They had a crew available to pick up my stuff the following day, the crew was so professional, they took an excellent care of my stuff, the price was the same as Sara quoted me.
I had reciecved delivery excectly a week later, with no demages or delays.

If there is any A team, that is American knights. I usually don’t write review but their exceptional moving attainment helped me to post few words. They had absolutely no complaint though we asked them to move some over size furniture with no elevator at our old apartment. The guys kept focus on their job. They took care of problem right away if there was any. The moving team had several dollies those made their job more fruitful. American knight was fully insured and they showed me the proof. So actually I had no tension at all. We just had a great move in all aspect. I would be happy enough to recommend them.

My life became easier by the help of American knights moving & storage. They are just outstanding. We moved to Louisiana with entire family members. I phoned several movers to know their approximate cost. I felt that American knight might be the best. And I was right; they arrived on time and very aware of their duties. Until the work was over, the guys were not slowing down themselves even for having a tea break. The American knight’s crews have been very diligent. They put tremendous effort to make the wrap and pack as well as making labels on boxes perfect. They successfully finished the move at their quoted time. I think they are the right choice for everyone searching for movers.

American knights movers have been very much concern with our move. They made us happy by the way they packed our belongings and moved safely. I moved from Ohio to New Jersey. Their crews brought almost new supporting materials and tools in order to pack and load our stuffs. American knight movers possess an excellent customer relation service. Throughout the move they kept constant contact. They always informed me how the move went on. All the awful stories I heard about movers turned into false in my case. I would like to thank American knights once again for the exemplary job done for us.

If you have options, go with another company.  This has been my third move in 6 years, and by-far the worst company to deal with.  The movers were expected to arrive at 3pm, showed up at 6:30 pm.  Estimated two hour pack (I had packed most of the boxes), took 3 hours, plus an hour to load.  And by "pack" I mean they still left two kitchen cabinets full of pyrex because of time constraints.   Additionally, I had requested weight tickets (it was a DITY military move) which multiple people, including the driver, had agreed to.  Now, three days after delivery, I'm still missing a weight ticket which may force me to stop payment.  Communication was less-than-adequate.  They did call the night before pick-up to arrange the move (but were off by 3.5 hours).  The morning of the delivery in Texas, they originally quoted me for delivery between 8-10 am; had I not called them with an updated contact number, they would not have told me they would be there at 4 pm.  That's another day of work I would have missed for no reason.   Packing:  they did alright packing boxes, but storing them, they put heavy on-top of light boxes, crushing smaller items.  Couches were ripped, knobs of drawers broken, and they packed my computer printer in a plastic hamper, so naturally that was broken upon receipt.  Professionalism:  pant waists were closer to the knees than waist.  But the movers themselves were nice enough.  Just not very efficient, wasting a lot of time.

I recently used American knights moving & storage to move my household stuffs to the newly rented apartment in South Carolina. Their employees have been sociable and cooperative. What made me surprised that their consciousness on every sector of work. The movers arrived on time just at 8 a in the morning exactly according to their quoted schedule. They were reliable and completed the move again within the timeline. If I am asked to say about them, I would rate them as good, dependable and efficient movers to whom you can leave your valuables. Their cost was also attractive in relation to the service provided for me. No broken items, no dirt items or no cracked items I found in the stuffs. They are the only mover for me.

Throughout the whole process they did everything excellent. They always replied my call and responded my emails quickly. Their estimate comparatively reasonable, moreover I think, for the weight of my stuffs that was lower. Because they wanted to keep their promise that the guys wouldn’t change the initial price. The crews were on time on calculation time and loading day. The care they took with the protection for my belongings made me really happy. They transported my items within the time frame they promised. Thanks American Knight for changing the stressful experience into a great one. You are really true mover.

Started off well: quick, friendly, and competitive moving quote.  The day of the move also went well with 4 guys moving everything in a very efficient manner. Then things went out of control.  I called multiple times to confirm my delivery date (was supposed to be 7 days later), but no one would call me back.  7 days after the original delivery date (I was staying in a motel all this time with a few pairs of clothes), they finally said someone would be by at noon that day (I had to take a day off from my job after I was already at work).  It wasn't until 6 pm that they showed up and it was only 2 guys!  Worst part of it was one guy was the driver, so he didn't help move anything.  It took 1 guy 5 hours to move all my stuff in and assemble it (I was so frustrated I even helped!).  Here's the worst part: they lost the screws to my bed frame (so it is still unassembled), they destroyed a side table, damaged my desk, broke half my kitchen plates and glasses, damaged my high end stereo speakers, tore apart the fabric on every corner of the mattress and box spring, and crushed every box that was moved (thankfully most of the stuff in the boxes were only scratched because of that).  They left my apartment at almost 1 am.  I will never go with this company again and highly suggest you avoid them, as well.

Do not use this company they have the worst service ever! They said my deposit was refundable
Then they tell you. 5-7 business days delivery they give you a date then when that date comes they say is another week then when you call again to confirm is one more day cause the driver doesn't want to deliver that day even though he is only 20 minutes away from where we live and then I call to complain and they hang up the phone. I do not recommend this company.

2 weeks ago we booked with american knights moving but We had to change our move date the day before we were scheduled to move and Kelly and mike made it happen and took care of all the necessary steps.
On moving day, the movers arrived promptly and were very friendly and professional.
Movers were super careful with all of my belongings,as promised American arrived to new yourk with in 7 days andwe received in houston and new york  a Very professional and efficient service.all furniture was placed until it was just as we wanted it.
