Dependable LLc to us was the ultimate relocation experience. From the first phone call everything felt right. They took their time in building your inventory list and never rushed us to make a deposit, everything was done in our time which we really appreciated. We had a certain amount of money to get the move done within and by the grace of god we did. It was extremely hard seeing our old home of 48 years be out behind us but it was time to move on and we needed a trustworthy company to do it. Dependable LLC was very reliable. They also had the resource to have our vehicle moved the same day which was a major convenience. We are not the easiest critics and I will tell you they met of our criteria. On time professional. The numbers I the truck matched and the employees had shirts that represented them and respected our home. It was a pleasure.

This was one of a very few companies that was even able to get us picked up on our dates. We had no idea before talking to them that it was moving season. Dependable Moving was completely locked in to what we were moving and our expectations of what we looked for in a moving company. Price wasn’t the only reason we selected them it was the fact that they asked questions and cared about what we felt about thier service which spoke volumes. Going forward with them they were punctual with time and tended to our furniture very carefully. No damages whatsoever. Really good experience overall. Recommend them to everyone we know.

The company that initially we thought was at the bottom of our list became the mover we used. It was very ironic as to how that came to be. Dependable Moving really showed us they were willing to fight for our business. It wasn’t only that tho. The fact that they used their own trucks a d employees really sold is come descion time. In the event of a change or a simple update we needed to make one call. The last thing anyone wants to do is sit on hold at a time if stress. If the two was available the manager was and we loved that. Quality assurance and customer service we apologize if we were a burden we were just worried. You guys all played a part into making us happy and the move perfect. We owe you one.

Dependable LLC was a company found along our search for our move. We wanted a real mover that could get a relocation done professionally fast and walk away without breaking anything. They showed up early to start packing. The larger pieces were taken down then placed in the rooms we asked on the other end. Once the furniture was on the truck anytime we called we found out exactly where our goods were. No problems no extra fees which equals a positive review and many referrals. We’ve moved in the past but never as good as this move was.

After about a week of talking to companies we felt good about moving forward with Dependable Movers. It starts with well trained sales people who aren’t shaking customers down for deposits because to us there is no bigger turn off. They gave us time to make our own choice. They helped us look over estimates and explain the difference in how each company prices a move. Many of the extras they gave us other companies were charging for. We had a strict budget with no room for additional fees and that’s what they were able to accomplish. They are great listeners and hire amazing personnel. This move went so smooth I can’t believe it went as smooth as it did and it’s all due to communication.

Great work all around! These are real movers that take care if it’s clients. We found Dependable Movers online after having another company come to our home to give us a quote. That same quote for the exact same move was 4200 cheaper working with Dependable LLC. They were willing to do the extra work and show us the effort. We didn’t want a company to show up and manhandle our important items or take our money and show up when it was Convenient. We were on a tight schedule and didn’t have the ability to move dates and or times. They did all we wanted and more and they did it all themself. Highly recommended for hard work.

Sometimes things go a lot smoother then you could ever plan it. Dependable LLC literally stepped over all the other movers we spoke to and asked us what we wanted in a mover what our budget was and from there they would make it readable. They worked very hard to put it right at our price point. Unfortunately a few pieces had to be left behind. All the furniture was delicately handled and nothing went missing. It’s not often you find such a reliable company but fit our sake thankfully we did. Thank you Dependable LLC.
