Wanted to give my feed back on our experience with my move a couple weeks ago. From the first phone call to the rep, to the follow up phone call I received on making sure we were satisfied! Everything was amazing and so smooth! The reason we hired moving pros was to give my wife a great Christmas and not give her a headache with the moving process! I will forever recommend Moving Pros Inc to any and everyone I know who is moving! Thank you for helping us end 2016 with a Bang!!

I'm happy I reached out to this company. They were extremely accommodating and took a proactive approach to moving our belongings meticulously. They were professional and made pleasant conversation while moving us. Surprising enough, this was one of my most productive moves ever, even with the conversation correlating with the move. They took the time to provide extra materials for free since all of our boxes did not have tape in them. The pricing was reasonable for the quality of service and for the amount of time they invested. They were able to finish moving us in 5 hours. 2 hours sooner than anticipated. I would recommend Moving Pros Inc with confidence.

I had to move my items from upstate NY to AZ after I graduated from RIT. I got one of the 100$ off packing coupons from someone on campus and called moving pros. I talked with Jon and did an inventory list over the phone. we scheduled the move 3 weeks in advance and Jon was able to give me a discount. when Alex, Abraham, and Anthony got to the house they did a fabulous job. I requested that the driver call me 2 hours before they arrived so I could leave work on time and they remembered to call. when they got to my home the guys worked very hard and were very friendly. even though I was moving probably twice as much as a normal 2 bedroom apartment they still got it done in under 4 hours. I bought the guys lunch and sent them on their way. I was told it could take up to 10 days however they arrived in 7. The crew that arrived on delivery was just as polite and helpful (James, and Mike). they placed everything inside and took the tape and plastic wrap with them. overall id rate them a 5 out of 5 and have already recommended them to other friends who just graduated. also saving $200 doesn't hurt.

I had a very particular move. I needed items pick up in both CT and MD and needed them stored for three months then sent out to California. I didn't want to deal with two different companies and moving pros was the only company I talked with that was willing to service it the way I wanted it done. The pickup went smooth and my items are now in one of their warehouses. Jon even gave us a month of free storage which was nice. I can appreciate the fact that they have the logistics to handle everything in house- a lot of the guys I spoke with couldn’t.

We’ve used like two different moving companies before one was for an international move. What a mess that was. I was told a few different things. People said all movers were scumbags. But I was also told it could've just been because it was an international move. Who knows? The guys at moving pros assured me my experience would be no different than the thousands of other customers they help. They were great. The crew was so professional. The helpers were really funny too. Moving sucks but these guys made it bearable.

Moving companies are all the same, or at least that been our experience. They tell you whatever you want to hear just to get you to book. Matt at moving pros was different. We specifically asked about things that WE KNEW WOULD COST ADDITIONAL just to see who would be honest. Most of them gave the song and dance and weren't honest. Matt simply told us pricing and explained why there were charges’ don't know whets wrong with most of these companies. Don’t they understand all customers want is honesty and credibly service. Just chose moving pros and make your life easy. Thank you again Matt my wife almost killed me lolls!

Man that Sammy DuPont was a real knee slapper. He had us laughing up a storm before we booked with him. Real friendly guy, definitely knowledgeable too. Gave us a firm price and guaranteed it wouldn't change. Ibrahim and this crew came on the day of the move and they were even better than Sammy. Man these guys didn't stop; they didn't want to take a break or anything. They got to work and had the truck packed in under 3 hours. We had a lot of furniture too. I tipped them handsomely to say the least. I'm hoping potential customers see this review and know that you can trust these guys with anything they tell you.

As a recently divorced mother of three, I was extremely nervous about choosing a moving company for my big move down the east coast. I got about 50 calls from brokers trying to earn my business. Most of them were pushy and downright rude. Over whelming to say the least. I received a phone call from a young gentleman by the name of Jon and he definitely put me more at ease. The customer service was superb and he answered my thousands of questions. I have never made such a large move by myself before (relocating from Michigan to California). I will be referring all my close friends and family members to this company. Everything went as smoothly as I had hoped. The movers arrived on time and I was able to meet all my belongings at my new house in west palm! I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Jon!

A friend of mine contracted with moving pros to move their son out of his college dorm. they came with high recommendation so I called to schedule a move. their calendar was a little booked up but because I was flexible they were able to fit me in on relatively short notice. some things I did not know but probably should have- I didn't pack my TV or my glass table (which I was subsequently charged for). Craig never told me I had to have these things done already so I ended up having to pay another $50. I called his supervisor to complain and although he assured me Craig did go over these things with me he discounted the $50 off of my delivery balance. The guys on pick up and delivery were very polite and professional. they packed everything and even helped move some things I was throwing out to the dumpster which they really didn't have to do.

I was referred to moving pros from an auto transport company I used twice before. the guys at moving pros did an excellent job. came to the house on time and had great attention to detail. unhooked my washer and dryer and even helped me with unhooking pieces of my hot tub (i wasn't transporting this with them it was going with a freight company but they still helped) all in all I was impressed with how friendly and professional Alex and the guys where when they were at my house. Matt told me things would go smooth and I have zero complaints. great job.

I was definitely pretty nervous at first but had a great experience with moving pros that I wanted to share. I'm not the type of customer to ask for unreasonable things, and I don't think the things I asked of moving pros were unrealistic. I just wanted the job to get done quickly, safely, and affordably. From the very beginning Sammy assured me this would be done. I take anything a sales person tells me with a grain of salt. But Sammy’s guys delivered on every promise he made. I was happy with how everything went and just wanted to share that these guys are upfront and honest from the very beginning. The Cadillac of moving companies!

I own a lot of breakables. So naturally I was worried for how they were going to travel from Danbury, CT to Raleigh, NC. I specifically asked the movers from Moving Pros to take extra care of my glassware. They did exactly that. They were very well equipped and methodically packed everything carefully. They packed everything in the van like Tetris. In the end, when my belongings arrived in North Carolina I checked to make sure everything arrived unscathed. One mug was damaged in transit but other than that nothing was broken. I was so happy with the services provided by this company.

We chose moving pros for a few different reasons; mainly the value in the service provided was on point. Anytime we hire any type of labor we want to make sure it’s not the cheapest. You really get what you pay for in my opinion. We learned the hardware one time earlier in life when we hired the cheapest contractor to remodel our kitchen. Moving pros price was reasonable and realistic. A lot of these movers tell you whatever you want to hear to get their foot in the door and charge more lately. Moving pros gave us a firm price and stuck to it.

This moving company is the absolute best. I wanted to do business with a family run company because customer service is important to me. They gave me a price of $3150 for a complete move. I couldn't find any TV boxes for a 70 inch at target so I ended up paying them a little bit more to pack the TVs. I paid for two and they gave me the third one free. The price ended up going up a little bit for that but they told me about it before so it wasn't a surprise. I have a daughter with special needs and the crew was really great about not making too much noise. Loud noises really frighten my daughter and they were more than accommodating in that regard. Also very friendly. I would use them again if I had to move once more.

Moving isn't fun for anybody. After doing a week’s worth of research I was pretty confident I knew what to look out for. Always get a binding estimate. Make sure you're dealing with a carrier as opposed to a broker. Make sue they're operating legally and have the proper licensing. Throughout all my research the only company that passed every one of my tests was moving pros. they didn't have any dot complaints or major problems. Most companies were really good in some areas but bad in others. Moving pros was solid across the board and the service they provided me personally was exceptional. Hope my experience with moving pros is no different than yours. Get it done right the first time!

I can’t even stand all the phone calls I continued to get after I filled out a stupid quote request online. The only person that wasn't pushy at all was Sammy with moving pros. he spoke firmly and offered real solutions. We chose him for this exact reason. He even got us off of his competitors call list somehow so the phone calls stopped coming in within a day or two. I’m not sure how they handle their customer service so well but Sammy always picked up the phone or called back within 10 minutes. The movers were great and they answered every question I had. They worked hard and didn't complain when I added a bunch of stuff from my garage that I was hoping to sell before the move.

We didn't know what to expect with this move. My son set everything up from start to finish. He called me one day and said “moving pros will be the one coming to your home next week”. I trust my son but honestly it’s hard to trust anybody who's planning to come and pack everything you own. I have 30 years of memories in this house and I just wanted it to get done without any damages. Rabbi and Alex were the two foremen that came to the home to get everything started. They, along with their helpers, were so incredible. They went through everything and made sure nothing would get broken. They paid extra special attention to some of my most valuable items and I didn't have to ask twice. If you want movers who really care you should choose moving pros.

Moving pros came in clutch when the time really counted. Sammy told me the mover I had hired was a bait and switch. I didn't want to believe him though. The salesman at the company an originally went with, traditional press van lines, promised me there wouldn't be any issues and they were so convincing. When the day came and traditional press raised the price on me I instantly thought go the conversation Sammy and I had. I told the scammers to take a hike and swallowed my pride to call Sammy. He was very understanding and was still able to get a truck out to me on short notice. They stuck to the price they gave me in the beginning. Don’t get baited by these scammers and chose a good company like moving pros from the beginning. It will be worth it long term.

My job was relocating me from NYC to NJ. I needed a mover last min. I did some research and found Moving Pros. The moving coordinator was really helpful and went over every detail. He went into tips on packing and made sure I knew how to get everything done properly before they arrived. On moving day the crew and foreman were great. They took all my belongings and wrapped them up really well. They handled everything professionally and treated my items as if they were their own. I was very impressed with the professionalism. On delivery they placed everything in the right rooms and put everything back together. They cleaned up all the trash too. Excellent job moving pros!

Moving pros didn't offer me a guaranteed price when they quoted me. It was more like an estimate. I spoke with a Matt over the phone and handed him a detailed list. Unlike all the companies that told me it was guaranteed price, they did not and were honest. Matt explained everything that might cause my price to go up. So when they got there I ended up with 20 extra items. My price went up around $500, which I couldn't afford. They then told me I could take stuff off because I had it off, since I added on over 15 boxes and some other pieces of furniture. However, instead of taking stuff off they offered me a $250 discount so I was able to go for the move. It was a really good service. The delivery went smooth as well. Thank you Matt!

Moving Pros Inc was very delightful to start, we went through everything we owned and would be moving. As a military family we know what it takes to move us. They gave us a reasonable rate. The day of, showed up in a rented Budget Truck for a 3500 square foot home saying that is what we ordered. I asked where my semi truck was. The move went from reasonable to $22,300 and that was with us packing ourselves. They knew we were in a jam and took advantage of a military family trying to move back home. Then when our things arrived, most of it was damaged. Once the move started they were not easy to get in touch with. Do not use this company!

Heidi's guys for my move they did a dandy job to say the least I got 50,000 million quotes from about 100 different companies I feel that one form online I was literally done taking for calls. Then I got one call from Sammy is from a local area code which I thought maybe was a local number but nope it was another freaking move her name Sammy. I almost want to hang up on him but Sammy was so nice. He gave me a thorough "explained to me that my price was binding but not guaranteed I try to give me through inventory but it was such a last-minute rush of a move that I left off like 100 items. On pick up needless to say because I have so much extra stuff my price skyrocketed I called Sammy the first thing he did was reached out to the foreman to see what I can do. He explain because I added on so many items because my price to increase which made sense because he told me was based on volume. So to offset some of the cost to got me a discount with all my packaging materials and they gave me an extra couple hundred dollars off as well. I know moves are tough and people like to complain if the price changes but I added on stuff so I get it.

Let me start by saying this company is a joke. What I'm letting you know below isn't even everything.

1500 and change for my quote, 336 cubic feet. Foreman tells me it's going to be 500-800 square feet. I in depth acurrately described everything. Rest assured any quote you get is not accurate. How can they miss a quote by DOUBLE? Their reason was my items don't stack up easily and evenly on the truck. That first quote is a sales gimmick. The formans job is to bump you when he gets their. I negotiated for 1 hour 1/2 like I was on a dirty used car lot.

Sammy said they take care of contacting my building for moving to make sure they have the documents they need. That never happened, they showed up the first day without certificate of insurance. A company that has it together would check that sort of thing, even if it weren't their responsibility before wasting their workers time sending them to a building they aren't approved to enter yet.

They say they don't use third party movers. Absolute lie. Third party movers showed up to deliver my furniture. When I mentioned it to them they were trying to avoid calling them third party by saying the have "interlying agreements" with these people. They are so stupid or they think I'm so stupid to assume that's not third party. That is the definition of third party.

Furniture arrived banged up. Everything was a disaster.

The foreman who showed up to move originally needs to keep his mouth shut next time he thinks to make a comment about me being white guy and my 'Arab' girlfriend. After making me pay 700 over the original quote the guy then asked me for tips on top of that "because I got such a good deal."

If you're thinking of using them, don't. Rent a uhaul and do it yourself or use a bigger company. I'd rather ride an oxen wagon Oregon trail style and risk cholera then use Moving Pro's Inc of NYC again.
