I don't usually leave reviews online, but wanted to do so this time as Best Rate Removals were superb and I can't praise them enough. I was slightly dubious as pricewise they were coming in less than half the cost of other quotes we got, but they provided as many references as I asked for and each recommended them very highly, so we took a punt. They were absolutely great. Very professional, courteous and only too willing to help - nothing was too much trouble. They turned up each day spot on time as agreed and worked really hard. I'd highly recommend their packing service - it's not much more than the basic service and they do a great job. They provided all the boxes and packaging and it's the only move we've ever had where absolutely nothing was broken, scratched or damaged! We'll definately be using them again and will certainly be recommending them. Many thanks for making the move so effortless!

Couldn't be happier - mover was unsupervised by me and undertook the delivery from start to finish with care and professionalism. The booking was made online and a realistic quote given there and then. The pick up was quick and efficient and I was contacted once the delivery was completed. I was able to pay by card which was a nice change from cash only that some other companies will insist on. They did everything to accommodate us. I won't use anyone else in future. Highly recommended.

A move from a two bed flat in Kennington, 1st floor, to a two bed flat at London Bridge on the 3rd floor. 4 guys and a van, took 4 hours.  I first used BR for a timed job moving only large pieces of furniture. Since then I have used them for many jobs which involved moving large amounts or single items from one place to another. I am amazed that they worked quite so hard. It was a hot day when I moved, but they didn't stop loading (and unloading) until the job was done. Nothing was broken or damaged; settes and beds etc where rapped for protecion, and everything was put in the room I requested. They even volutnteed to arrange the furitue as I wanted (which I didn't).

We are relocating our bussiness and were reffered by a company to use Best Rate Removals. They arrived 9:30am before their start time of 10am, which we found brilliant!! They did not hang around and wait till 10, as professinals they came out of the van and asked politely if we would like them to begin loading the van or wait till 10. They were quick and patient with us as we still were packing a few things, when we arrived at the off-loading destination they were again very patient as we had some paper work to take care of. It was an 8 hour service as we had a lot of itmes to be loaded and then unloaded but they were fast and efficient that it did not feel that long. They are polite, fast, professinal & efficient, I would recomend Best Rate Removals for any moving needs !

I had several quotes from different firms but found Best rate to be the friendliest. They were the cheapest quote but found them the best. When Simon came to do the quote explained all options and didn't push me into anything and gave good advice. I had packing service done and the 2 guys who did were very quick and efficiant in packing and protected all fragile objects well. No breakages when unwrapped. On the moving day  removal men turned up early. They were again polite, friendly and efficiant. Very happy with the service and have recommended them to other people who are planning on moving from the area where I used to live. Fantastic!! (Moved to Leighton Buzzard not Luton).
