My move went very well. I was a little uneasy because this is my first move. Not only that I have lived in this house for a very long time. But these guys make sure it’s taken care of. They made sure my move went super smooth. They actually had me packed up and ready to go Way quicker than I ever thought or imagined I could. Delivery was a little bit more difficult because it rained. But they put all sorts of plastic inside my house so they wouldn’t mess up my new place.

Move size: 4 Bedroom Home Service cost: $7600

I am not sure who is giving this company a 5 star rating. Perhaps made up people or people who are getting their things while the rest of us who are posting on BBB and federal motor safety carrier agency are not. This company is a joke. We scheduled our move, it was delayed twice for pick up. It was around $2,000 more than the estimate. We were completely stuck with them because our house had sold, we had to be out, we were starting a new job in TX, and we felt no one else would be able to move us. We felt like we had no choice but to go with them. Our items were scheduled to be dropped off by June 11th. STILL NOT HERE!! Not only that, but our items haven’t even left the warehouse in CA yet! Aaaand their one truck they own is still moving people in NV. Maybe these are the 5 Star people. This company is a total joke and a total scam. They took our money they took all of our stuff and they still haven’t met their end of the contract. We have nothing right now and they are so vague with their responses. All they say is either “no update yet” or “truck is in NV then it’ll go to CA to pick up your things” it’s a complete scam. They never had the intention to abide by the contract or the 21-business day regulation. They have one truck they have no business doing interstate moves! With one truck!
Please please take your money elsewhere. Read BBB. Read other places. This company is a joke and they don’t care about their customers.

Move size: 3 Bedroom Home Service cost: $5800

The company gave me a quote for a 4 bedroom home with no kitchen set,living room set and no appliances. They quote was 6000 and they sent a budget truck 17ft and I was told they only allotted me half the truck. Mind you we dropped two bedroom sets before they came.once at the house they continued to state that I needed another truck. The new cost was 10,000 dollars. They still were unable to fit all my belongings in the truck so I had to leave stuff behind. My delivery date was July 10th and here I am with 7 kids none of my stuff and its July 20th. I have called and never get an answer but I do get a run around . I was informed later that they have up to 21 business days to get my stuff after the estimated delivery date. This is not told to you when you make the initial arrangements. You get that letter after they have your belongings.I have expressed my concern and it took me telling their answering service that I believed they stole my stuff to get a call back. You can not call and speak directly to the company. They claim their phones are not working properly. They are very rude and do not validate your concerns or help you to feel at ease with the situation. I am still left with no answers of when I will have my belongings but that it is "safe" stored in a New Jersey warehouse. I have moved many many times and I have never been so disgusted by the manner in which this business conducts itself. Mass to florida has been a horrific experience thanks to this company. Please do not use it refer this company to any one.the two gentlemen that will call you back are Ryan or Tom and they are uninformative and could careless what you are going through or how long it will take to get your stuff,but they sure will blow smoke up your ads to get you off the phone.

I got a new job and I had to move so I looked up top-rated moving companies that move people out of state. LDRG were top of the list and as I didn't have the time to get a quote from other companies, I just went on based on what people were saying about the company. Sammy is my account manager and I talked to him on a regular basis. I was always able to reach him and it was neat because it seemed like he was always there. That part was very good. Also, we needed to move by a certain date and they accommodated that.

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $4700

LDRG moved my motorcycles and they had a pretty far walk at the place of pick up. The administrative people from the office that I dealt with that handled commercial and planning side of things was very on top of their game. They followed up with me a lot, just to make sure all was as we planned. Their movers were very nice and friendly and professional. It was pretty seamless. Nothing was broken or missing that we're aware of. I would highly recommend and use them again.

We had to move across the country from Texas to Florida. I did some research and thought that Long Distnace was the most reputable that I found. We had to make a lot of special requests. We had to put our stuff in storage. And once we close on the house, we had a couple of months before we could move into the other one. So there were a lot of issues. I got handed off to a couple of different people which I didn’t think was going to happen, but it did. The initial person did that to keep the contact going. It was handed off to somebody else. Then we got a couple of different people, so I thought we were fine. The driver was in charge of relocation. He was really good and he called us. We set it up anywhere from the 1st and the 5th of May. He got it there on the 1st. We were contacted and everything was good at that point. But I didn’t think the packers did such a hot job. We found some things that were broken and some things that were just packed and labeled wrong. We've unpacked boxes that said dog toys and tables and didn’t have any of that in it. So all in all it was a decent job, but not the extraordinary job that we first thought we were getting.My sister said the guys had a great attitude and they really worked hard and so she thought they did great at the beginning and we didn’t get any major damage to things that were breakable. But for her, it was the clothes that was not a good deal. My sister had some very expensive suits and they were left on the hanger, triple folded and rolled in a ball and then put in the bottom of one of the shipping boxes that had shoes in the closet with them. I wasn’t real happy. I had a lot of the clothes like that, too. They had wardrobe boxes, but they either didn’t have enough of them and didn’t say anything to anybody. I also thought they overdid it with the packing paper, but I can't really fault them for that. There's a lot of dish packed and the kitchen was really big to pack. We are very picky but it hink they still did a great job.

I was talking to 3 moving companies and I felt more confident with the man from Long Distance Relocation with whom I was working with. The move went very smoothly and they sent us 26 foot size truck. Though I kept thinking that we were going to need a larger van, the one they sent held all of our stuff despite being packed full. Also, their movers knew what they were doing. The guys that came and got the stuff at our place were very professional. Thereafter, we had to have our stuff stored for three months and what I was really surprised and pleased about was the same guy showed up when they brought it out three months later. At the time, I figured it would be another crew that would show up with our stuff eventually and it was good that we had already dealt with the ones who came out.

Move size: 1 Bedroom Home Service cost: $7700

I paid over $4000.00 for moving my belongings from NYC to Warren, MI. on 7/26/18.
That price was too much. When my delivery was made I found many of my things were damaged. The expensive headboard to my bed was damaged to the that I could not re-attached to my bed. An expensive lamp does not work anymore. Two leather chairs were torn. An HP Laptop was stolen __ the delivery driver gave to a tagged empty box which held the PC. These savage hedons stacked heavy items on top of mine. They loaded other customers stuff on to the truck enroute to my destination. There is little concern for the customers belongings, other than just got it there. I buy expensive stuff and it's delivered to me at a rip off price of $4000.00 >> as junk.This is a scumbag moving; I wouldn't recommend it to a homeless person. I am still very angry about the delivery ended. I intend to go after this [EDIT] company for compensatory damages.

I am too exhausted to detail and each and every issue related to our use of this so-called relocation company. Suffice it to say, we moved from CA to TN at the end of February and we STILL have about 1/3 of items missing (truck driver for the first delivery lied to us and told us our items were on a 2nd truck to arrive later in the week. This was in May 2018. It is now the end of July and we have no living room furniture, boxes, jewelry and a complete spare bedroom furniture set. We have paid DOUBLE of the initial quote plus $900 for "free storage". The latest update was that this company was suspending operations in California so all our stuff had been shipped to New Jersey and would be delivered in "two weeks"--that was about a month ago. Their updates are atrocious; Ryan S. has been our main contact and he has disappeared as of the last update. My husband and I call every day and still no resolution. This has been a traumatic experience. Do not use this company!!
