We have had a move with best rate removals. They were just amazing all throught the way. They were super nice over the phone, came to give us an offer based on the things we have at home, came on time to supply the boxes and were very attractive in terms of price compared to others. On the day of the move we had two amazing guys, one of them is called Todor. They were very very hard working, did everything very carefully and were super nice all along the way. They transferred everything safely and assembled for us a wardrobe and two beds, everything with so much kindness and a smile. Highly highly recommended!! It was a true pleaseure (as much as moving a house can be a pleasure;-)) Nitzan.

Best Rates Removals responded immediately to my quote request and visited my home the same afternoon to confirm their quote. The three guys arrived on time the day before the move as promised and helped me pack. They did also dismantle and reassemble some items
The team from Best Rate Removals were hard working and very careful with all our stuff, nothing was broken or damaged.
Pricing was also very reasonable and there were no extra fees.

I would have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending them to anyone who needs to move their home or business.

The job was to dismantle two beds and bring them and other furniture to a storage place half a mile away. The flat was on the fourth floor with no lift. 
The men were already parked outside when I arrived ten minutes before they were due so they started work on time. All work was carried out without complaint about the stairs etc. They were poilte and careful in their work.
At the storage place they unloaded in a methodical way and completed the job well within the time expected.
The price for this job was very reasonable and the standard of work outstanding.
I will definitely use their services again and recommend them to others.

Our company needed to move some sealed boxes and individual items from our London office to our Derby premises. Not knowing where to start looking for a London-based removal firm I decided to use the ‘Getamover’ website which contacted six removal firms on my behalf. Within minutes I was telephoned by Mr Ivan Lisichkov, the Manager at ‘Best Rate Removals & Storage’. This was last Wednesday, 22 July 2015. Realistically I had requested that the collection and delivery could happen after the weekend, but after talking with Ivan he said that he could arrange something for today (Friday). He added that I would receive a quote for the job within ten minutes. I duly received the quote via email as promised. It transpired that from the total of four companies that supplied quotes, BRR&S was the cheapest by a large margin and I accepted their offer. This morning I received a call saying that the vehicle was outside the London office (exactly on time as Ivan had promised). I was given an estimated arrival time of 1.00pm in Derby. At 1.00pm exactly the driver rang to say that he was parking outside our building in Derby. The van was clean and branded and the driver wore clothing with the company logo. Our items were delivered into our office and the driver was both efficient and courteous. In today’s general climate of somewhat questionable customer service ‘Best Rate Removal & Storage’ in my opinion provided an exemplary service from beginning to end with the minimum of effort on my part. I would recommend this company to anyone, they truly deserve to succeed. ‘It’s not so much what they do that make them stand apart.

Best Removal has proved to be a very reliable and competent company. The quote was clearly stating what was included and no surprise aroused during the job. I was asking for a full removal comprehensive of packing service which have been carried out in time, with no damage and in a very professional manner. Furthermore the personnel sent were very friendly and polite and they have been ready to adapt to my request during the reinstatement of the furniture in the new house. I shall add that they did this last part after a long voyage from London and not whitstanding the late hours in the night they have carried out all their tasks with a very professional approach. Very well done! I would use again Best Removal if I should move again.
