I recently hired Best Rate Removals for my home move from London to Dorset. The level of service I received was quite simply excellent!! The arrangements were smooth, in spite of changing the date and pick-up locations several times, the 2 removals men were extremely helpful, very careful with my belongings, and arrived bang on time. They worked flat out all day and finished ahead of schedule. I can't recommend Best Rate Removals highly enough. They were amazing!

We had a quick turn around from exchange to completion and right from the first point of contact with the office, the service with Best Rate was very professional. I chose to go with the packing and removal service and it was amazing, exactly what I needed to take the stress out of the move. Neliyan and team, worked wonders, all involved were friendly, polite and very hardworking. They packed everything with care and labelled boxes and upon arrival at our new home, they worked diligently and speedily to unload and everything was in the right place for us to take our time and unpack. The overall experience was fantastic, I can't thank them or recommend them highly enough. Excellent service, thank you!!

I found Best Rates Removal online. I was given a very competitive quote, which was extremely helpful, although I had my doubts about 'cheaper than others' service. I was worried there would be a price to pay at the end. I am happy to say that my doubts were unfounded. The service from the initial quote, visit to our house, negotiation and their help to the actual moving and helpfulness of the movers was without faults. I find all staff (on phone and movers) to be very polite and professional, movers hard working and communication with all of them perfect. The company definitely made our day much less stressful as the move went very smoothly with them. I highly recommend Best Rate Removals from my own experience and will for sure use them in future. Thank you to Ivon and Team for making the move so easy. Furniture was picked up on 16/10/14 and put into storage for a few days. The team were very patient with me as I did not have all my packing done on time.  A couple of friends came on the day to help me out to get the rest of my things packed up. 
 Furniture was then delivered to my new home in Gloucester on 21/10/14 and again everything went very smoothly.
I would highly recommend this firm for removals as the service was excellent.

These guys were great - the team was friendly, prompt and reliable. No problems with my move even though it was from an address in London to a remote part of the Scottish Highlands (I've selected Glasgow on the drop-down menu because there was no option for the Highlands). Really can't fault the service I received on this move, which was hassle free (even though I had some reservations due to remote location of drop-off address). I would certainly use them again.
