was once damaged. Everything went well.

The movers were so professional.

They were on time, they even notified me by phone of their time of arrival, the guys all communicated well, they were quick, they padded and wrapped everything well and took care with my stuff, then when unloading they asked where I wanted things and even offered to help set up and move furniture. No problems here completely satisfied customer. I wouldn't ever hire another moving company.
