We are so pleased with all the service from Dependable Moving LLC. It wasn’t your typical quick inventory here’s the price now pay. They made us feel very welcome and comfortable in understanding how the move would be priced and what could potentially affect a price to go honor down. They explained that regardless we would only be responsible for the amount of space we occupy. If it would be less we would pay less if it took up a little more we would have to pay that as well. Most other companies just breeze through the process in hopes of sticking people on the day of the actual move but not them. They were very honest and friendly with us and we felt like valued clients. That’s what it takes to refer a company to your loved ones and family. You want to know that a particular company has the traits and respects the fact that moving is very costly and they did. Dependable LLC was the actual moving Company. They were not a broker they did the moves in their own trucks with their own employees. Their employees are all background checks and drug tested so we knew exactly who is in our home. These were a few of the little things that made us decide to use them over some of the others that called for our business. They. Discounted our move tremendously to put it well within our budget. We do not have all the money in the world so we had to do this the right way. Our furniture never switch trucks and we always had an update on where it was while it was in transit we thank you for all your hard work and service.

Move was smooth. Couldn’t have gone any better. Dependable LLC were the ideal movers. They were on time and we got a great price. We got the best price of all the movers that called us. However not every mover had the reputation and experience that they possess. We told them what we wanted moved and what we wanted packed and they put a package together and gave us a price it was really that simple. That’s what we expected and that’s what we got. We didn’t have time to talk to every qualified mover nor did we want to. We liked what we had in them and trusted them to do the move right. We were completely lost In information after we submitted our request to start getting calls from various moving companies. Everybody told us the same thing, that it was the busiest time of year and that it was in her best interest to make a deposit on the spot. Im very pleased with the way they handled my furniture and other house items that I have. I had a very bad experience with another company that broke my dads painting and it was very sentimental to me. Something that can't be replaced. Dependable movers are professional and great workers. It was a blast working with Dependable LLC. They were The first company that called us out of six other companies. He felt you had the most experience sales representative‘s out of all the others we spoke to. We even got a chance to speak to the owner and the sales manager throughout the process so we knew we were dealing with some kid sitting in the basement trying to scam us for money. We moved a lot of antiques and furniture that meant a lot to us so it’s important that it got there safely. The price was great but the service was even better. The dispatch department was always there to coordinate our move in anytime we needed to make a change our sakes guy was always there. I know now that this is the busiest time of year so in the future if we do you need to move during the summer months we are going to Parker move 3 to 4 months in advance. They were a tad higher then the rest until we really started to read the moving quote. Reason the other companies were cheaper was because they were quoting us for less space, making it look like we were saving money but our move date we would be paying a lot more. We have our representative to thank for that as well as a great team and great management. One little thing like that can get people caught up for thousands of dollars just feeling blessed it wasn’t ys. You guys saved our summer.

They keptvto their word and saved us money any way they could. They showed us all their credentials and lengthy of time in business. They arrange the elevator time and had the road blocked off they covered all bases. This was definitely not their first rodeo.
