The team were professional, reliable and swift but with no damage.  They followed instructions to the letter with a friendly smile.  Had good communication, including a call when running a few minutes late due to rush-hour traffic.  We were delighted to receive such fantastic service given that we were only able to book three working days before the move and were grateful to the team for being willing to hire an additional vehicle in order to fit us into their packed schedule.

We needed a removal company and storage asap. After checking on Checkatrade we went with Best Rate Removals. They did our removal in two halves, first they packed and moved to a storage unit and then they had to delivery to our new premises in South London. The guys on both days were very polite, friendly, helpful and worked really hard. They were very clean and there was no damages or problems. I would highly recommend Best Rate Removals as they made a big job very easy especially for my mum who didn't take to moving very well. Overall I would say if you need to be moved use Best Rate Removal.

I have just moved from Stockwell to Kennington - so not far, but still with all the stress & pressure of moving out of one large property into another!
I did all my research and received quotes from no less than 5 companies.  In the end, based on both price & reviews I decided to take a leap of faith and use Best Rate Removals (I hadn't heard of them before).
I am so pleased I did.  What an excellent company.  From start to finish. On moving day itself, led by Sali, the guys were efficient, courteous and respectful of all my belongings.  I couldn't be in 2 places at once, so Sali kindly took responsibility of locking up the first property whilst I was at the second - it were these little things that really helped.
My 2 children were also under their feet, but the team took it all in their stride, with such great humour and kindness.
We were 'on the clock' because of parking restrictions & they worked exactly to time, irrespective that both homes have numerous flights of stairs! Amazing feat of organisation.
And finally, I got charged what was quoted.
Don't hesitate to use this company - I won't if I happen to move again.

I contacted this company to come and give me a quote for two office moves. They arrived the following morning on time and I was given a quote the same day. After having a couple of other quotes from other companies, I decided on best rate removals, mainly as their price was the cheapest. The staff arrived on time. They worked flat out and nothing was too much trouble for them. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend them to any company planning an office move.

I would totally recommend Best Rate. Good communication from Ivan who was our contact via emails and phone. His quotes were clear and was very flexible with costs and time of moving.

It was all very straightforward on emails and Ivan was able to quote us from the descriptions we gave.

On the day the guys picked me up from Surbiton and was 10mins early. They were polite and professional and were really quick at loading up the van. We then got to my girlfriends place in Westbourne Park and their service was still just as good here. We then get to our new home in Richmond and even though they had to park on a very small street during a rubbish day for weather they didn't complain and again were quick at moving our stuff.

Moving is such a personal affair so to have faith and trust in removal guys is very very important and Best Rates helped us feel reassured throughout. The quote was also really good and exactly what the estimate was thanks to Ivan.

Best Rate removals gave us an excellent, efficient and cost effective service. From booking to collection and delivery all the personnel were helpful and polite. Pre removal boxes etc arrived on time, collection and delivery to the new office address was perfect.

Movers were patient and polite when delayed by access and delivered all our equipment without breakage.

We hope we don't have to move again for a long time but if we did we would certainly use Best Rate again!

Despite appalling weather and a hold-up with the solicitors on the day of our move, I was very impressed with the service I received from Best Rate Removals.

The staff were punctual, polite, helpful and patient. My move was awkward because access to the pick-up property needed to be pre-arranged (and hence the removal van had to be exactly on time); because the pick-up property was a fifth floor flat; and because of the aforementioned solicitor issues.

However, Best Rate were as professional and helpful as one would hope in the circumstances. Recommended.

I've used Best Rate removals in the past and they've delivered as before a top class service. The lads came on time, and did a fantastic job of helping me move out of my cramped two bed from North London into a 2 - bed semi detached in Bristol. They guys helped me with packing, which I always leave for the last minute and even had a few extra boxes in the van for my magazine and book collection, which was overflowing from my original packing materials. I thought it would take 12 boxes, but my library ended up filling nearly 20.The stairs were a plain, but the guys never complained. Being a musician I had many delicate musical instruments including a stand - up piano, which I was a bit worried about, but these guys did a fab job of taking meticulous care of my piano and three Fender guitars. The piano was very delicate, but they managed to get it in without any hi cups or problems and delivery all musical instruments safe and in one piece to Bristol. I had specific instructions about wrapping and securing my items in the van, which they followed. Even though I was on a split level, they moved quite quick and the move overall took less than expected, despite traffic.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to everyone and use them again in the future.
