I have been asked to post a review about the services I have received so here I am.
Comunication with the office was verry good.They also made all the parking arrangements and responded to my emails quickly.
The crew that moved us were polite, courteous and very proffesional.
They had to dismantle our bed which they did without any problems.Nothing was scratched or damaged
Also they used covers for our mattress and our 3 seater.
The price we think was very good for what they had to do.We moved from a 2 bedroom flat on the 2nd floor to a house.On the move day we had a big truck and. 3 men.
To summarize I would recommend them and use again as I can not fault any part of their service.

City Removals moved us from a 3-bedroom house to a 2-bedroom flat across London. They packed us, moved us, and put everything into the right rooms in the new place, all in 7.5 hours. It was amazing to watch them work; they were so careful with all our belongings, took apart furniture that needed it, and then put it back together in the new place. We have a lot of artwork, and this was packed with the utmost care; not a single thing was broken or damaged. I got quotes from 3 companies (all well-reviewed on this site), and City Removals was the least expensive, plus all the other companies wanted to do the move over 2 days, which would have been much less convenient for us. A week or so after the move, they came and picked up all the boxes and packing materials! I couldn't have asked for a more professional, efficient, and cost-effective move. I am thrilled with the service, and would most certainly use them again for a future move and would recommend them to anyone! .

We had City removals deliver our belongings from storage last week.They kept them for 3 months.Everything arrived in perfect condition with no damages and nothing missing. The whole experience has been pleasant.The removal crews were polite and professional on both occasions,when they collected and when they deliverred.All our furniture was wrapped and treated with very good care. The office staff as well could not do enough to help us,organized parking,storage and always answerred phones and e-mails quickly. All in all a very good company to deal with.

We have used this company for our house move and we have been kindly asked to post a review.
We had a 2 bedroom flat on the 1st floor and they packed and moved us all in one day.
Everything went smoothly with no damages. The guys were extremely polite and helpful and always could not do enough to help us. All of them spoke good English, were clean and uniformed.
I was impressed at how they took apart and reassembled our beds and wardrobes. They demonstrated great care towards our belongings throughout the whole move.
Also I have now opened the majority of the boxes from the packing service and I saw how well everything was packed inside. My kitchen is now full of plastic bags with tissue paper, which I guess is a good thing.
Based on our experience with this company I would wholeheartedly recommend them as they provided us with a very good service.

All in all a very good experience. We had a home visit about 3 weeks before our move day. A lady from this company came and had a look around. She made a very good impression to us as she seemed to be professional and thorough. Next day we received the quote via e-mail. The service was nothing short of perfect both on our move day and on the packing day. We had 3 very strong, clean and polite lads on both days. They worked very fast and quiet. My move-day stress was gone from the moment I saw them wrapping the sofa and mattresses with their covers and we than realized we are on good hands. Also all our furniture was dismantled and reassembled without any problems. The price was not the cheapest although not the most expensive either, but like the old saying goes you get what you pay for. We both can say that we have been very happy …almost impressed with the service we have received and would 100 per-cent recommend them to others. Thank you.

What a pleasant experience! Professional from the start, prompt communication, and very competitive prices.  We moved from a 3 bedroom semi-detached to a 3 bedroom terraced house just two blocks away.  The total move took 2 days with the first being the packing day.  The men who came to pack and move were friendly and efficient - they did an exceptional job with moving our furniture and were extremely careful with everything.   Thank you again and we will be calling you the next time we need to move!

I have used City Removals to pack and store our 4 bedroom house for 3 months.We have just received our stuff yesterday and everything was perfect.I cannot fault the service we received in anyway.They work with Big Yellow in terms of storage so even though they were a bit more expensive we chose to use them over other companies who use containarized storage as we felt this option was the safest.
The removal guys were extremely polite and professional, uniformed and clean with a very positive attitude and good language comunication.They wrapped everyhting and handled all our belongings throughout the move with care.They were on time on both occasions and stuck to the deal we had from the begining without any extra charges or nasty surprizes.
Also we have just finished unpacking almost everihitng and I cannot see any damages or breakages.
I would be more than happy to use their services again and recommend them to others.A truly great service with a decent price tag.

Our experience with City Removals was exceptional, from quote through to removal.
Nicola visited our property to assess the items that were being moved and transport/resource requirements. She was professional, very clear, and answered all questions honestly. The quote for the job was promptly provided. It was neither the cheapest nor the most expensive quote we received. £1200 to move the contents of a three bed house from London to Kent, including a piano that needed to be placed upstairs in the new house. This price also included a full packing service.
Our decision to use City Removals was based partially on the quote (price and professional nature of the assessment and presentation), but also on account of excellent reviews on the internet.
Our move was complex. We started with a quote for removal over a single day, but this quickly morphed into two removals; half of the move took place in early December, and half in early February. City Removals was most understanding about the changing requirements and provided additional quotes on this new basis, and a further quote for the removal of additional items. We ended up with a price of £1450, which reflected two moves rather than one, and included an amplifier and washing machine that weren't initially included in the quote.
The delivery team turned up on time for both removals, and was absolutely brilliant. Friendly, professional and hard-working. Goods were well packaged in clearly marked boxes, loaded with care, and unloaded in the correct room at the new property. The team clearly took pride in its work and provided excellent service with minimum fuss. I can't say enough good things about this company, and I'd recommend them without a moment's hesitation.

From the first contact until their crew left our house everything impressed us. Firstly a very nice lady, called Nicola came and saw our house. We had a good old chat and she responded to all our queries professionally.We also took their packing service as my husband works and I am very busy with our 13 months old daughter. When the guys came I found them to be very polite and considerate towards our requirements. I have asked them to take their shoes off and this was done without any complaints. The packing service was done very professional and quite fast. It took them about 5 hours to pack all of our house. They also labelled all the boxes and did some dismantling to save some time on the move day.The following day , the same crew came which was reassuring as I already knew them. They also used furniture covers for our two sofas, armchair and all the bed mattresses, just like Nicola explained.Once at our new house , again I have asked them to take their shoes off as we had new carpets and  it was done without any complaints. I have also asked them to assemble my daughter’s cot before 07:00 PM (so I can put her to sleep)and they did.The whole process was smooth and stress free. Everything  was done professionally and we felt very well looked after by both the office staff and the crew that did our move.

These guys are fantastic. We used them for moving house. The two guys who moved our stuff were 2 really friendly Romanian chaps (sorry didn't get their names). They were very discrete and professional and did a great job and would definitely use again and recommend to friends and family. They were quick too and were very careful with all our possessions. We were moving from a one bed flat and did all our own packing so cost was £450 which I think is very good. .
