I listed the items to be moved, they quoted and I accepted the quote - it seemed reasonable. When the driver turned up on the day of removal, he started to load the van and then made it very clear that my TV would not be insured and that he could not take my dining rom table, garden table and wardrobes (all were in the original quote). he was just going to take some of my furniture and leave the rest behind. I had to stop him and have my furniture unloaded. A second trip was an option but AnyVan said I would need to pay again for something I had already paid for. To summarise they had sent too small a van. The job was then cancelled by AnVan and they refused a refund. I then had to find another removal company and am presently trying to get my money back - avoid these people!

Booked a specific date for a collection. Even though confirmation email stated driver would contact us prior to pick up, wasn’t too concerned he didn’t; I should have been! Not only did driver not complete the pick up as arranged, he was not contactable throughout the day. Raised with Anyvan who, on the face of it, tried to rectify by arranging another date. However when I then decided to cancel (as I no longer had any trust in them) tried to tell me a driver had already been reassigned and for that reason they wouldn’t be giving me a refund. What I find most upsetting is the company’s persistence in telling me I was aware of the reassignment BEFORE I cancelled which is not true. In effect, calling me a liar which I find the most upsetting. What professional and respectful company takes that stance with their customers? Terrible service and lack of customer support; I would never use again and would encourage others not to. I cannot praise the local ‘man with van’ companies enough for trying to help me after being let down by Anyvan. I should have used them in the first place.

I had a bespoke kitchen made which needed to be collected by a certain date to avoid storage charges and gave Anyvan all the paperwork directly from the manufacturer: all weights, dimensions,
packaging and numbers of items (which they prepare for all removal services). I also paid Anyvan additional fees to define a morning slot and date for collection. Their man arrived just before
closing 17:00 pm and then refused to take my belongings (I was later told by the men at DeVol that he had his van filled with motorcycles). I was charged over £100.00 for the late storage.
AnyVan tried to blame me but as I had email correspondence with them showing every exact figure, item, dimension and weight which they quoted for they rushed to give me my money back
saying they'd get a driver there in two days time. They then charged me £90.00 more than the original quote. This is an online scamming company that is as unresponsible and unprofessional as you can get. I would never recommend or use them again.

Had ordered a 3-piece sofa from a uk manufacturer. Sofas were made however their courier couldn't deliver before Christmas.
Started searching online for couriers and was looking very expensive, stumbled across any van and a helpful lady popped up on live chat.
She helped me set up a free advert to enable companies to quote for the job, received a number of attractive quotes, settled on the 3rd cheapest based on individual reviews and received great service at a really good price.
Easy to use, cheap and friendly service.

I contacted anyvan to transport a scooter from Manchester to Cumbria, they promised they would have it delivered by 21-23rd March, it wasn't they then said it could be the 24th. It wasn't. They then contacted me again and said 26-28th March. On the 26th I wasn't feeling confident it would arrive so tried to ring them. The automated answer phone answers and then you can wait forever for an operator to answer you so I tried to email them, wrote a great big email only to receive word back the email address is unmanned. I was offered live chat, I spoke to someone who said they would get someone to contact me asap. That was 11am Monday, someone finally rang me after 5pm on Tuesday only to confirm a week after promising me they could get the scooter here that they couldn't.
After reading some of the other reviews mind I think I've got away lightly, they have said they are going to refund my money as of yet I haven't checked but I hope they have!
I think the problem is they take too many jobs and they don't have the drivers or vans to deal with them, hence they let people down which is not good practice.

I am moving between two different cities and I had paid extra to book a specific time-slot. On the day, they informed me that they will be 1 hour late outside the time-slot range and then 2 hours late.

Due to them being so late I missed my
train and other transport so I had to get last minute tickets that
cost a fortune in order to get back home.

I called, and the customer service person had a lot of “attitude”. She told me that it is not their fault about my schedule and that there won't be a compensation because it is not their responsibility. Then she said that I should read the terms and conditions before buying their services. I told her that I did it over the phone, and that obviously it is impossible to know these things over the phone unless they inform me about it. Her reply was “What did you expect? To read you 3 pages of terms and conditions over the phone?”

Well, yeah? If it is so important to
follow them, then they should let me know over the phone to what I
agree on!

And her “defense” was that they sent an e-mail with a link to the terms at the bottom of my receipt.. AFTER I have purchased their service. Sorry, but someone has to read these BEFORE they buy, not after.

And then she mocked me like “Wow, don't tell me that you actually read the terms and conditions every time you buy something online”.

Just a horrible company, with no
courtesy, no accountability, and very bad employees and customer
service.

We moved last week and were delighted with this service we received. The company ‘We Care’ absolutely lives up to its name. They moved us carefully and swiftly with ease. They arrived on time and were extremely polite, friendly and professional taking time with heavy/awkward shaped items but overall took much less time than I had thought to move us!
Thank you so much for organising this for us, it was easy amidst moving and renovating - moving our items has been the easiest part of moving! Thank you again, we have no hesitation in recommending you.
