The only problem with our move date where is that it was a weekend it was booked out with many of the other companies we spoke too. The two most important things with our personal relocation was being picked up on our day and delivered in the window that we were asking for. The reason being is that my husband was starting his new job and we wanted a few days to set up before he had to go back to work. Apparently dependable movers is very used to the same type of situation. We also had an additional pick up they needed to be factored in. We left all the moving to their team and they put it all together for us. We did not encounter any setbacks or additional money charged. We were able to get picked up and delivered when we needed And the service could not have been better. Dependable movers was our saving grace. They called us and we began to go room by room listing off all the items we planned on bringing. From that point they asked us which items needed special packing for any type of special treatment. They offered to pack her televisions free of charge and also gave us some complementary boxes. We put our trust in this company and they did right by us on every level. They would call us with status updates and we knew where our grades were at all times. Their dispatch department coordinated everything from where the truck will be parked and for how long and even spoke and reserve the elevator for us on a delivery end.
