We have recently used this company to move from Romford to Epsom. They very kindly offered to do a home survey,something that not many companies agree.We would have never chosen any company without seeing someone eye to eye.
Nicola was a very nice and polite lady who answered all our questions honestly.She was also very thorough in looking over our belongings. In our word she inspired trust.
The quote came in the following day and it was quite competitive so we decided to commit.
On the day the guys came on time.The move went along nicely with no breakages.The men were very organized and very experienced.They saw the house in the morning and started to work.
The whole moving experience was smooth and pleasant.We were left quite impressed by the whole thing.We imagined moving men are rough and not very polite but this crew changed our mind.Also they were clean and spoke English so communication wasn't a problem.
Based on our experience I would not hesitate in recommending this company.

We moved 2 weeks ago from our property in Romford to nearby Hornchurch.
Our decision to use this company was based on their online reputation which seems to be rather good ,the very good impression their assessor made when he visited our property and of course the price.
The service was excellent from start to finish.The crew we had was from Romania but they spoke very good English and we had no trouble communicating with them.
They worked fast  and professional all the time.Also always happy to share a joke just to ease the stress of the day.
As we had to move quite fast because of our 2 children our crew was made of 3 people.
By 5 PM they were on their way home.
We are very happy with the way this company behaved and with the men that helped us and we have no hesitation in recommending.

City Removals moved us from a small 2 bedroom flat on the second floor in Romford to a temporary house across the road. The whole service was extremely good.The 2 chaps worked very hard and were very careful with everything.They were also very polite and clearly they are instructed by the company to be as nice as they can be. It took them 3 and a half hours to load all the flat into the truck.Their stamina is absolutely impressive.Almost 4 hours of constantly going up and down 4 flights of stairs and no sign of fatigue. They had a short 30 minute brake before unloading all in the new house with the same speed and efficiency. We will definitely use them again when ee will finally move into our new place hopefully in 6 months time.

We booked City Removals for a move from Essex to Kent and I was extremely happy with the service we received. The removal team were punctual, friendly, and took great pride in their work and within minutes of them being there I knew I had chosen the right company. They moved things with care and wrapped things to keep them safe (like my easy to scratch coffee table) before transporting them to the van. They also provided cases for the sofas and lent us some boxes for the few things we had forgotten to pack up. Lastly when it came to unloading they placed things with care and took care navigating around tight corners, they were also happy to move things if we wanted them in a slightly different place. I would definitely recommend this company.

I was recommended this company from a work colleague and was so pleased. The packed and moved me from my 1 bed flat into a 3 bed terrace within the space of 5 hours (including an hour break while waiting for keys).

We had relatively little furniture but the furniture we did have were large items (mahogany super king bed) or antiques. Can confirm none of my furniture pieces were damaged in the move as they wrapped and packed them up superbly.

The gents on the day were really friendly and we moved on the day which so far this year had the most rainfall. There were no damp/damages regardless of the rain.

I have already recommended their services to a friend and will to many many more.

We found this company on line.They also came and visited our property.We were convinced by their good on line reviews,by their very polite surveyor and by the fact that they are members of the British Asociation of Removers.
The service provided was top notch and totally hassle free.Boxes were delivered in advance,parking was booked with the council,e-mails were promptly answered,no hidden charges..just a really good and honest service.
The men that took care of our move were from Romania,not that this matters in any way.They spoke good english and communication was not a problem.They were polite,maybe overlypolite sometimes and made the whole move look easy.
A definite yes to back up the company and we would certainly use again.

We recently used city removals to do a full house removal including packing, dismantling wardrobes and unpacking at new house. The quote for this we thought was very reasonable an given we couldn’t do much as we had a 10 week old baby they was very little needed doing prior to them coming on removal day.
The only bad point was that they couldn’t go up the attic for insurance purposes.

When at the other house the previous owners hadn’t properly moved out so they did what they could and worked hard into night to make sure my baby boy had a cott to sleep in that night.

Cant thank city move enough for their amazing service!!

We booked this company to collect and store our things from Manchester.The storage place was in London.2 weeks later when we found a flat they brought everything back.
The whole service was excellent.The most important thing is we have no damages and nothing missing.
We also needed acces to our room and they provided us  with the acces codes.All the things were very well stacked and they also used plenty of blankets inside the storage room.
Delivery from storage was booked for 2 PM but they arrived a little bit earlyer.As we dis not have the keys they were happy to wayt and made no fuss about it.
They also took their shoes off when we asked them as to not dirty the carpets,because it was raining outside.
All in all a very good service.

We used this company to move to London.We We wanted a London basee company rather than a local one to handle our move.
The only negative is that they arrvied 30 minutes late in the morning but this was acceptable as they came to us all the way from London.
Apart from this everything went as smooth as possible.3 very polite and hardworking men.They are clearly instructed to behave and to go beyond their job description to keep customers happy.
Altough it was a long day this was by no means their fault.They explained that they canot rush too much as their first priority is the safety of our things.Could not have agreed with them more.
Overall a very good experience and very good value for money.

I booked two lorries to collect a great deal of assorted furniture and belongings from several parts of the south of England. Both teams attended early and took great care in packing and stacking all my items. Everything was delivered and unloaded swiftly and in pristine condition. I have moved many times in the past 5 years and each time I have used a different company. I will definitely use these guys again. They were careful, efficient and professional from start to finish. To top it all they were incredibly reasonably priced. Great job. Thank you.
