Best Rate Removals were just that ! The overall service was excellent, top to bottom. They came to our property and did a very thorough walk through to give us a fixed price quote. I got four other quotes and immediately threw out the bottom two (they were £1,000 cheaper but had done a poor estimating job). The top three quotes were within £200 of each other and BestRate gave me a small discount when I asked, so they got the job. The crew were great - they worked hard over four days - packing us up Friday, moving our house Saturday and then packing and removing our (very large) storage unit on Sunday and Monday. Everything was done exactly as and when they said it would be, no issues, no breakages or damages, very efficient. As such I would have no hesitation using them again or recommending them to anyone else looking to use them.

When I decided to use this company's services I been told on the phone that all I have to do is just simply relax and let them take care of entire moving. This is exactly what happened.
All job from beginning till the end been done stress free. They moved my free bedroom apartment entirely in less then 4.5 hours. I thought it's going to take at least 6 hours, because so much staff I accumulated in last 10 years. Me and my family are very happy with the quality and efficiency that Best Rate Removals demonstrated.

We recently used Best Rate to move from a second floor flat to a house in the London Borough of Ealing. I found the communication and flexibility offered during the booking process extremely helpful, as our move date was not confirmed until the day prior. I was offered the flexibility to postpone the service, at no additional cost, if I our move was delayed by a week or so.

Ivan and his team spent a morning packing our belongings the day before we moved; they were extremely punctual and extraordinarily hardworking - I was astonished by the speed at which our things were packed up, but also pleased with the care they took packing breakables, and in ensuring things ended up in the correct place. I felt confident that everything would go smoothly on moving day, and it did.

Again, the team were very punctual; the ease and humility with which they emptied our flat (which was on the second floor and had no lift!) and garage was commendable. Best Rate had taken care of parking at the onward address and so everything went smoothly; all of our belongings arrived in perfect condition and a Best Rate employee returned a number of times to collect the packing boxes.

Overall I was very pleased with the service and feel the price I paid for the quality of service was very competitive in the local area. I would not hesitate to recommend Best Rate, or to use them again in future.

I've used Best Rate removals in the past and they've delivered as before a top class service. The lads came on time, and did a fantastic job of helping me move out of my cramped two bed from North London into a 2 - bed semi detached in Bristol. They guys helped me with packing, which I always leave for the last minute and even had a few extra boxes in the van for my magazine and book collection, which was overflowing from my original packing materials. I thought it would take 12 boxes, but my library ended up filling nearly 20.The stairs were a plain, but the guys never complained. Being a musician I had many delicate musical instruments including a stand - up piano, which I was a bit worried about, but these guys did a fab job of taking meticulous care of my piano and three Fender guitars. The piano was very delicate, but they managed to get it in without any hi cups or problems and delivery all musical instruments safe and in one piece to Bristol. I had specific instructions about wrapping and securing my items in the van, which they followed. Even though I was on a split level, they moved quite quick and the move overall took less than expected, despite traffic.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to everyone and use them again in the future.

My experience with Best Rate Removals was a fantastic one. They were professional, friendly and very efficient. I could not have asked for more from them.
They came to my house to collect my things, took everything from each room and packed it neatly into the van.
They drove me with my items to my destination (a storage facility) and then preceded to load my storage room with all of my items exactly as I had asked.
They waited patiently while I completed paperwork and even dropped me back home afterwards.

We had to move our fully packed 5 bedroom house with lots of china, glasses and nice furnitures and lots of storage. The move has been planned very late & during the busiest week of the year. So asked Best rate removal to do both packing and delivery. The service was excellent and very professional. The team was very polite and helpful and the move was done as planned. A relieve as moving is always very stressful. I was impressed by the packing team as it was done perfectly and very quickly. On the day of the move, the process was very smooth as well. I chose Best Rate Removals because they came back to me with a  quote very quickly and they were in fact the best rate I found. All throughout the booking process Svetoslav from the office was very helpful and  made me feel at ease regarding the moving itself. On the day of the removal Todor and Miro arrived on time and started the job straight away. (First off: this site is great - so glad that we stumbled upon it before committing to a removals company.) We chose Best Rate Removals based on their competitive pricing along with the positive reviews on this website despite recommendations for other movers by friends and colleagues. Best Rate did an excellent job of moving our 1 bedroom flat in mid-August. They arrived exactly on time, worked carefully and efficiently to move our boxes and furniture, and were always professional and courteous. All of our belongings were perfectly in tact, nothing damaged (though we did pack everything ourselves). We will use again!

The most pleasant, professional and fast house move I ever had! The two guys turned up on time, they approached the job with care and consideration, worked tirelessly (didn't even ask for a coffee break) and showed amazing knowledge and skills. During the unpacking stage they even arranged the clothes and accessories by style and colour! I was amazed, all the thoughtful little things they added to the job saved me a lot of time and hassle!  Nothing was damaged, the job was well coordinated and the cost is shockingly low!! I moved from two bedroom flat last week and the guys from Best Rate who came to move me were incredible. When they arrived with the van I thought they will need to do two trips but they did it with only one, it was amazing the way the guys loaded the van. Everything was carefully brought down the stairs, great teamwork and the job was done in no time. I was searching for a while to find a good removal company and I have no regrets choosing Best Rate. Next time when i`m moving in six months I know who to call.
