Dependable Movers LLC

This is the absolute worst company to hire for a move. When the "movers" arrived to our home in MD the estimate for the move jumped from 15,000 to over $30,000! They also said that they will need an additional $5,000 at the door. We would later find out that it was almost $5,700 at the door AND they will charge extra for stairs, for putting things in designated rooms, for walking around the house, there was a fee for everything. They sent 6 people they found off Craig's List for the move out and ONE PERSON for the move in! (Their workers told us that they saw the ad on Craig's List 24 hours before the move.) We had to call around to our own friends and family JUST to get our things off the truck. We paid for the packing and unpacking additional service and their employee was hard pressed to even attempt putting *anything* together and left with the vast majority of things not unpacked, not assembled, and broken or crushed. The one piece that their "team" did put together was a table and he left it upside down. The boxes were crushed, some plastic tubs arrived completely crumbled. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Please, I beg you, Save your family the stress and the drastic hidden fees. I have no idea how they could have possibly have such excellent reviews. My family is exhausted from this and now we need to go inventory all of our broken furniture.

I guess it’s the busiest time of year with all the movers so we got blasted with phone calls. Everyone told us they were the best mover we could choose but we knew we had to look into each one of them one at a time. This was thousands of dollars it’s was going to cost us to move and we did y want to put out goods in the hands of some rogue mover. We wanted to see the ratings as well as previous companies. Dependable LLC told us that we would pay for the amount of space we occupied so if we took more then we told them the price would go up. We were very meticulous in putting together a list that included it all. On move date it really made the difference we didn’t pay any more money then we agreed on and that’s what we expected and that’s what we wanted. Honesty. Thank you Dependable LLC your work speaks for itself.

This move was easy by our standards but we know it’s a very busy time of year. The team at Dependable LLC work hard and late to schedule and complete this move. My sales rep was willing to talk at night being they are 3 hours ahead a d we exchanged emails and pictures for everyone to know what was being moved. Some of the furniture wasn’t that small but heavier because it’s an all antiques. I was worried putting my belongings on anybody’s truck because they do mean a lot to me and I’m glad I worked with them in particular. These are all people that you get a feeling that it’s not just about the money they do care. I was honored with a military discount and a senior discount as well. I watched the movers move piece by piece and it was done just as I would have done it myself. The delivery came fast and it was nice to work with a caring and honest company.

Dependable LLC was our shining star. We had major Van Lines to come to our house to give us on-site estimate which were way out of our budget. The one good thing about it was they provided us with a detailed list after they walked our home. We took that same list and sent it over to dependable. We adjusted it and made some changes, fine-tune there and talked about packing options. They were much more friendly to work with. The guys that came to our house where Steph businessman who seem like they were all about the sale. Dependable we had major Van Lines to come to our house to give us on-site estimates which were way out of our budget. The one good thing about it was they provided us with a detailed list after they walked her home. We took that same list and send it over to dependable. We adjusted it and made some changes, fine-tune there and talked about packing options. They were much more friendly to work with. The guys that came to our house we’re stiff businessman who seem like they were all about the sale. Dependable LLC were more like people like us. Down to earth that realize that moving is stressful and very expensive especially this time If year. They did a great job packing all the furniture up as well as all the boxes. Nothing got damaged in transit and we always got status updates. We saved a fortune by working with them and even had some fun in the process. They are the type of company you set out to look for when you begin a process like this we are just glad we found them. Thank you so much for everything.

We are so pleased with all the service from Dependable Moving LLC. It wasn’t your typical quick inventory here’s the price now pay. They made us feel very welcome and comfortable in understanding how the move would be priced and what could potentially affect a price to go honor down. They explained that regardless we would only be responsible for the amount of space we occupy. If it would be less we would pay less if it took up a little more we would have to pay that as well. Most other companies just breeze through the process in hopes of sticking people on the day of the actual move but not them. They were very honest and friendly with us and we felt like valued clients. That’s what it takes to refer a company to your loved ones and family. You want to know that a particular company has the traits and respects the fact that moving is very costly and they did. We had a great time working with them and we would again in the future if the opportunity presented itself.

Dependable LLC was the actual moving Company. They were not a broker they did the moves in their own trucks with their own employees. Their employees are all background checks and drug tested so we knew exactly who is in our home. These were a few of the little things that made us decide to use them over some of the others that called for our business. They. Discounted our move tremendously to put it well within our budget. We do not have all the money in the world so we had to do this the right way. Our furniture never switch trucks and we always had an update on where it was while it was in transit we thank you for all your hard work and service.

First things first. We told them if they were a broker thank you but no thank you we only want to work with the actual moving company. We wanted to make one phone call at all times for all of our needs and never have to worry about getting bounced around. The sales person that called us on day one was the same person that wished us well as the movers drive away. The moving men were fantastic. Clean work, items that were treated and placed with care and respectful men that do a job right. The price we got and signed off on was the final price we paid it was as straight forward as possible. It was easily the best move we ever were a part of. I hope this writing helps somebody looking for a reliable company I assure you that they are exactly that.

Move was smooth. Couldn’t have gone any better. Dependable LLC were the ideal movers. They were on time and we got a great price. We got the best price of all the movers that called us. However not every mover had the reputation and experience that they possess. We told them what we wanted moved and what we wanted packed and they put a package together and gave us a price it was really that simple. That’s what we expected and that’s what we got. We didn’t have time to talk to every qualified mover nor did we want to. We liked what we had in them and trusted them to do the move right. We trusted our instinct plus the regulated sites and advice we received. I would tell my own family to use them to give you an idea of how well this went. Thank you thank you.

It was a blast working with Dependable LLC. They were The first company that called us out of six other companies. He felt you had the most experience sales representative‘s out of all the others we spoke to. We even got a chance to speak to the owner and the sales manager throughout the process so we knew we were dealing with some kid sitting in the basement trying to scam us for money. We moved a lot of antiques and furniture that meant a lot to us so it’s important that it got there safely. The price was great but the service was even better. The dispatch department was always there to coordinate our move in anytime we needed to make a change our sakes guy was always there. I know now that this is the busiest time of year so in the future if we do you need to move during the summer months we are going to Parker move 3 to 4 months in advance.
