Best Rate were a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. They were punctual, friendly, and hard-working. Several employees came the day before the move and packed up everything. The day of the move they worked extremely hard and were careful with all of our belongings. They reassembled furniture that had to be taken apart and put every box in its right place. A week later they even came to pick up all of the empty boxes to recycle, free of charge! Excellent company and employees. I highly recommend.

Best Rate Removals were everything we wanted in a removals firm. They arrived on time, were swift and courteous . They did the packing on the first day, glassware was nicely packed and placed in boxes. The removal process on the next day, went very smoothly with no problems. Sofas, armchairs and tv’s were secured with special protective covers, furniture was wrapped nicely before moving, everything was done with a high dose of professionalism.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Best Rate Removals to others, or using them again.

This was our first time using a packing and removal service.

The entire process was faultless, from quotation to unpacking.
They came out to our home to quote (unlike other companies), which was reassuring as they knew exactly how much stuff we had to move, and what the access was like.

On moving day, they arrived on time, were friendly and professional. Everything was packed carefully and safely. No breakages or damage of any kind.

They disassembled and re-assembled some furniture.

We were delayed waiting for keys so had to pay another £70 while the guys were stuck waiting around, but even with that the price was still very competitive.

I wouldn't hesitate to use Best Rate again. I cannot recommend them enough.

Best Rate Removals's services have been of great quality when it comes to customer service, timing, care for items and more. The quote was good, the options clear, and we were pleased to take some of them up.

On the day, the removers arrived on time, communicated well, got on with the job, and were faster than expected. They wrapped fragile stuff in blankets, strapped tight items to the lorry sides, and were very efficient. They arrived at the destination in good time and put everything where it was meant to go.

Couldn't have been happier.

Overall an efficient experience, but had some trouble at the start with suitable parking.

Despite making it clear I would be willing to pay any fines incurred the staff were unwilling to park close to my flat, and put me on the phone to their manager, as they seemed unwilling to discuss it with me.

Once we got going they were efficient and careful, and I cannot fault the move itself.

I think it would benefit future customers if the parking policy could be make clearer to staff and customers - in most cases the parking situation is beyond the customer's control.

Overall they were fast and reasonable value, but the communication from the staff was inadequate in my opinion.

We recently moved in West Hampstead and used Best Rate removals. They were very efficient, great at communicating and very accommodating as our completion date changed many times Miro the hero (team leader) and JP and the rest of the team were fantastic, very hard working and extremely efficient.
We had a lot of wardrobe boxes which they allowed us to keep for a few day and collected when we were ready.
Overall we were extremely pleased with service/hard work (especially with large furniture) and would highly recommend them as a removal company.

I needed to empty a storage unit and so needed a removal company to help. Best Rate were excellent, when booking them they listened carefully to my requirement and on the day they were on time, very helpful and efficient. The team took great care of the items, wrapping and methodically packing and unpacking them. They took less time than originally anticipated and so I was charged the actual time rather than that which had been allocated. I would definitely recommend then and use them again myself.

After quite a few quotes, and a comprehensive call with Robin, we chose Best Rate Removals for moving from our 2 bed flat in Tottenham to a 3 bed house in Coulsdon.

The removal team were a bit late getting to us due to traffic and sat nav issues (not uncommon for the development our building was in), but when they arrived things moved along very speedily and smoothly. This included dismantling and reassembling 2 double bed frames which they did without a hitch.

All items were delivered in perfect condition, would happily recommend this company, thanks!

I was absolutely overjoyed by how lovely and helpful Best Rate removal service was. The initial quote and information was sent promptly, and I was met with a friendly voice over the telephone and not an automated service. There were no hidden fees, everything was clearly put to me in document form and any queries I raised were answered quickly. The two chaps they sent out to us were really obliging, super speedy, and took real care with our belongings. They packed super well and were really patient and sweet about putting it all out in the house we moved into. Even went the extra mile by removing the legs to my desk to get it up our very awkward stairs, and really tried (3 times!) to get another of my pieces of furniture up as well. I was extremely happy with the service provided by Best Rate Removals from my first conversation over the phone with Robin, who was so helpful through to the actual move which was carried out very professionally. This is the second time I have used Best Rate and I will certainly be using them again. We also used their pack up service the day before our move, which was also excellent. They took great care of all our possessions and even took apart some large items to get them up the stairs at the new property. Really couldn't have asked for a better service.

Best Rate removals were extremely good and I would highly recommend. The three guys who came were superb and nothing was too much trouble. The were cal and professional. We had one very challenging piece of furniture which we thought was near impossible to remove because it didn't come into the house through the front door but there were no other options available. The three guys worked out a way brilliantly to remove it from the property and it completely reduced my stress levels. I would highly recommend these guys.

I used Best Rate Removals at the beginning of February to move from Wembley to Reading. They worked extremely hard to pack everything up and to unpack at the other end, all in the timescale quoted. Nothing was broken and all boxes were placed where they should have been. The removal men were all polite and courteous and waited patiently while I arrived at my new house a little late as I was cleaning my old house! A very satisfactory move at a reasonable rate.
