City-Removals and Storage

I have used City Removals for our recent move from a 4 bedroom house in  Wembley to another 4 bedroom house near Loughton.
This company was recommended to us by someone who has used them before.
The service provided throughout the move was excellent and extremely professional. The 5 men crew that did our removal were very polite courteous and knew exactly what they were doing. I was amazed by the ease with which they dismantled and reassembled all our furniture including a 4 door wardrobe and a large king size bed. Also they covered our mattresses, TV and couches in protective covers. Impressive stuff. They were cheerful and hardworking throughout the whole day, and it was quite a long one as we finished around 10:00PM
A day before a 3 men crew came and packed our entire house. They started at 08:00 AM and finished around 17:00.I cannot believe that they packed all our house in ONE day, given the amount of stuff we had. Should we have done this I think it would have taken ONE MONTH….LOL. I would advise anyone that is even thinking of packing on their own not to do it…..
Also the office took care of all our parking arrangements, they were very quick in answering our queries and extremely polite and accommodating. The survey of our property was arranged very quickly from the moment we made contact with them. Nicola was very professional in her survey and inspired trust from day one.
The price although not the cheapest was not prohibitive either and in the end I think it was money very well spent.

 In the end, I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone.

These guys are fantastic. They should be called City Fantastic Removals.
I called them after ,like many I guess I have read all this very good reviews about them on this website.
We had a great experience using this company. We had a large 4 bedroom house which was completely packed and moved in 2 days by this company.
The packers were amazing as even though with 3 kids running throughout the house the whole day, they still managed to finish the packing in reasonable time. They were extremely polite and easy going. All the boxes were labelled, packed professionally and with great care.
On the move day we had a 5 men crew. Again the 3 lads that did the packing a day before and another 2 new ones. All of them formed a great team as everyone clearly knew what they were doing and worked hard until we were safely moved in our new house.
Also it was nice to see that they spoke very nicely about their company, this clearly meaning that they get treated well. A nice thing to see and something that contributes for sure to them doing such a good job with so much dedication.
Nothing was damaged, nothing was missing, and they have treated us and our belongings extremely well and professional throughout the whole time they have been with us.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company as their work ethic, their staff and their approach to business and to clients is top notch.

I hired these guys because of the reviews in this site. They gave me a quote for removal into storage then delivery to the new address six weeks later. I thought the price was fair.
They arrived early and, realising that I was stressed out because I didn't think it woudl all fit in the van, they told me not to worry and leave it to them and that it would be fine. I had completely underestimated the number of boxes (I quoted 12 plus some furniture but at the end of the packing, which I did myself, I ended up with 60 boxes!). They reassured me I should not worry as they would sort all out and they did, also at the same price, only the storage was understanbly more expensive as I needed a bigger container.
They worked very hard without stopping and were professional, friendly and smiling all along. They even petted the cats.
The delivery was just as efficient, they arrived early, put everything in place and congratulated us on our new home. Very sweet. 
The communication with the office was good too and they repleid to emails timely and responded to all my questions.
It becomes self-fulfilling, the more good reviews they receive the more clients they get. You can only get good reviews by providing good service. So well done to them. I highly recommend and woudl use the again. .

Exactly what I would want from any service organisation: punctuality, good communication, outstanding output and honesty. A little on the pricey side but the service is definitely worth it. 
The quote was exact. Nicola who came for the quote was very professional. She gave us the confidence that everything would be alright. Considering the fact that both my wife and I are control freaks, this was a big relief and a good start to a potentially move that also includes a toddler!
For me the most impressive part was when they found my wife's lost jewellery somewhere in the flat and cash in our library that we had forgotten about. They immediately brought these to us. If I move again I will use them again.
The team members were very polite and professional. We moved a three bedroom flat within the same neighbourhood. The guys very efficient. Our stuff was packed in just a few hours by two super human packers. All the dismantling was done very smoothly. The transportation, unloading and assemlby of the furniture were equally succesful. Not a single glass is broken!

Great Removal Company. We were very happy with them. They packed everything according to our instructions and with great care as at the end nothing was scratched or damaged. The crew that helped us, I think they were polish, but I can’t fault them. Great guys , very hard working and with a can do attitude. Don’t be worried if you chose to use them as they have done an outstanding job for us and our move was quite a tricky one….ahh…almost forgot.. Alex the office guy was also great to deal with.
