Outstanding Experience

We just had Mojica, Falcon, German, and Pena pack up and move us out of a condo into a storage unit. They arrived on time and were extremely efficient with packing, loading and unloading. There were all very professional and had a positive attitude. The reservation process and billing was also easy. The customer service was excellent overall. I highly recommend this team for your moving needs.

The absolute worse experience ever

Having used this company to move from Florida to North Carolina we were horrified to see the amount of damage to our furniture and possessions on the day that the removal truck was unloaded. Damage included an office desk that was completely destroyed to the point that it was in pieces, with the contents left in the drawers and strewn all over the floor of the removal truck. Also, a three-seater leather sofa that had a hole ripped into the side of it, a tv cabinet where one of the glass doors was missing, damaged bedside cabinet with hole pushed through the top, broken china, broken linen baskets, broken stainless steel kitchen trash can. Furniture was stacked upside down in the van and when the movers tried to unload a bedroom dresser, all of the contents inside had not been packed and were left loose and were displaced everywhere. In addition to the substantial damages, they had lost all of the fittings to another bedroom set and were unable to put it back together on delivery. The movers reassembled a dining table which was left so unstable that nothing could be put on top. All that was required was to tighten the screws which they had not been bothered to do. How I wish I had chosen another company to have completed the move. And now some two months on, they have only just apologized for any inconvenience!

Total satisfaction 100% using Good Greek movers in West Palm Beach Flo

I've gone through 8 different moves over the years with my condo and many fragile and large items. I am a disabled elderly person. I would very highly recommend Good Greek moving company! They took great care, went well above my expectations with nothing damaged and we were very professional, very kind, experienced, and helpful! I am very fussy and picky and they went above their expectations to please me. They went out of their way to fix a TV Cable with their tools & fixed several items they noticed needed screws tightened in my furniture (as it came that way from the manufacturer) he wanted to make sure it would be more sturdy so when they did the move it would be how it was supposed to be in the first place. Such a gentleman. Nothing was damaged & they constantly were asking to make sure they put everything in the correct place for me in my new condo. I would highly recommend the crew of Jose Herrara, Jesus R. and Luis R. I gladly tipped them and I hope they get the appreciation they deserve because they were the hardest workers and I want them to be noticed. This moving company needs to know that these 3 movers were an excellent crew! I want to make sure they are recognized! I will recommend them and request them if I do another move, which hopefully I won't do another move for a long time .Good Greeks made my relocation experience smooth, and even gave me a care package as a housewarming gift. I will always highly recommend them I hope they spread out in more locations. Thank you.

Move from Boca to Miami

Excellent experience in getting my daughter moved from Boca to Miami. Had a great three-man crew led by Stanley who was excellent. The truck was brand new. They did a great job getting everything packed up and loaded.. The guys worked quickly and efficiently. Got down to Miami. Got my daughter all loaded up to the 33rd floor. Total time seven hours that included a 1 Hour Dr. to Miami. From calling in to get a quote and schedule the move. I had an excellent experience with everyone I was in contact with including customer service. They diligently followed up on all the details. They arrived precisely on time on the morning of the move. Best moving experience I have ever had.

Yesterday we had over 900 lbs of very heavy furniture moved from one 2 story home to another house. Our team of Duval, Tyrone and Angelo were amazing! They were highly efficient, polite and great to deal with. Nothing was damaged or lost. They even packaged our China exceptionally well. We are extremely satisfied and will be using them again! You can trust Good Greek with your move!

Above and Beyond

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We recently moved from Tampa to Fort Lauderdale with Good Greek Moving & Storage, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From our initial consultation to the final box being unpacked, every member of the team exceeded our expectations.

A big thank-you to our sales representative William, who guided us through the process with clarity, honesty, and professionalism. He helped set the tone for a move that felt well-organized and fully supported from the start.

Most importantly our moving crew—Eduardo, Jaime, Ariel F., Sergio L., and Alexis S.—was phenomenal. Their expertise in packing, loading, and transportation was evident at every step. They worked with efficiency, handled our belongings with great care, and went out of their way to ensure our comfort. Most impressively, they did it all with a smile and a positive mindset that truly made a difference.

We also want to recognize Maria S. in customer service, whose communication and coordination were outstanding. She was always warm, responsive, and ensured our questions were answered promptly.

Good Greek demonstrated a level of professionalism, clear communication, safety, and adaptability that truly sets them apart. They were not only attentive to our belongings but genuinely kind, caring and respectful to our family.

If you’re looking for a moving company that combines expertise, care, and human kindness, look no further than Good Greek Moving & Storage. They made our transition seamless—and even joyful.

Definitely not recommended - commercial fraud

I bought a 3-bedroom house in Cape Coral from abroad and flew there on my vacation to furnish it. I had ordered all the furniture in advance and was a bit overwhelmed by the amount of furniture that needed to be assembled. I realized I wouldn't be able to do it on my own, especially as I'm a layman.

So I sought help and called Good Greeks. I spoke to a Good Greeks salesman on the phone for advice. He advised me to order 3 assemblers for three hours. I asked if they could do it in that time. He said I could calculate one bedroom per man per hour. If it was complicated, an hour could possibly be added.

I was sent a 7-page contract, which I skimmed over and paid 870 dollars up front.

On Saturday, the helpers arrived at 2pm instead of 10am as agreed. Nevertheless, I was happy to get help.

The installers had no tools with them and one of the two - three had been ordered and paid for - said he had never done anything like this before. Well, I had a toolbox and the guys went to the guest room to start assembling the furniture.

An hour and a half later, when I went to see what the state of the set-up was, I was shocked. The brand new white velvet-covered bed was stained with brown fingerprints. It wobbled because the screws were not tightened. In the meantime, they were in the second guest room and had started on the next bed. At a glance, I saw that it had been assembled incorrectly.

I then stopped the fitters and told them to please leave. No furniture was assembled in 1.5 hours.

I received a call back from the supervisor. He asked if it was true that I had kicked the workers out. I explained to him that although the men were very friendly, they were in no way suitable for the job they had been hired for. When I asked him where the third man was, he said he was just about to come over and help himself. I said it would be great if he could see for himself what his crew had done. But he refused and said he would send a more experienced crew tomorrow. I had the feeling that was an excuse. Why wouldn't he take a look at what I was complaining about? Maybe because he knew…

The next afternoon, two men came again. Again without tools. The guys said they would finish what their colleagues hadn't managed to do yesterday. Somewhat incredulously, they asked if I had really kicked their colleagues out yesterday. I told them that it wasn't a classic kick-out, but that I had canceled the job because the men didn't seem to know what they were doing and their skills probably lay elsewhere. When I mentioned that I was surprised that only two fitters had come today instead of the three that had been paid for, the employees said that the company always did it that way. They promise three, but only send two.

They got to work and tightened the screws, which I had left as they were in case anyone claimed that everything was completely different. They actually shook their heads and asked incredulously whether the bed had really been handed over to me as fully assembled.

I let the guys do their work and after half an hour they said they were finished and wanted to leave. So the Good Greeks company had put together a whole bed for a whopping 870 dollars.

A discussion ensued and I said that they had two more bedrooms ahead of them and that the bedroom included a dresser, two night stands and a rotating mirror. Grumbling a little, the builders got to work on the dresser. This one dresser was not finished, but the three hours were up.

I was promised three bedrooms - a one bed was assembled, a one bed was started to be assembled incorrectly, which I had to dismantle at the end, and a dresser was started. For a proud 870 dollars.

I wrote to the gentleman who sent me the contract and claimed a refund. No response.

Then I called the head office and had Karen Clark on the phone - the director of customer service. She was very nice and compassionate. She apologized for letting me down like that. She said she was glad that the case had come to her directly. She would take care of it and call me back right the next day.

At first, I had the feeling that at least the customer service deserved a good rating. But very quickly I had to learn that Karen Clark's words were just empty phrases and there was nothing to be gained from them. After two follow-up phone calls I had to make from abroad, I received an e-mail with an offer of a 200 dollar discount and I was asked to sign another contract.

670 dollars for an assembled bed and a partly assembled dresser? No!!

I wrote to her again to say that I don't agree with that. A standard bedroom includes a bed, a dresser and two nightstands. I was promised four times three pieces of furniture for assembly, but I received one.

Karen Clark, who was so happy that this case came directly to her so that she could throw it straight in the trash can, did not reply at all anymore.

I therefore regard my experience as commercial fraud and can only advise against using this company.

They treated my things with care. I highly recommend them. I moved from VA to FL. Justin was a great team lead to the other guys and he picked my stuff up and dropped off.
