I called them to move a couple of very heavy items that another company had failed to move the day before (avoid PefectUK removals, the manager is a crook !!), they came on a very short notice, picked up the items, moved them.
The items were 2 very heavy pots with a tree in each. (probably 150-200kg) The team took the pain but they were always friendly and accomodating. Very professional.
Price was competitive and service was great. I would definitely recommend them.

I have already gone through few removal company while in the Army, We used to get free boxes plus tape and bubble wrap from the company before removal also they will label every box that comes from each every room. I didn't see your staff members to be bothered doing that type of job. I hope you will be doing it the next time. It is an act of professionalism to your next customer. I am happy that none of my household stuff was not broken. In total your guys was doing a good job. Also we were told about the prize after your survey in the house I didn't know that you charge me for that extra after the removal.

I would like to express my greatest gratitude to Bobi from Best Rates Removals.  I would like to say thank you for the honesty, all the hard work, devotion, the precise implementation of the required scope of work and the beauty of the final results. I had to make small changes in my bedroom, move one of the wardrobes outside, replace it with another new one that needed to be put together and then another third smaller wardrobe moved from one place to another. Everything was finished for less than 3 hours. What I really enjoyed the most is the confident attitude, calm and reassuring manner of their work. Great work!

I recently moved from Kingston in Surrey to St Ives in Cornwall and I choose to use Best Rate Removals. Simon visited my home to give me a quote and he was very professional and re-assuring about any concerns I might have prior to and during the move. On the day, Tod and his 2 colleagues arrived at 7.30 am as scheduled and they worked relentlessly, making sure everything was well protected and secure for the move. We arrived at our destination approx. 5.30 pm and yet again they worked hard to ensure everything was in place, including putting together furniture that we needed and they left finally at about 8.30pm. I would highly recommend Best Rate for your removals!

Amazing service all around! Everyone I came in contact with from the company, from the salespeople to the movers on the day, was extremely polite, helpful and professional.

I had booked a morning move and the guys were not only on time, but arrived even a little bit in advance. Everything went very smoothly from there. The move was complete in no time, whilst the movers kept in good spirits throughout the entire day. They were extremely respectful, handling all my belongings with care, trustworthy and very efficient. I was surprised with how quickly and effortlessly everything was done.

I would definitely recommend this company. They did a great job at a good price, removing all the stress and hustle normally associates with moves.

I moved from East London into Central London a week ago, and I found the whole experience a delight. I spoke to T Jay on the phone when I booked the man & van, and he was also there to help me with my move. The whole team were polite and friendly, and they even helped me move all my things into my new flat. 
The price was incredibly good, and even though it took an extra hour than I was quoted, they didn't charge me extra. 

I would recommend these guys to anybody, a pleasure to have them help me. When I next move I will be sure to use Best Rate Removals.

When faced with the task of researching removal companies I didn't know where to begin. I was immediately reassured by Artur at Best Rate Removals, he talked me through the process in a calm and professional manner and provided me a really reasonable quote promptly.

The removal men arrived on time at the flat and nothing was too much trouble for them. The two seater sofa ended up being much bigger than expected and they struggled to get it out of the front door. I thought we'd have to leave it there. Nelly was extremely proactive and set about taking the door off the hinges, without any kind of fuss or negativity about the extra work involved.

I was so impressed with their hard work and, considering they had to drive to Bristol and make two stops there before driving back to London, they took everything in their stride.

I highly recommend Best Rate Removals and will be advising friends and family to use them in future. Radko and Artur were incredibly helpful and they took the stress out of everything - from the lead up to the move, duration and final payment.

Excellent service, would recommend without hesitation. We found BestRate Removals online and they provided a very reasonable quote compared to the other companies we looked at. Ivan was friendly and helpful in arranging a survey and the removal workmen were courteous, efficient and extremely helpful. They packed up our entire apartment within 5 hours, and packaged everything securely and carefully. They arrived punctually and were happy to help arrange things in our new apartment. Thank-you! .

I would recommend Best Rate Removals.   We had a tricky piece of furniture to move and this caused a delay, not Best Rate Removals fault at all.  This tested the team's patience but they remained professional and friendly and we felt really bad when we found out they had another job to go to and it was 7pm when they left us.  The team worked really hard.  The only thing I've found frustrating is writing this review and making sure it is 380 characters otherwise it won't accept it!  I've no issue in writing a review when it is deserved but when it has to be a certain length is a little annoying.  .

Ivan and his team were great. We never moved before so we didn't really know what to expect. Thought the lorries were going to be too small and the boxes not enough, but even with all our doubts they were very polite and friendly and managed to get the whole house into two lorries. We were so impressed on how hard they worked and still without any complaints. They are very professional and extremely reasonable with their prices. The office team were keen and efficient, without being pushy.
The cost was reasonable, especially as they had to get an extra van for some of my big furniture.
Very happy and willing team of removal men.  Only issue was that you had to make sure that they had totally understood what had been said.
They arrived on time and were very polite. It was not an easy move as there were many stairs involved, but they just got on with it without complaints!  They were careful with all of my fragile ornaments and glassware, which I appreciated.
They worked hard and professionally and I would recommend them to anyone.
