  I've moved around quite a bit in my lifetime. Most moves go with some type of a problem for one reason or another. Having used several different major van lines as well as a few smaller companies I must say I'm thoroughly impressed with how moving pros does their work. These folks are professionals. Everyone involved from customer service to the guys at the house were on top of their game. I’d use them again for sure.
- Ibrahim and this crew came on the day of the move and they were even better than Sammy.

  Man that Sammy DuPont was a real knee slapper. He had us laughing up a storm before we booked with him. Real friendly guy, definitely knowledgeable too. Gave us a firm price and guaranteed it wouldn't change. Ibrahim and this crew came on the day of the move and they were even better than Sammy. Man these guys didn't stop; they didn't want to take a break or anything. They got to work and had the truck packed in under 3 hours. We had a lot of furniture too. I tipped them handsomely to say the least. I'm hoping potential customers see this review and know that you can trust these guys with anything they tell you.

  As other reviewers stated, this company is horrible, and they are running a total SCAM. Please avoid them, unless you want months of hassle. First they use a bait and switch scheme, by giving you a super low-ball estimate, and then jacking up the cost once they pick up your stuff. The cost of our move DOUBLED, from estimate to final cost. The movers at pickup scratched our couch AND the door frame on the way out, and completely broke my headboard.The foreman in charge of pickup then scammed us by saying he was giving us a discount on packing materials, and that we owed him a CASH commission of $70. UNPROFESSIONAL. When I questioned the company about this later, they quickly refunded the $70, and said they were going to "reprimand the foreman". If he was already a problem, why is he still working for your company? When I asked the foreman to break some chairs down so they would fit better, he said "Oh we don't break furniture down; it would take too long". This was after the company had told me that the movers will break down and reassemble the furniture. The foreman at pickup then kept increasing the square footage calculation, until it was DOUBLE. My mistake, I should have gone…

  Heidi's guys for my move they did a dandy job to say the least I got 50,000 million quotes from about 100 different companies I feel that one form online I was literally done taking for calls. Then I got one call from Sammy is from a local area code which I thought maybe was a local number but nope it was another freaking move her name Sammy. I almost want to hang up on him but Sammy was so nice. He gave me a thorough "explained to me that my price was binding but not guaranteed I try to give me through inventory but it was such a last-minute rush of a move that I left off like 100 items. On pick up needless to say because I have so much extra stuff my price skyrocketed I called Sammy the first thing he did was reached out to the foreman to see what I can do. He explain because I added on so many items because my price to increase which made sense because he told me was based on volume. So to offset some of the cost to got me a discount with all my packaging materials and they gave me an extra couple hundred dollars off as well. I know moves are tough and people like to complain if the price changes but I added on stuff so I get it.
- Shuttle fee. It doesn't matter where you live - they're going to hold your things hostage unless you agree to pay it.

  Wanted to give my feed back on our experience with my move a couple weeks ago. From the first phone call to the rep, to the follow up phone call I received on making sure we were satisfied! Everything was amazing and so smooth! The reason we hired moving pros was to give my wife a great Christmas and not give her a headache with the moving process! I will forever recommend Moving Pros Inc to any and everyone I know who is moving! Thank you for helping us end 2016 with a Bang!!

  I had a very particular move. I needed items pick up in both CT and MD and needed them stored for three months then sent out to California. I didn't want to deal with two different companies and moving pros was the only company I talked with that was willing to service it the way I wanted it done. The pickup went smooth and my items are now in one of their warehouses. Jon even gave us a month of free storage which was nice. I can appreciate the fact that they have the logistics to handle everything in house- a lot of the guys I spoke with couldn’t.

  I still believe in communication for making any dealings between a business and a client convenient. As a businessman, I have heavily invested in the same. I found the same when dealing with moving pros. That was indication enough that they cherish their clients and want the best for them. It all started with the support staff who gave the details about commercial relocation that the company was offering. I was then transferred to the coordinator who would oversee my move from start to finish. He was asking the right questions, and I did my best to give the right answers. all my items were delivered without any damages.

- The TV stand had a panel that fell off on the back and the night stand was in worse condition with damage on the bottom panel and inner shelving system.

  What a disaster!! I have never been more disappointed in a company in my life. I used this company to move me to Florida. When I purchased my space I upped it to make sure that when they got here I wasn't part of the horror stories where they say you need more space and now since it's last minute you have no choice but to pay the additional amount. I paid the money and waited for my furniture. Two weeks later my furniture shows up I am missing boxes and have damage on almost every single item that was shipped. Not to mention while bringing my bed down the stairs from the pick up location they ripped the packaging off of my bed by accident. I was told once they got it on the truck they would repackage it. No when my bed got here they threw it on my dirty driveway. From the move my bed was completely filthy and I would never sleep on it. Everyone of my items is damaged. Maybe I wouldn't be mad if it was not brand-new. Not to mention the guy in my house told me just get the basic insurance we are carriers we protect and take care of your belongings. Now I will get $.60 a pound for all of my belongings by weight. Do not I repeat do not use this company. I can see if one of my items…
- Finally two boxes were missing, mattress’s have dirt stains, book cases came broken, bed frame had all scratches.

  This is the second time I have used the company and will continue to do so as they have always been so effectual and reliable. I moved in the nearby area using Moving Pros and all my contents were perfectly delivered to my new place. I have a lot of stuffs to be carried and these guys managed to move them very professionally and speedily, with the entire preparation before the actual move took only 2 and a half hours. They traveled fast yet accurate with my items perfectly unscratched and safe! Strongly recommended!

  Moving Pros Inc. got me an excellent service for an excellent price. They were very thorough from start to finish and didn't play games with us. We were promised the crew would arrive at 8am, they arrived at 756. They spent three hours loading everything and making sure it was secure. They then drove DIRECTLY to our new home and got everything prepped. We were completely moved and comfortable in our new home before the day’s end. Really cool. Thanks again moving pros.

  I highly recommend this moving company. The guys that I had on my 08/01/2017 move were great. They worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done - which I was impressed, because loading the U-Haul, driving and unloading took less than two hours. The movers were careful of my belongings, accommodating and even offered to put my bed together. If you are looking for "get the job done right" moving company - this is your stop! Thanks Guys!

Long-distance move from California to Georgia

I thank everyone that helped.

I got ripped of by a broker. They tried to double my rate on pick. I needed someone last second. I called maybe a dozen movers for a same day move to Atlanta because my lease was up. Moving pros came through. Thanks to Chris, Nichole and the pick up guy I am now safely in Atlanta. Thanks guys you are the real MVP.

Moving pros is definitely a company that stands by their product. Not the type of company to make false promises and switch up on yak. These guys stuck to their word and their pricing! Also the customer service was lit. Def would use again!

Best Movers Out Of others.

We've used a few different movers before, but we've never been as pleased with any of them to the extend we were with moving pros. the movers at moving pros were very friendly and professional. There service was top notch and Sammy is a man of his word. He promised prompt pick up and Swift delivery. Would recommend to anyone.

The guys were fast and reliable-.

I heard the radio ad for $100 off on packaging material and decided to check them out. I spoke with Thomas in customer service about the items I was bringing and he transferred me to Sammy who helped me out the rest of the way. Sammy gave me a good price and after shopping around a little bit we decided to use moving pros. it was such a headache looking through all the companies bad reviews so it was a fairly easy decision. Sammy honored the price we originally spoke about and scheduled his crew to come out to our house. Ali supervised the crew and made sure everything got done properly. the guys were fast and reliable. price quoted: $3186 ended up only being $3049.

These guys are best at moving.

These guys are the best! hadn't been to my old storage unit in about 2 years. hired them for the job. they were able to meet my sister at the unit to get a visual assessment and then guaranteed the price.on the day of move they went through everything and boxed all my knickknacks and memorabilia. I couldn't leave my sister to do all that herself so I'm glad they.

Horrible!

We were looking into going with this company, soooo glad we didn't!! Sam was our "personal moving reference" and he was such a scam artist. He gave us a start quite based off of what we had at ~$2,600 one day. The next time we called, he asked for another inventory list and we actually got rid of things which should have saved money, but he re-quoted at ~$2,900!! I knew right there that this was not a great company. So we shopped around because that was over our budget and we couldn't get rid of more stuff (which is what he recommended). We piled all of our stuff together and measured it and went with ABF as they were more than $900 cheaper. My husband called sam back and sam was so angry that he started texting my husband and was harassing him saying "you're fu**ed" and "you're going to need lube after ABF is done with you." As well as more inappropriate things that I will not put online. We have this from sams phone number in a text and you bet we will report this harassment to the BBB. This "customer service" is disgusting and I am so thankful we didn't go with this company- especially after reading some other reviews.

Awesome service..

Awesome service. I recommend them %100. I called them on Thursday and they had opening on Saturday. They gave me an estimate over the phone and it was very accurate. They called the day before and the day of delivery. My crew were very professional and friendly. Thank you so much, I'm so glad that I found them.

I like moving pros.

No one likes moving to a whole new place, especially when there's furniture and fragile items involved that you want to stay intact and undamaged. You can always rent your own truck to move items to your new place but that's a whole lot of work in my opinion.

Moved my items without any issue.

Called Moving pros for a single item to be moved upstairs at my house. The item was very heavy and a very awkward shape. I was given a fair quote and they came over the next day! They moved upstairs without any issues and no damage was done! I will call them again when I need a mover! Thanks!

Worst Scam I've Ever Fallen For.

They lied about the cost. They held my items hostage. They extorted me. And in the end, they actually stole many thousands of dollars worth of my personal household belongings. DO NOT EVER HIRE THIS COMPANY!

Lost half the items.

Moved cross country and they lost over half my move. Terrible customer service, charged extra during the move. Totally unresponsive after my move was lost. Some of my stuff ended up in other states and had to be shipped back by other customers. The worst experience I've ever had with movers.
