We run estate agency business and use Best Rate removals for removal of tenants unwanted stuff as well as for storage of loandlord / tenant belongings. Simon & T-Jay always respond to our queries in a good manner and get the job organised in no time. They are very well organised, quick and reliable team worth recommending to other people with no hesitation.

I have used them twice in the last 3 yrs. They are really professional , efficient, flexible, friendly  and hardworking. I found them to be cost effective compared to other removal company! Highly Recommended - the absolute best!! They are ALWAYSn on time, extremely careful ( I have many antiques) I own several apartments,have employed Best Rate many times and never been disappointed. They are clean, take extreme care, each member is friendly and efficient. The most pleasant, professional and fast house move I ever had! The two guys turned up on time, they approached the job with care and consideration, worked tirelessly (didn't even ask for a coffee break) and showed amazing knowledge and skills. During the unpacking stage they even arranged the clothes and accessories by style and colour! I was amazed, all the thoughtful little things they added to the job saved me a lot of time and hassle!  Nothing was damaged, the job was well coordinated and the cost is shockingly low!! I moved from two bedroom flat last week and the guys from Best Rate who came to move me were incredible. When they arrived with the van I thought they will need to do two trips but they did it with only one, it was amazing the way the guys loaded the van. Everything was carefully brought down the stairs, great teamwork and the job was done in no time. I was searching for a while to find a good removal company and I have no regrets choosing Best Rate. Next time when i`m moving in six months I know who to call.

After doing a lot of research online over which company to use for our house move from Teddington to Walton on Thames, I chose Best Rate Removals as they were well reviewed, incredibly well priced and more importantly, were polite and professional in all their communications from the word go. We knew we'd need to make two round trips if using a 3.5 tonne Luton van, but Best Rate Removals still offered a much better price than renting a 7.5 tonne from elsewhere - plus for the fantastic rate per hour they quoted we had three professional movers included. We'd packed and boxed most of our contents ourselves but there was still a lot of furniture to shift between the properties on the move day. The removal team we had was absolutely outstanding. They were polite and courteous, handled all our items with care and worked non stop. They were friendly, fast and took a huge amount of stress out of the move. They made 2 round trips in under 5 hours, unloaded the van incredibly fast and were total gents to me, my wife and my family.  Without a doubt Best Rate Removals are the best removal service in London and I'd happily recommend them to anyone. Next time we move, they'll be the only number I'll call for a quote. Use them. You won't regret it. .

I was very impressed with the service provided by Ivan and his team at Best rate removals.  We are agents acting on behalf of our client from Russia.  From the site inspection and providing a quick price to collection of expensive furnishings from Essex and our client's apartment at London and then deliverying to a new apartment at Chelsea. The operation was as smooth as possible, being prompt, packing and handling the furnishings carefully. Everyone was polite and considerate and my clients were very pleased indeed.
