They dedicated so much time to making sure we had the precise moving estimate so on move date we didn’t have any last minute charges, changes or any other surprises. We sent over pictures and even did a FaceTime walkthrough to ensure we didn’t miss anything. They have people on the back end who will call you Days leading up to your move to see if you want to make any adjustments or changes to the previous list. They allocated just enough space for us and we didn’t pay a dollar more than the total on paper. We were afraid of being overcharged and waiting months but they fast and efficient and well within our budget. Great work by a great company.

Dependable Moving was a company we found online that was New Jersey that has great positive feedback from previous clients as well as a reputable time in business. Most importantly they are not brokers who handle all of their relocations on their own. So what that means is no middle man and everyone who works for them are background checked and drug tested randomly. My fear was having strangers in our home around valuables. I’m the end the move was fast and nothing was damaged or missing. Our representative stayed with us from the first call to the final delivery. It was nice knowing that if we needed to adjust or change anything someone was available at any hour. Can’t say enough about the quality of work. They are the real deal.

Dependable Movers was the first company we spoke to. We spent over an hour on the phone with them just to make sure we didn’t miss a single thing. They ask questions to things that we didn’t even think about it and we answered them these guys know the business inside and out. When it came time for final pricing they give us any discount that they could apply which brought the move down several hundred dollars. Most importantly were able to get picked up on our dates and delivered in our timeline and we save some money in the process. It goes without saying that we would use them again they were the best moving company we’ve ever used.

We are from New Jersey and we wanted a moving company that was based out of NJ. Do you realize that this probably doesn’t matter but it was just one of those small things that would make us feel more comfortable knowing that we had a mover that was familiar with the states in the roads and all the conditions. We had a certain date that we wanted to be picked up on which was not a problem with their company. We also needed them to pack up the entire house including boxes we did not have time to do that which also wasn’t a problem. We took they’re quoting compared it against the others and they were by far the best. They have a license that is in Good standing and they treated us or respect from the first call to the final delivery. It’s harder than you think the phone companies like this nowadays and I hope this review help somebody out their narrow it down to at least consider working with them because they are a great company. I had selected this company because of the numerous great reviews from others and some recommendations I had read online. The initial conversation was great, they were transparent, courteous and walked me through the whole process. However, now that my items have been picked up I really regret my decision. Since I was moving to the west coast from the midwest, the estimated time frame was 10-21 days. This day came and went with only one call saying my items were going to dispatch. It has been 23 days now and after calling them three times I now have been told that they won't be loaded until the end of next week (today is a Tuesday). I really wasn't prepared to go over a month with no furniture, kitchenware, or a place to put my clothes! They offer $30 a day that the window is missed, but this really doesn't seem adequate for the inconvenience.

Dependable movers was very impressive. I have never in my life used a moving company to go from state to state or even left a review on the website for that matter. This is one of those rare cases where we were shocked of how well and smooth the move went. We are skeptics by nature so we want to see for her self what they are really about. We spoke to many other movers but just didn’t have the connection we did with them. They were extremely honest and very very patient with us. We would call constantly ask questions ask for updates and they never seem bothered by it at all. They are very friendly and always available and that’s extremely important to us.

Dependable Van lines was able to move our household as well as our vehicles the same day. The only problem with our move date where is that it was a weekend it was booked out with many of the other companies we spoke too. Transfer of Van lines had the availability we were looking for and got us deliver extremely fast. They would call and check up on us to make sure we were happy with the service and got everything we were looking for and that means a lot to us. For us it wasn’t just about the money I want to feel like a valued customer and not just another client and transfer of Van lines did exactly that. You can see that with all the positive reviews the previous clients leave and we are just another one adding to the mix very happy with the service.

Dependable movers was able to come to our home and do an on-site estimate because we live in New Jersey. They gave us a flat fee for taking care of all the furniture and packing up every single item inside our house into boxes. Your company was very straightforward and honest about the charges and told us how to protect ourselves from any damages that could occur from an unforeseen event and just making sure there is plenty of room on the moving truck. The original estimate we got came down Once the truck was loaded so needless to say we were happy about that as well. Everybody work together to make sure that the items got placed in the rooms that we desired. Thank you for cutting cost the way you did that money goes a long way during the holidays. I really got to say that taking a little extra time to find a moving company was what we needed. The first go-round of movers did not satisfy us not one bit. We came across dependable movers because we live in New Jersey so we figured that’s give them a try. We were on the phone with them for two hours the first time we called. The two most important things with our personal relocation was being picked up on our day and delivered in the window that we were asking for. The reason being is that my husband was starting his new job and we wanted a few days to set up before he had to go back to work.
