Really efficient, friendly and careful removal service. The two removal men arrived on time and did a fantastic job of loading everything onto the van quickly. They taped up some of the drawers and cupboards in our furniture to keep them in place and did it really carefully, doubling up the tape so that the sticky side didn't touch the furniture - we were very impressed!

The guys worked super hard and only took one very short break, despite our repeated attempts to offer them tea and coffee!!

All in all an excellent service and for a very reasonable price - would recommend Best Rate Removals to anyone.

Wonderful office staff, brilliant, hard working, removals team. Very efficient, patient and helpful throughout a very long day.
Would definitely recommend this company and use them again.
They packed everything carefully and were very methodical when loading and unloading their van. They dealt very professionally with the moving of a very heavy pianola.
At the end of a 12 hour day and with the prospect of a 5 hour journey back to base. they were still cheerful and helpful. Superstars all round!!

Best Rate Removals really have the best rate and qoute out there, the difference between other companies was sometimes half the price! I thought I might compromise on service and quality a little bit for such a price but I was very wrong and pleasantly surprised how good the service was.
Based on an hourly rate they gave me an estimate of delivery (3.5 hours) after they checked what items I have, the delivery time ended up 3 hours so they reduced the estimate to reflect the actual delivery time. Also for ease I could pay with card over the phone.
The service was great, prompt arrival, straight to business and no faffing about, the two staff were very polite and friendly. Everything arrived in excellent condition. Would definitely recommend this company to everyone.

The team arrived on both days on time. Because we have a large amount of valuable china, glass, pictures and antique furniture all of which were treated appropriately and moved safely. Bobby, the foreman carefully arranged the disassembling of an 18th c grandfather cock. A barometer containing a tube of mercury was treated with similar care.We felt that nothing was too much trouble.  A large amount of boxes had to be stored on the second floor of our new house which was undertaken without complaint. 
The fixed quote we received was very competive and substantilly lower than some others who quoted.
It was a pleasure to deal with the Best Rate team.

Just had to write about these guys! What an absolute pleasure they were. I had a lot of heavy expensive furniture and these guys led by Bobby were so careful and thorough in their work. Everything arrived to the new house in perfect condition and they positioned all the furniture for me until I was happy where everything went. They were very patient, polite and unlike other removal companies I've worked with in the past, they didn't stop for fag breaks every half hour! They worked non stop until job was done. Extremely professional and they gave me the best rate from 5 other companies I called. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Hi,we moved from london to liverpool a couple weeks ago and I was  a bit worried about the move,because we had a piano that had to go to the first floor.I hired BEST RATE REMOVALS to help me with the move and I was really pleased.The guys took great care of the piano as well as with everything else.The whole move couldn't go smoother.I used BEST RATE REMOVALS for the second time this year and they did a great job just like the first time they moved me.Thanks guys for the hard work.
