The worst experience I have ever had with a company.

My van never showed up, and the driver repeatedly lied to me and said he was on his way, while I could see on his tracking he wasn't. I waited an entire day for him while he made excuses, and eventually watched as he drove straight past my town to the other side of the country after promising he would be with me next.

Customer service were useless in every way while I tried to resolve this.

Eventually another van shows up, 24 hours later than I had booked. They damage a street sign, which they took no responsibility for. Once the van is packed, they spend ten minutes standing around chatting to each other in another language while I wait for my Uber. I repeatedly ask if everything is okay, and they say it is. It isn't until I am getting into the Uber that they tell me they have locked the keys in the van. I had frozen food in the van. I went with the Uber and waited at my new flat. Eventually the van shows up and they unload it, thankfully without incident.

I repeatedly tried to raise these issues with customer service and found them to be avoidant, obnoxious and condescending. I have still not received a refund. A truly appalling company at every level, from lying drivers, to incompetent and rude customer service.

I really made it tough for Any Van to do my removals to Cornwall ! I semi booked the job in then wasn't sure which date, then I changed the number of items to take !! phew! But in the end with only 2 days to go I confirmed my order and nothing was too much trouble for them. I had a lovely driver who was friendly and helpful and together we moved a sofa and a mass of small furniture items. He was punctual and polite and we met the next morning in Bodmin Cornwall exactly on time and he emptied the van into our house with great care and efficiency. I had been very stressed how this would all work moving furniture from Kent to Cornwall but it was absolutely no problem at all to Any Van and for the time, effort and administration we thought this was excellent value for money. You can cancel your booking and payment up to 48 hours before the start date of your job so there is no risk whatsoever. I would highly recommend these movers :) Carol.

I paid for the service, arranged a time with the driver, went to all ends to arrive 10 minutes before the agreed time at my property and waited for a driver who never showed up at the time we arranged. The driver never gave me a call, did not pick up my calls and the customer service 100% unable to locate their driver! Contacted the customer care the next day to claim my money back. Only to add to the bad experience an indifferent and rude customer care agent. At the end they put all the blame on me, they lie to me that I was wrong about the time I had agreed with the driver and refused to reimburse and refund my money. If you feel you have been treated unfairly and want your voice to be heard, ultimately maybe get your money back, get in touch with me and sign the petition.

We had extensive damage caused to our item - Anyvan are very quick to pass the buck onto the driver. We then had to pursue the driver through the Courts and obviously you only get reimbursed if they are able to pay.

They use cowboys with no scruples or morals and they hide behind a veneer pretending anything that goes wrong is nothing to do with them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. UNFORTUNATELY YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO GIVE THEM ZERO STARS WHICH THEY DESERVE.

Service cost: £500

1. The slot booked was from 2-5pm, they called to cancel at 2:20pm.
2. Said they couldn't find someone to replace with so they would refund me. (ZERO HELP)
3. A van arrived to my house at 6pm saying they are from AnyVan, zero security, no email or call received regarding this arrangement.
4. Had to cancel another last minute booking I did as I was flying the next day so had to be done that day.
5. Calling non stop at their headquarters, no response, stress levels reaching their limits.
6. Called to give this awful feedback and all they offered was a credit in my account. They said nothing else could be done unfortunately. Surely they could make a partial refund or something as there is no way in hell I will be using their services again.
7. This complaint is solely on customer service not the drivers themselves.
8. Recommend to NEVER use AnyVan (https://www.anyvan.com)! Rent your own van and do the moving yourself instead.

Service cost: £105

Avoid at all cost, they turned up late then complained to me they were running behind. Which meant they couldn't make the deadline of 6pm, so all was agreed to meet the next day at the location at 10am, however a few hours later I get a text saying if I don't pay more money my belongings were being dropped off at a unknown/unagreeed location, which resulting in me paying more money then agreed. They then refused to drop off the next day at 10am when the location was reopen and meant the dropped all my belongings off at 8am outside the gates on the roadside. Never did I receive a apology for them being late or not making the drop off time. I was just demanded more money for my belongings to be dumped on the road side!! Luckily it wasn't raining! They are a complete joke! Please don't waste your money with these people!

Our experience with Anyvan on 06.05.2018 was a complete disaster. Two Lithuanian young guys arrived and one of them was talking in their language and laughing non stop from the beginning till the end. They loaded the van incorrectly and we told them to make it correct his answer was very rude.He said he knows what he is doing and I better not to comment. They couldn't fit all the items which were on the list while booking. Anyvan is using subcontractors and they were not interested with the problems we have faced. Instead they offered us to go back to storage to collect the missing items which was very unprofessional. They even couldn't think that it was their fault. Never use them again and would definitely NOT recommend to anyone.
