We just recently moved from New Jersey to Florida we found a really nice piece of property to finally retire on. Over the years we accumulated a good amount of furniture and there’s no way we could have rented a truck and did to ourself so we decided to put our information online and start talking to some companies that ran that route. Dependable LLC was the highest rated company we spoke to and we were happy to see such a positive feedback online from some of your prior clients. The moving associate we worked with stayed with us from the first call all the way through delivery. The movers started early and were on the road within a few hours. It goes without saying the best part about all the was not having to pay extra money once our furniture was on the truck like so many other movers like to do. Thank you for all your help and treating our furniture as if it were your own. Everything showed up in the condition it left in and we had zero problems. Appreciate all.

We found dependable movers LLC online after visiting a few review sites as well as the Better Business Bureau. We wanted a company that was first in for most and operator meaning that they were not broker out our move and a company that was based out of New Jersey. We found exactly that anymore with this company. I’ve never met such a more knowledgeable group of associates that clearly had been in this field for many years. Our schedules were not as flexible as most so we had to operate in small windows and they made all the combinations for us. Everything went on great. Dependable Movers was much better then any moving company we have ever used before. They were proper and had a much longer and elaborate process. They were exclusively about helping us. First they showed us all of our items on paper so we can begin to make changes and adjust our list. Dependable Moving Company was the first and only company we spoke to regarding our relocation. They were a company we used about 4 years ago and we said if we have had to move again that this was the company we would use and we did. Very much like the last time everything was in order. I’m a very picky person when it comes to picking a company for service. The moving industry was no different and to be quite honest it was much more complicated. Most every moving company I spoke to was very similarly structured And the differences were hard to find. One of the major differences I found from company to company is that somewhere the actual movers while others were moving brokers. I did not want to moving broker I wanted to work with the same company from pick up to delivery. Dependable movers was the answer to all my questions. When’s my furniture was picked up I was able to call the same number and get updates on the same truck that my furniture had last time. The pricing was well with in line of other companies but the service was much better. Nearest to say I would absolutely use them again and I am happy to recommend them.

Being that they are from our state they were able to come to your home and do a walk-through and see the furniture for themselves. This way I move down here will be no discrepancy or mistakes when it came time to load the furniture as far as size and weight. It was a short move - 120 miles, same day, next state. The movers, Victor and his two assistants, arrived ontime, and got to work, working quickly and efficiently, and with care. Victor was an experienced mover and managed his assistants well. The move went smoothly and delivery was quick and efficient, Everything arrived in perfect condition. I was very pleased with their service.

Dependable LLC was an all inclusive full service moving company. With my entire household as well as three of my vehicles. They were able to schedule the pick up for the cars the same day as the household. We got a flat rate and an excellent price. The movers came in and boxed up everything, wrapped all the furniture and loaded their trucks carefully. Watching them you can tell this is the type of work they do every single day. They don’t Just tell you where she want to hear or yes you did yeah they make sure that everything is covered from every aspect so I moved a nobody asked to pay any extra money than anticipated. The movers took our furniture and loaded it carefully onto the truck. One of our fears were that piece it would fall and intern damage out there by the grace of God that did not happen. It was a joy working with Dependable Moving company. We are elderly and don’t have much help and it’s been documented sometimes people take advantage of a situation like that. They talked very slow and clearly and answered any questions we had. They made it easy to understand the contract was straight forward and no extra money was asked for. We found this company online out of New Jersey that was very highly rated. They came recommended from a family friend that moved them about a year ago and they were very pleased with the service. We decided to give them a try. We gave them a list of her items and they came back with a fantastic price. They also help us look over other quotes from companies we got quotes from. They wanted to make sure we feel comfortable before moving forward and that meant a lot to us. Sometimes it’s the small things that really sealed the deal in this company has a lot of them.

Dependable moving took care of us as if we were family. We didn’t have the connection with other companies the way we had with them. I had no idea how to start this week it one step at a time and it was one less thing to worry about and ultimately we got there. We got a great price, the dates that we needed and delivery time frame that was so important to us. We ever had to move again we wouldn’t even waste our time talking to otherwise companies we would go directly to you that’s how great the mood was. It was nice working with true professionals and people that do this stuff every day we are so relieved that it’s over but so grateful we got the chance to work with you.

Dependable moving LLC says it all in the name. They are extremely reliable and dependable to get you picked up on time and get your drinks that we were going to be as fast as possible. Also educated as if you are flexible on our move date if they can squeeze us into another truck to save us an additional thousand dollars. Luckily for us we had a little bit of flexibility so we took advantage of it. Our sales reps with us from start to finish and do all the inns and out of the business. Online search that we ran into submitted information on came up with dependable movers says the suggested moving company. We spoke to them and told them exactly what we want it moved in the email this an estimate with their contract detailing the price as well as the procedure. We spoke to you between five and seven different ones And fell in love with dependable movers. We like the way their inventory checklist reset up all the paperwork was easy to follow and they always answered all of our questions. They made this move stress free and easy for us. I have friends you’ve had bad experiences as well and I’m happy to say that I’m not another one that made that list. They do quality work and treat everyone equally that’s why they will be recommended.

I normally do not write reviews, but I am writing this one to hopefully save someone from choosing to move with this company. I picked dependable movers back in September to help with my move from TN to MN. The move was schedule form September 25th or 26th (they have a 2 day window). September 25th came and I did not receive a call so I reached out to them, and they said they would be in contact with me the next day to schedule what time they would show up on the 26th. The next day I still received no phone call so I reached out to them again and was told that there was an issue and asked if I had any wiggle room in my move date. I did not my lease ended that day.. They told me that they would find someone to be there at the end of the day. I called back a bit later and the ops manager Benjamin told me he was still working on finding someone. Later around 4:45pm Benjamin called me saying that they were canceling the move and would just refund me the money so I could find a new moving company.. Yes like I am going to find a brand new moving company at 4:45pm the day I need to move out and move to MN.. On a side note it is now October 18th and they still have not refunded me my money even though I have reached out to them countless times now.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Dependable movers beat out every other company that we talk to. We got the best price from them plus the best service and that’s everything we wanted in a moving company. We wanted to ensure that we would get picked up on our dates and delivered within two weeks and they did exactly that. Everybody was very friendly and helpful and educational and helping us make our decision. I know each move berries with the details but at the end of the day we want to know if charges in the same truck doing the pick up and delivery and that’s what we got great job guys.

Happy to say the relocation is finally complete. It was a perfectly executed job done by dependable movers out of New Jersey. We had a great time working with them but most of all they cater to our every need. They made sure we knew what pieces needed to be wrapped and handled and what services that their company did so there was no gray area were questions at any point. They showed us exactly who they are on the Internet And we did our own research as well. The customer service department worked with the building owner as far as scheduling the elevator and parking the truck. All we did was relocate our animals and the movers took care of it all. Very lucky that we found them.
