This company should NOT exist. They are a bunch of SCAMMERS. The business model runs like this;

- You will receive persistent calls and messages to confirm the size of your load and other details.

- You will be asked to make a $200 deposit

- If you’re lucky, they’ll pick up your items and that’s where your MISERY begins.

They have MULTIPLE pending ISSUES against them. Read on Reddit. They are the biggest moving SCAM in all of Canada. Do not entrust your items with these guys! They picked up my items in Calgary and promised to deliver in August. They never showed up and never answered their calls. The coward MARK RUSSO will put you on hold for hours and ignore you completely once your items are in their custody. There is Grace, Linda - they just use a bunch of fake names lol. They EXTORTED money from me and I still had to DRIVE all the way to Toronto to pick up items that were scheduled to be delivered to Ottawa on August 30. No refunds, no discounts, no apologies, nothing! They have NO CARE for your items. Half my items were destroyed and damaged. If you want your peace of mind, DO NOT go near this company.

Talked to Mark after reading good reviews about him elsewhere, however this person has been unreachable ever since my stuffs were picked up. My move was from Ontario to Alberta and it took them 22 days though I was told 7-10 days. Charged me $300 more than I was quoted saying my stuffs were overweight and I was asked to pay an extra $300 to contest their weighing Scheme! So much for Convenient Moving Diamond Relocation! Way to go! Will not recommend for anyone, will never hire them either!

Need to share my experience with Diamond Relocation Inc. for a move from Ontario to Quebec in late January 2025. After receiving many quotes from different supplier, I selected this company because of their very good reputation based on customer feedback on records. Per the sale agent, the official agreement was his quote with all the details about the move. However, the truck driver made me signed a document after loading the truck, I found out later that it was a contract and per this contact, I was obliged to pay their invoice (credit card not accepted for payment) before unloading the truck at the new location. It has been a very stressful situation to handle.

Now concerning the quality of the move, most furniture’s were damaged with severe scratched, the worst one was serious physical damaged to the freezer, but it was still working. The company has insurance coverage with a deductible of $350. For peace of mind, I decided not to exercise this option.

Visit the association of movers of Canada, or Canada Gov. website. KNOW your mover. It is important.

-Who is Mark? - check on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn. You will not find him.

-Phone the company: they have no professional voicemail

-Do you have a solid contract with your mover? In which province will you file against them if you need to?

Remember: they will leave with your most personal belonging, and once they leave, you have no control over them.

When they arrived for the pick up, they asked for an extra $100 to take the snowblower. Etransfer to an email address I didn't know. When they left, I felt so insecure that I asked them to come back. They asked that I etransfered $2000 for them to come back. I coulnd't so I kept going with the shipment. The shipment arrived but they told two weeks and it took a month and a half. Plus, valuable stuff was broken. Lots of stuff missing.

There are some accredited company, but they are not part of them. They are actually identified as a very poor quality company on the Canadian Mover Association website. I spent over 40 nights wondering if my belogning would ever arrive. I had to take anxiety pills, for the first time of my life.

Know your mover. This company is not worth the trouble it will get you. Mark is responsive and I know it is reassuring and easy to chose this company because they call you and they don't let you go. But make sure you chose an ACCREDITED COMPANY, which THEY ARE NOT.

Mark was helpful all throughout the process, with a can-do attitude, even though we had to change move dates and plans a few times. The crew was kind, efficient, funny and professional. They worked well with us, even though we were furiously packing boxes of the kitchen at the end, they worked hard to fit everything in. The estimator did a great job figuring out how many trucks we would need - even though at first the crew thought they wouldn't fit everything in. Nothing was damaged. Highly recommend this service.
