I couldn't recommend them more. From the moment I first contacted them to when the movers arrived the service was excellent. Less than 24hrs before the move day I phoned to see if they could postpone it by a day, I was expecting a flat no, but to their credit they accommodated my request. On the day itself the movers arrived on time and just got on with the job with no hesitation or complaint even though it was difficult for them to get our furniture up three flights of stairs to our flat. I would have no hesitation using them again, excellent service!!

This company exceeded our expectations. Ivan, Simon and the best rate team were efficient, polite and extremely professional. The cost was reasonable compared with some other removal firms. The packing service was definitely worth it in our opinion. They helped to make the move to our new home go remarkably smoothly. I have read some horrendous stories about removals companies online and was concerned about who to go with but would not hesitate to recommend these guys.

My move was from self storage to my new home. Guys arrived on time and were professional dressed.  brilliant customer service and all of them handled my goods well. Very satisfied with the service.  I was recommended by  my friend to use this company, at first i was worried about my items that how it is going to be because I had bad experience with other removal companies in past but these guys completely gained my trust and will definitely use them again and would recommend to use their service.

Personally, I think your company's name should be changed from Best to EXCELLENT Rate Removals. There is no doubt that your company provides not just the affordable rate but also the OUTSTANDING service. You guys deserves the recognition specifically to Ivan and to Todor. Todor (the driver) came even before the agreed time and helped me and my wife to load and unload our belongings. Moving from London to Cheltenham is indeed not an easy job but the team made it a smooth move.

I would DEFINITELY recommend your company to my friends and to others. If by any chance I will move again somewhere else then I do not need to search for any removal company, I will just pick up my phone go to my phonebook and dial your number straight away as simple as counting 1-2-3.

We have received the best quote and Best rate removals have gone the extra mile to deliver for us despite a tight schedule and very sophisticated equipment packing and moving situation. They have given us the convenience to pay on invoice as well as provide extended services on the spot as requested.

They have been the fastest to respond to our inquiry as well as provide a realistic quote without us having to spend hours completing complicated forms online.

Would recommend to anyone and certainly use again.

I dealt with Ivan to arrange my removal and negotiate a fixed price, which I was very happy with. He was very thorough and really friendly and helpful considering my complex requirements. I had to keep changing the times at the last minute and had two picks ups so needed a detour before the final delivery destination. Ivan was very flexible and accommodating of my complex requirements. He really took the stress out of this laborious job!

The 3 removal men were very nice, polite and very careful with my belongings. They worked extremely hard and could not be faulted in any way. I was really impressed! Ivan even messaged me during the day to see if all was going okay, what great service!

I have already told my friends to contact Best Rate Removals if they ever need to move as they were perfect!
