Removals.

My experience with Best Rate Removals was a fantastic one. They were professional, friendly and very efficient. I could not have asked for more from them.
They came to my house to collect my things, took everything from each room and packed it neatly into the van.
They drove me with my items to my destination (a storage facility) and then preceded to load my storage room with all of my items exactly as I had asked.
They waited patiently while I completed paperwork and even dropped me back home afterwards.
Stellar service.

Excellent service.

I was let down on the day of my house move by a another removal company who had double booked. I was really stuck as needed to shift the entire contents of a 4 bed house in 3 hours. Best Rate picked up the call and were with me in an hour. Theyr team were fantastic. Helpful, friendly, no fuss. The job was done in 3 hours and they saved the day. I would have no desitation in recommending them to anyone and would definitely call them when needed.

Moving furniture.

Lovely and helpful service. Staff were polite, knowlegable and respectful on the day. Although I needed to move only a few items, I felt I was given a 5 star service. Most importantly they moved the items caringly and secured properly during the transportation. I felt reassured  and definetily will be using them again. Well done and wish I knew of them before. Would recommend to anyone no matter the size and quantity. Well done!

Simply the BEST!

This company is the best moving company I have ever used! They went above and beyond to keep their commitment to me. Competitive rates, honest, reliable, punctual, friendly, polite and very efficient. They did a fantastic job, all my furniture was moved without a scratch, all fragile items were intact! If you want a good company then look no further, this is it. I will recommend them to all my friends and family.

Review.

Efficient and professional service. Team was punctual, attentive to detail and belongings and took great care of all items. Recommend them highly to anyone who requires their service. Most honest and reliable. Organisation of all details around moving as well as communication were great, didn't have to lift a finger. What is normally a very stressful experience was turned by the team into most pleasant and hassle free. Would definitely use their service again.

Great removing of 2300 cubic feet.

We had to move our fully packed 5 bedroom house with lots of china, glasses and nice furnitures and lots of storage. The move has been planned very late & during the busiest week of the year. So asked Best rate removal to do both packing and delivery. The service was excellent and very professional. The team was very polite and helpful and the move was done as planned. A relieve as moving is always very stressful. I was impressed by the packing team as it was done perfectly and very quickly. On the day of the move, the process was very smooth as well. With an experience of 8 moves already in the UK and abroad with various companies, I can confirm that I highly recommend BEST RATE REMOVALS following my positive experience.

Great service.

I chose Best Rate Removals because they came back to me with a  quote very quickly and they were in fact the best rate I found. All throughout the booking process Svetoslav from the office was very helpful and  made me feel at ease regarding the moving itself. On the day of the removal Todor and Miro arrived on time and started the job straight away. They were very quick and professional and took care of our belongings even though they had to carry them down three floors. Professional, Efficient Move - Highly Recommend.

(First off: this site is great - so glad that we stumbled upon it before committing to a removals company.) We chose Best Rate Removals based on their competitive pricing along with the positive reviews on this website despite recommendations for other movers by friends and colleagues. Best Rate did an excellent job of moving our 1 bedroom flat in mid-August. They arrived exactly on time, worked carefully and efficiently to move our boxes and furniture, and were always professional and courteous. All of our belongings were perfectly in tact, nothing damaged (though we did pack everything ourselves). We will use again!
