City-Removals and Storage

We have used the services of this company to move the contents of a 1 bedroom flat from Central London to Aberdeen.
They packed and loaded our flat on one day and delivered the next.
On the second day, they arrived around 13:00 in Aberdeen, and had to wait another 2 hours until we got the keys.The guys were incredibly polite, hardworking and professional. Nothing was too much trouble and they managed to complete all our move without any damages, stolen items….etc.
Communication with the office was also 1stclass, with really helpful, well mannered, well spoken staff.

We recently moved home and used this company. All the people involved in our move have been fantastic and with this occasion I would like to say I big thank you.
The moving crew was very courteous and polite , and treated all our stuff with the utmost care and professionalism.
The office guys even organized the parking at both properties and have been very helpful in general. We cannot fault the company at all. Very reliable and professional service.
A first class experience that I would recommend to anyone.

We booked these movers based on the great reviews and I can only second that they did a fabulous job! The communication was flawless, prompt and very open. They were very accommodating regarding special requests and were very proactive in asking questions to make sure that all was being done properly and the way we wanted it. The movers were very polite and did an amazing job even with fragile items. We could completely trust them to handle everything well and this was a relieving feeling during a time when things can get stressful. We had more things than initially planned for and they handled this very proactively as well and were very generous with extra stuff they hadn't initially factored in. They even sent an extra person to help complete the move on time and didn't charge for him. They could have visited our flat beforehand to make sure the planning was correct, but we were very satisfied in the end with how everything went. They were super on time and just very skillful. I can't recommend them highly enough and will definitely book them again if we are moving.

Excellent service, friendly and polite staff, the previous owner of the house had left a sofa that the removal men kindly took out of the house for me. Everyone from the support staff to the removal men were friendly, courteous and very professional. I would definitely use them again. They also provided storage for me which made my life easier as they sourced and took my possessions to the storage location without me needing to be there which was a tome saver for me.

We had a large 3 bedroom house in Richmond and we have chosen this company to carry out the move to our new property after reading many good reviews.
Everything started with a home visit, which we thought was very thorough and professionaly conducted.
They than emailed the quote quickly which again was well presented and clear with all the costs laid out for us to see.
The packing service was done one day before.We had a 2 men crew who packed everything in around 8 hours.They did a very good job , with all the boxes clearly marked and paked with due care.We never thought we had so much stuff, as they packed more than 100 differrent size boxes.I guess a visit to the dump is a must in the near future.
On the move day a 4 men strong crew made our day as stress free as possible.They were clean, unifomed ,poilte and clearly knew what they were doing.They worked all day long without complaining and always willing to go the extra mile.
All our antique pieces were wrapped up inside the house with our couches and matresses protected with special covers.Also none of the dissmantelling and reassembeling they had to do posessed a problem to them as everything was taken apart and put back toegether perfectly.
The whole experience was refreshing and reassuring and we would not hesitate to recommend their services.Good job.

Extremely impressed by this lot.We had them for 1 long day in which they packed and moved all our belongings from a 2 bedroom flat.
Dismantelling and reassembeling was not a problem for them,as they were fully equipped and had the know how.Last time we moved our wardrobe was assembled in more than 1 hour ..they ve done it in 20 minutes.Aldo they were over carrefull with all out things, wrapping and covering them with all sorts of covers.All of them spoke english,were uniformed in company clothes and most of all were very very polite and willing to help.
A 5 star service with a top notch attitude from the guys.Recommended.

Everyone we dealt with at the company was friendly and helpful. We had to move at short notice, but everything went very smoothly thanks to the professionalism and efficiency of all concerned. We're particularly pleased that we used the packing service. The two guys who came worked really hard and boxed up our place far more quickly and more effectively than we could have done. They were also very careful. It wasn't the cheapest quote we had, but it was one of the cheapest and there were no hidden extras. All in all, terrific value. Moving house is stressful enough without choosing a dodgy removals firm. Hire this outfit and you'll have no worries. We're recommending them to all our friends and would definitely use them again.
