Dependable LLC was an all inclusive full service moving company. With my entire household as well as three of my vehicles. Great work all around! These are real movers that take care if it’s clients. We found Dependable Movers online after having another company come to our home to give us a quote. That same quote for the exact same move was 4200 cheaper working with Dependable LLC. They were willing to do the extra work and show us the effort. We didn’t want a company to show up and manhandle our important items or take our money and show up when it was Convenient. We were on a tight schedule and didn’t have the ability to move dates and or times. They did all we wanted and more and they did it all themself. Highly recommended for hard work.

We spoke to them and told them exactly what we want it moved in the email this an estimate with their contract detailing the price as well as the procedure. I normally do not write reviews, but I am writing this one to hopefully save someone from choosing to move with this company. I picked dependable movers back in September to help with my move from TN to MN. The move was schedule form September 25th or 26th (they have a 2 day window). September 25th came and I did not receive a call so I reached out to them, and they said they would be in contact with me the next day to schedule what time they would show up on the 26th. The next day I still received no phone call so I reached out to them again and was told that there was an issue and asked if I had any wiggle room in my move date. I did not my lease ended that day.. They told me that they would find someone to be there at the end of the day. I called back a bit later and the ops manager Benjamin told me he was still working on finding someone. Later around 4:45pm Benjamin called me saying that they were canceling the move and would just refund me the money so I could find a new moving company.. Yes like I am going to find a brand new moving company at 4:45pm the day I need to move out and move to MN.. On a side note it is now October 18th and they still have not refunded me my money even though I have reached out to them countless times now.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Happy to say the relocation is finally complete. It was a perfectly executed job done by dependable movers out of New Jersey. We had a great time working with them but most of all they cater to our every need. We exchanged emails and pictures and calls until we had it all just right. They have people on the back end who will call you Days leading up to your move to see if you want to make any adjustments or changes to the previous list. They allocated just enough space for us and we didn’t pay a dollar more than the total on paper. We were afraid of being overcharged and waiting months but they fast and efficient and well within our budget. Great work by a great company.

Most importantly they are not brokers who handle all of their relocations on their own. We are from New Jersey and we wanted a moving company that was based out of NJ. Do you realize that this probably doesn’t matter but it was just one of those small things that would make us feel more comfortable knowing that we had a mover that was familiar with the states in the roads and all the conditions. We had a certain date that we wanted to be picked up on which was not a problem with their company. We also needed them to pack up the entire house including boxes we did not have time to do that which also wasn’t a problem. We took they’re quoting compared it against the others and they were by far the best. They have a license that is in Good standing and they treated us or respect from the first call to the final delivery. I had selected this company because of the numerous great reviews from others and some recommendations I had read online. The initial conversation was great, they were transparent, courteous and walked me through the whole process. However, now that my items have been picked up I really regret my decision. Since I was moving to the west coast from the midwest, the estimated time frame was 10-21 days. This day came and went with only one call saying my items were going to dispatch. It has been 23 days now and after calling them three times I now have been told that they won't be loaded until the end of next week (today is a Tuesday). I really wasn't prepared to go over a month with no furniture, kitchenware, or a place to put my clothes! They offer $30 a day that the window is missed, but this really doesn't seem adequate for the inconvenience.

Dependable movers was very impressive. I have never in my life used a moving company to go from state to state or even left a review on the website for that matter. This is one of those rare cases where we were shocked of how well and smooth the move went. We are skeptics by nature so we want to see for her self what they are really about. We spoke to many other movers but just didn’t have the connection we did with them. They were extremely honest and very very patient with us. We would call constantly ask questions ask for updates and they never seem bothered by it at all. They are very friendly and always available and that’s extremely important to us.
