I can't fault Best Rate.  They arrived dead on time and carried out a complicated removal from two barns in the depths of Suffolk to an obscure address down a steep track in Shropshire with great professionalism and expertise.  Very careful, very well organised and very polite.  Also the cheapest quote I could find!  Highly recommended. [NB The format of this review site has only a very limited number of Delivery From and Delivery Two options, and these are fields you have to select.  I've chosen Norwich and Exeter more or less at random but the delivery was actually from Hadleigh Suffolk to Bucknell Shropshire].

My wife and I were thoroughly pleased with the service provided by Best Rate Removals & Storage.   I am very grateful to have found the company through Removal Reviews.  I contacted Best Rate, because of its high rating and the consistency of excellent reviews.  Best Rate really did provide one of the very best quotes (we evaluated a lot of companies), but ultimately we just felt most comfortable with Best Rate and Ivan, our point of contact.  We also liked that they were willing to enter into a fixed-rate agreement, which took away some of the worry. The workers were very helpful, cooperative, efficient, and professional over the two days (packing and then pick-up & delivery).  We have since unpacked everything and found that all items were carefully wrapped/packaged, and nothing was broken in transit..rarely is that the case, which is a testament to the care the workers took.  We were also pleased that the workers were mindful of the clean carpets in both locations and that no mud or stains were tracked in.  Finally, about a month after the move Best Rate picked-up the boxes and packaging materials for us, which was a tremendous help and greatly appreciated. I  would certainly be happy to use Best Rate Removals & Storage again in the future and cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone else that is considering moving.

I booked with Best Rate four days before my move was due. The manager was very helpful and polite. He sorted all the details out pretty quickly and within the hour I had a quote and a confirmation of my booking. On the day of the move, the van arrived early all the way from London. The driver was helpful and friendly, very professional. We got to our destination early, with the items arriving in perfect condition. The driver even offered to give me a lift to the nearest train station after the job was done, as I needed to take a train straight after. Very quick, professional, helpful and with good prices. I cannot recommend this company enough.

I can't express how pleased I am with Best Rate removals. Having never used a professional moving company before, I wasn't sure what to expect. I dealt with Artur in the office primarily through email who was quick to respond to my quote, answer all of questions and worries. On the day, our 2 men and their luton van showed up 15 minutes early and got started straight away. They were quick, efficient and super helpful. They even loaded more stuff into the van than we had put on the inventory as there was heaps of room! As fast as they were packing up, they were just as quick packing everything back into our new property. I am just so so pleased I was able to find a good, reputable removals company with great service and at a great price. They definitely made our move so much easier! Thank you all :).

I have used Best Rate twice and am about to for a third time as their service was second to none and very reasonably priced. We had fragile items they took extra care with. We had a very difficult sofa to take apart and put back together and these guys were tireless and undaunted by anything thrown at them. Everything was packed and removed perfectly, long day to pack and move a 2 bedroom flat and they did it in one go with a great attitude and friendly service. I can't recommend them highly enough.
